1.Analysis of perineural invasion with HER-2 expression and its correlation in patients with advanced gastric cancer
Chinese Journal of Clinical and Experimental Pathology 2017;33(2):178-182
Purpose To investigate the presence of perineural invasion (PNI) and the expression of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER-2) in patients with advanced gastric cancer. To discuss the correlation between PNI and the expression of HER-2 and their prognostic significance. Methods Paraffin sections of surgical specimens from 100 patients who underwent gastric resection were selected, and then PNI were detected by HE staining and the expression of HER-2 were detected by immunohistochemical (IHC).The correlation of perineural invasion with the clinicopathological features and HER-2 expression were performed. Results PNI was positive in 42 cases of 100 patients (PNI positive rate was 42%),the occurrence of PNI has significantly related with lymph node metastases, infiltrating depth, tumor emboli,TNM stage and expression of HER2.The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Univariate analysis showed that total survival rate of advanced gastric cancer was associated with T stage, tumor emboli,N stage,TNM stage,PNI and HER-2 expression (P < 0.05).The overall survival of the PNI-negative patients was 45.3 months on average, much better than the PNI positive patients who was 15.4months in average (P < 0.05).The overall survival of the HER2-negative patients was 43.2 months on average, much better than the HER-2-positive patients who was 22.7 months in average (P < 0.05).By muhivariable Cox proportional hazards model of overall smvival, the positivity of PNI and HER-2 appeared to be new independent prognostic factors (P < 0.05).Conclusion The detection of PNI and HER-2 expression maybe helpful for the prognosis of patients with advanced gastric cancer. In addition,HER-2 may be responsible for the presence of perineural invasion.

Chinese Journal of Radiology 2001;0(04):-
Objective To discuss the noticeable problems in the radiological diagnosis of thoracic sarcoidosis through retrospective analysis of misdiagnosis. Methods Imaging examinations of 32 misdiagnosed cases with thoracic sarcoidosis including chest radiography, CT, and their clinical data were reviewed. The final diagnosis was made by pathology (9 cases) and clinical therapy (23 cases). Results Enlarged thoracic lymph nodes were detected in all cases. 23 of them presented mediastinal lymph node enlargement associated with bilateral hilar lymph node enlargement, 5 of them had mediastinal lymph node enlargement and unilateral hilar lymph node enlargement, and 4 of them had mediastinal lymph node enlargement without hilar lymph node enlargement. In these cases, 24 had pulmonary abnormalities. 19 of them showed multiple pulmonary nodes, 4 of them had patchy pulmonary shadows, and another 1 had pulmonary fibrosis. Pleural lesions included 2 hydrothorax and 1 multiple pleural nodes, and all of pleural lesions were associated with multiple pulmonary nodes. Conclusion When the radiological findings of thoracic sarcoidosis are atypical, the diagnosis is difficult and must combine with the clinical findings, or the outcome of the treatment.

AlM: To evaluate the effectiveness of Spot Vision Screener on vision screening of children without cycloplegia.METHODS:A total of 87 children (174 eyes) aged from 2~9 years old were examined with Spot Vision Screener and optometrist before cycloplegia.RESULTS: Statistical analysis demonstrated that the cylinder diopter and axis, the equivalent spherical diopter in both eyes, and the spherical diaopter in left eye had no significant change ( P>0. 05 ). However, the spherical diaopter in right eye had statistical significance. CONCLUSlON: Spot Vision Screener is a suitable instrument in vision screening of children without cycloplegia.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2015;(3):316-318
This research is to explore the feasibility of construction of real-time network teach-ing platform in anesthesia resident standardization training. The real-time network teaching were car-ried out by platformconstruction and teaching organization. The teaching effect was evaluated. Using the real-time network teaching platform with the four functions of learning knowledge, cultivating ability, communication and supervision can achieve good teaching effect. It was a beneficial supplement of traditional teaching.

China Pharmacy 2007;0(28):-
OBJECTIVE:To strength pharmacy management, improve pharmacy stocktaking efficiency and lower the error rate of the stocktaking in outpatient pharmacy.METHODS:Based on "Army No.1" inventory management system, the data were retrieved and adjusted using Excel spreadsheet, and the inter-district small-scale inventory table of the outpatient pharmacy was designed in which certain individuals should be responsible for certain drugs and the order of drugs in the inventory table were in line with the arrangement order of drugs.RESULTS:The new drug stocktaking model reduced the error rate of traditional monthly drug stocktaking by 3%.CONCLUSION:The established drug stocktaking method reduces human and material resources, facilitates a more flexible, convenient and rapid stocktaking, and greatly enhances the conformity rate between drugs and accounts.
6.Grouping Work Model and Management of Central Pharmacy in Our Hospital
China Pharmacy 2005;0(17):-
OBJECTIVE: To provide reference for the management of central pharmacy in our hospital. METHODS: In daily work, performance score of a job was related with quality evaluation using grouping work model and management method of allocating a specific responsibility to a specific person. RESULT & CONCLUSION: The work process of central pharmacy is clear and plays a great role in economizing on resources relatively.
7.Application of prostaglandin E1 improves graft viability in the immediate period after liver transplantation
Chinese Journal of Organ Transplantation 1996;0(03):-
Objective To study the cytoprotective effect of prostaglandin E1(PGE1)in the imme- diate period after orthotopic liver transplantation (OLT).Methods Ten patients undergoing OLT were divided into 2 groups: group P (n=6) was administered with PGE1 and group C (n=4) served as control group. Serum ALT, AST, TBIL, DBIL, bile output and the period of intensive care unit (ICU) in both groups were observed in the first 3 weeks after OLT. Results Postoperative increases in serum ALT, AST, TBIL and DBIL levels were significantly suppressed by PGE1. In addition, PGE1 contributed distinctly to an increase of bile output (P
8.Effect of physical therapy on limb paralysis due to Guillain-Barre syndrome
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2002;8(1):45-46
ObjectiveStudy the efficacy of physiotherapy (PT) in the rehabilitation of the patients with Guillain-Barre syndrome. Method15 patients with Guillain-Barre syndrome were divided into 2 groups, exercise group(8 cases) and control group(7 cases),a retrospective study is made.ResultAs compared with control group, there is a significant improvent in muscle strenth and ADL in exercise group (P<0.01).ConclusionPT can effectively diminish the degree of disability of the patients with Guillain-Barre syndrome, shorten rehabilitation time ,and restore independence of self-care.

AIM The purpose is to study the anti-arrhythmic effects of extracts from cultured Cordyceps sinensis. METHODS Aconitine and barium chloride were used to induce experimental arrhythmia models in rats. RESULTS The results showed that PE was more potent than other ingredients. Pretreatment with PE by oral administration significantly antagonized arrhythmia induced by aconitine. PE significantly prolonged the onset of arrhythmia, decreased the duration and diminished the degree of severity. And in barium chloride-induced arrhythmia model, PE had some anti-arrhythmia effect, which could diminish the degree of severity effectively to some extent. CONCLUSION PE is an active component to antagonize arrhythmia induced by aconitine and barium chloride.
