A new ionizing-radiation resistant strain WGR702 was isolated from arid soils which had been ra-diated. The strain WGR702 was Gram-positive and coccus, the diameter of the cell was 1.5 ?m～2.5?m.The strain WGR702 was pink-pigmented, motile, facultative anaerobe and non-spore forming. The range tem-perature and pH for strain WGR702 growth were 10℃～35℃ and pH 5.0～10.0 respectively. The strain WGR702 had a G+C content of 60.5 mol%. UV and gamma radiation survival curves showed the strain WGR702 had highly ionizing-radiation resistant. Phylogenetic analysis of the 16S rDNA gene sequences (EU315117) showed 94.79%～98.53% similarities with other recognized Serratia species. Primary charac-teristics that distinguish isolate WGR702 from the species of genus Serratia include the cells are spherical and Gram-positive. Based on the phenotypic, biochemical and physiological characteristics differences it is proposed that the new isolated strain WGR702 might be classified as a novel species of Serratia.

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of serum omentin-1 levels in obesity and essential hypertension patients and its related influencing factors. Methods One hundred and thirty patients with obesity admitted to the Cadre Health Care Department of Navy General Hospital from Jun. 2011 to Dec. 2013 were enrolled in this study. According to the blood pressure,130 obesity patients were divided into simple obesity group( n=64 )and obesity hypertension group( n=66 ). Sixty non obesity patients with normal blood pressure were enrolled as control group. Serum omentin-1 levels were assessed by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay ( ELISA). Association between omentin-1 and biochemical parameters( including systolic blood pressure( SBP), diastolic blood pressure(DBP),body mass index(BMI),waist hip ratio(WHR),fasting blood glucose(FBG), triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol( HDL-C),fasting insulin( FINS),insulin resistance index( HOMA-IR)and high sensitive C reactive protein(hs-CRP))were analyzed. Results Serum omentin-1 levels in control group was(26. 7 ± 5. 1)μg/L, significantly higher than that in simple obesity group and obesity hypertension group((22. 1 ± 3. 2)μg/L,(18. 3 ± 3. 4)μg/L;F=33. 7,P﹤0. 01),and serum omentin-1 levels in obesity hypertension group was significantly lower than that in simple obesity group( t =21. 5,P ﹤0. 05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum omentin-1 negatively correlated with BMI,WHR,SBP and HOMA-IR( r = - 0. 447,- 0. 340,- 0. 350,-0. 397;P﹤0. 01). There were no significant relations between omentin-1 and age,DBP,FBG,FBG,TG,TC, LDL-C,HDL-C,FINS and hs-CRP( P ﹥0. 05 ). Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that HOMA-IR, BMI and SBP were independent influencing factors of serum Omentin-1. Conclusion The serum omentin-1 level decreases in the obesity hypertension patients. Omentin-1 is negatively correlated with BMI,SBP,and HOMA-IR, which may contribute to the underlying pathophysiology of obesity and essential hypertension.

Objective To explore the cause and the interventional treatment of restenosis after percutaneous transhepatic biliary stent.Methods 20 patients with biliary restenosis after percutaneous transhepatic biliary stent placement were collected.According to drainage volume from biliary tract and degree of amelioration of jaundice,post-operation hepatic function,blood,urine and stool routines,ultrasound,CT scan and cholangiography were performed to determine the nature and location of biliary restenosis,and then all cases underwent recanalization with intervention method by the exteriorized drainage tube approach.The China-made nickel-titanium alloy stents with diameter of 10 mm and length ranged from 40 mm to 80 mm were used.Results The biliary restenosis occurred in mid-inferior segment of common bile duct in 9 patients, common hepatic duct in 7 patients and hepatic porta in 4 patients. As regarding the causes of restenosis included tumor compression in 9 cases, angulation in upper segment of stent in 3 cases, obstruction in stent by bile, food or clot in 4 cases, cholangitic stenosis in 2 cases and granulation proliferation in 2 cases.The obstruction in all cases was relived by extraction through drainage tube, drug irrigation,dredging by wire, balloon dialtion or stent replacement, so that the total survival rate was beyond 6 months.Conclusion After percutaneous transhepatic biliary stent placement in treating the malignant biliary obstruction,the rate of biliary restenosis is still high,which should be attached importance to.

