Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion 2017;36(4):401-403
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of stuck-needle pulling needling method in treating typeⅠgastroptosis.Method Fifty patients with typeⅠgastroptosis were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 25cases each. The control group was intervened by ordinary acupuncture, and the treatment group was intervened by stuck-needle pulling needling at Zhongwan (CV12) in addition to the treatment given to the control group. Result The total effective rate was 96.0% in the treatment group versus 80.0% in the control group, and the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly superior to that of the control group (P<0.01); the markedly effective rate was 88.0% in the treatment group versus 40.0% in the control group, and the markedly effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group; the treatment and control groups both showed significant efficacies in mitigating the gastroptosis symptoms (P<0.01).ConclusionStuck-needle pulling needling method can effectively manage the symptoms of typeⅠgastroptosis.
5.The effect of nitric oxide inhalation on surfactant depletion-induced acute lung injury in piglet
Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 1995;0(02):-
Objective To assess the effect of inhalation of 20ppm nitric oxide(NO) on gas exchange and hemodynamics in acute lung injury induced by surfactant depletion in piglet. Methods Sixteen female piglets weighing 25-30 kg were induced with thiopental and pancuronium and maintained with continuous infusion of thiopental, fentanyl and pancuronium. The animals were tracheotomized and mechanically ventilated with oxygen(FiO 2=1.0). Femoral artery was cannulated for arterial blood sampling and blood gas analysis.Pulmonary catheter was inserted through the femoral vein for measurement of CVP, mean pulmonary artery pressure(MPAP), PCWP, cardiac output (CO) and sampling of mixed venous blood. Acute lung injury was induced by lung lavage after the method described by Lachmann until PaO 2 was lower than 100mm Hg(PaO 2/FiO 2
6.Diagnosis and treatment of four patients with myeloproliferative neoplasms and a literature review
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2010;19(10):590-592,603
Objective To analyze the clinical practice of the diagnosis and treatment of four patients with myeloproliferative diseases (MPD) and review the relative literatures. Methods The progress of diagnosing and treating one polycythemia vera patient, two essential thrombocythemia patients and one primary myelofibrosis patient were introduced. Results Interferon alone, interferon combined with hydroxyurea and HLA matched sible allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation were carried out separately, the satisfying outcomes were shown. Conclusion Detection of genetic mutation of JAK2 V617F has markedly facilitated the approach to clinical diagnosis of MPD. The therapeutic aim for patients with polycythemia vera and essential thrombocythemia is preventing the occurrence thromboembolic events, while for some high-risk primary myelofibrosis patient, allogeneic stem cell transplantation should be considered.
7.Nosocomial Infection Management in Key Departments of Hospital:Analysis and Improvement
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2009;0(23):-
OBJECTIVE To discuss and focus on the hospital infection management in the secondary care and over level hospitals, and the effective control of nosocomial infection.METHODS For the problems and hidden drisks, were targeted to take a scientific and effective prevention and control measures to strengthen the management of the details.RESULTS By changing the concept of process-oriented monitoring, training and scientific management the nosocomial infection effectively controlled.CONCLUSIONS Only the standardized management and operations, security checks and routine testing can be a real focus on hospital infection management.
8.Analyses of the epidemiological status of overweight and obesity in Chinese students and the prevalence changes in recent 15 years
Journal of Peking University(Health Sciences) 2004;0(02):-
Objective: To analyze the epidemiological status of overweight and obesity in various student groups and the prevalence changes in recent 15 years, in order to take effective preventive measures against obesity. Methods: Students aged 7 through 22 years participated in the 1985 and 2000 National Surveys on Students Constitution and Health were used as subjects. The newly established BMI screening criteria for overweight and obesity, to analyze the prevalence among various populations. Results: In 2000, the prevalence rates of obesity were 4.37%,1.46%,2.32% and 0.92%,and that of overweight were 10.38%,4.34%,5.94% and 3.67% for the urban boys, rural boys, urban girls and rural girls, respectively, which were all significantly increased in multiple times as compared with those in 1985. However, significant differences could be found among various areas. The prevalence rates of obesity in several metropolitans have reached 9.63% for males and 4.50% for females, and those of overweight have reached 15.29% for males and 8.77% for females, respectively. Most of the other areas are still staying at the early prevalence stage. The prevalence of obesity in the Western China is generally low, and actually no prevalence of obesity is found in the rural female population. Conclusion: It’s an urgent task to act on a series of comprehensive measures to prevent and cure the obesity of youth in China’s developed areas from now on. However, corresponding effective measures of obesity prevention are also needed in other areas of this country.
9.Looming of the Era for the Induced Pluripotent Stem Cells by Direct Nuclear Reprogram
China Biotechnology 2006;0(08):-
Induced pluripotent stem cells(iPS)are derived from the differentiated somatic cells that regain the differentiation capabilities by the direct nuclear reprogramming with the exogenous factors. The methods for iPS induction evolved from transcription factors to RNA binding proteins, small molecules, and extracellular signals with the efforts in improving biosafty. The cellular and epigenetic characterization for iPS generation is a progressive and time-dependent process, which is tightly associated with the cellular differentiation status. However, epigenetics of iPS is not same as the embryonic stem cells. In combination with gene therapy and cellular transplantation therapy, the achievements of iPS had been applied in animal disease model treatment.
10.Screening of Anti-tumor Activity from Ten Polypores Fungi in vitro