Objective To analyze preoperative CT findings of chronic suppurative otitis media and to evaluate clinical effect of CT in diagnosing and choosing operation approach.Methods CT findings of 101 ears with chronic suppurative otitis media confirmed by surgery were analysed retrospectively and compared with the findings in the operation.Including mastoid,epitympanum,tympanic antrum,ossicular chain and tympanic mucosa disease.Results All 101 cases who underwent surgery for chronic otitis media had perforation of tympanic membrane in pars tensa.In these cases,39 cases with no soft tissue mass image in preoperative CT images underwent tympanoplasty,62 patients who had the whole and part density mass image in mastoid cavity and antrum underwent tympanoplasty(45 cases) and mastoidectomy(17 cases) respectively.Compared with findings in the operation,CT provided limited information in detecting ossicular chain and tympanic mucosa disease.Dry ear rate was 93.06% at 3 months after operation.Conclusion Preoperative CT have limitation in detecting ossicular chain and tympanic mucosa disease.The choices of surgery method should based on CT images and clinical manifestation.For some patients with chronic suppurative otitis media,the high-resolution CT with 3D reconstruction technique processing is needed in order to display complicated anatomy and pathological changes of ossicular chain.

Objective To study the expression of substance P(SP) and substance P receptor(SPR) during the development of mice brains. Methods The expression of SP and SPR during the development of mice brains from embryonic day(E) 11 to postnatal day(P) 0 days was analyzed by immunohistochemical method. Results The expression of SP began at E11 and gradually increased until birth. The expression of SPR began at E11 and maintained stable expression until birth. SP mostly expressed at striatum and SPR mostly expressed at medullary raphe.Conclusion The expression of SP and SPR during the embryo brain stage may indicate that SP could be an important factor involved in the early organization and maturation of neuron.

Objective To investigate the effects of trichostatin A(TSA)on the mice model of collagen induced arthritis(CIA).Methods Mice model of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)was induced in DBA/1 mice with type Ⅱ collagen.Paws were scored for histological severity of arthritis.The severity of inflammation of mouse joint was evaluated by histological examination.Real-time PGR was used to determine the cytokine mRNA expression.Cytokine production was measured by ELISA from serum,spleen cell culture or dendritic cell and T cell co-culture supematant.T cell proliferation was examined by MTT method.Results TSA can significantly suppress the severity of the arthritis in CIA.IFN-γ was elevated in CIA mice,but was inhibited significantly by TSA introduced either at the same time with immunization or at the onset of manifestation of arthritis.Collagen specific T cell proliferation was significantly suppressed by introduction of TSA.Increased level of IL-4 by T cells was observed in TSA treated group compared to that of control group.Conclusion IL-4 level was increased and played a critical role in the protective effects of TSA in CIA.TSA suppresses the progress of CIA by regulates the balance of Th1/Th2 differentiation.

Aim To study relative bioavailablity of cefaclor effervescent tablets in healthy volunteers. Methods According to the crossover design, A volunteers were each orally given a single does of the 0.75 g cefaclor effervescent tablets and cefaclor capsules with an interval of 5 days between the two formulations.The plasma concentrations of the drug were determined by RP-HPLC.Pharmacokinetic parameters were obtained by ATPK programe,and calculated on the basis of open single compartment model.Results After a single oral dose, the peak levels in plasma averaged Cmax(31.27?5.81)?g?ml-1 and(30.56?5.25) ?g?ml-1 at (0.58?0.12)h and(0.73?0.17)h and AUC0～4(35.48?4.65) ?g?h?ml-1 and (35.89?2.90) ?g?h?ml-1 for tablet and capsule,respectively. Conclusion The result shows that two formulations are bioequivalence.
