1.Comparison and Analysis of Work Quality before and after the Implementation of Quality Control Stan-dards and Rules in PIVAS of Our Hospital
China Pharmacy 2017;28(16):2289-2291
OBJECTIVE:To refine the quality standard of pharmacy intravenous admixture service(PIVAS),and provide refer-ence for improving the work quality of PIVAS. METHODS:Through establishing quality management organization and developing quality standard rules, quality control system for PIVAS in our hospital was constructed and total quality management was conduct-ed. Numbers of quality problems before(Jul. 2013-Jun. 2014)and after(Jul. 2014-Jun. 2015)its implementation were compared, and the effects were evaluated. RESULTS:117 management systems and 14 link quality standards and rules were made, including staff behavior standards, quality standards for drug management, supervision and inspection of quality standards, etc. Numbers of quality problems dropped from 358 to 177 after the implementation, the ratio of dispensing errors accounted for the total dispensing declined from 0.35? to 0.17?(P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:The construction of quality control system and the implementation of quality control standards and rules in PIVAS of our hospital has improved the quality of PIVAS work.

Objective To investigate the effect of psychological intervention on alleviation of negative emotion of patients with cervical cancer. Methods 100 patients diagnosed with cervical cancer and needed surgery were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 50 in each. The control group was given routine preoperative interview, the observation group received health education, cognitive therapy, psychological intervention.Self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and serf-rating depression scale (SDS)were used to evaluate the degree of negative emotion. Results SDS and SAS score of the obscrvation group were significantly lower than the control group, incidence of negative emotion was significantly lower than the control group. Conclusions Application of comprehensive psychological intervention for patients with cervical cancer can reduce negative emotion such as anxiety and depression, help patients cope with treatment, increase tolerance to surgery, improve the effect of surgical treatment, and promote an early re-covery of patients.

China Pharmacy 2016;27(10):1433-1435
OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for standardizing dispensing and use of intravenous drug. METHODS:266 piec-es of intravenous drug instructions were collected in PIVAS of our hospital, and then the labeling information were statistically ana-lyzed,including dispensing method, diluted or dissolved solvent before preparation and storage time after preparation. RESULTS:Among 266 intravenous drug instructions, there were 45 kinds of finished product infusion varieties and 221 kinds of drugs needing to be prepared. Among these, there were only 30 pieces of drug instructions with labeling dispensing method, accounting for 13.57%;195 pieces of drug instructions stated solvent for dilution and 22 stated solvent for dissolution before preparation,account-ing for 88.24% and 19.13%;69 pieces of drug instructions stated storage time, accounting for 31.22%. CONCLUSIONS:The la-bel information of dispensing method and storage time in intravenous drug instructions is markedly insufficient or not clear. Drug ad-ministration departments are suggested to strengthen the instruction standardization management. Meanwhile, manufacturers should specify the relevant information in intravenous drug instructions.

Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(11):-
Objective Discussing the clinical features, early diagnosis and therapeutic methods of aortic dissection (AD). Methods We analyzed and concluded the clinical datum of 33 AD patients in our hospital. Results The rate of male to female was 5.6 to 1 among all patients, average age 60, hypertension accounted for 81.8 percent. There were 26 patients (78.8 percent) suffered an acute pain, of who 22 patients got a pain in anterior chest. There were 22 of 26 patients diagnosed AD through echocardiography, 20 and 11 patients confirmed AD by MRI or CT respectively among all 33 patients. 13 patients had abnormal ECG, 10 ST-T segment changed, 12 left ventricular hypertrophy or hyper-voltage. Hypertension patients were treated through a infusion of nitroglycerin or nitroprusside by intervenous drop or by vein pump firstly to decend systolic blood pressure to the level of 100~120 mmHg and heart rate to 60~70 bpm, combining with the use of beta blocker, calcium antagonist and rennin- angiotensin inhibitor. 27 patients’ pain alleviated gradually even disappeared after controling their blood pressure, whose state of illness became to stable. 2 persons did the operation of aortic replacement in emergency. 6 persons died for aortic dissection broken in one week or one month. Conclusions The clinical manifestations of AD are complex, and the rate of false or leak diagnosis is high. Radiology studies including echocardiography, MRI or CT may be very important to enhance the ability of diagnosing AD early and to guide the treatment. Taking medical treatment is primary in emergency. Operating the replacement of aorta is an effective measure to treat AD.
6.Recombinant Baculoviruses as Mammalian Cell Gene-delivery Vectors:a Review
China Biotechnology 2006;0(01):-
The baculovirus expression system has been used extensively for the expression of recombinant proteins in insect cells.Recently, recombinant baculoviruses containing mammalian cell-active promoter element have been used to transduce a broad spectrum of primary and established mammalian cells, including non-hepatic cells.Recombinant baculoviruses have been used successfully for transient or stable gene delivery in mammalian cells in vitro, while the efficiency of delivering gene in vivo is inhibited obviously by complements, but efforts have been made to overcome the problems, for instance,VSV-G-pseudotyped baculoviruses display complement resistance. The mechanism of the transduction is still not clearly understood, though many researches have been done. The baculovirus is able to replicate only in insect cells, but it is incapable of initiating replication cycle in mammalian cells, which guarantees high biosafety of this gene delivery system. In addition, this system is easily manipulated and able to carry large inserts. These attributes will undoubtedly lead to the increased application and continued development of this system for highly effective gene delivery into mammalian cells.

Chinese Journal of Sports Medicine 2003;0(05):-
SD rats were sampled and spiperone binding to serotonin2A receptors on brain and platelets were tested before and after a section training or long-term(3 weeks) intensive training using radiolabeled receptor assay. Results showed that there were significant increment of concentration of 5-HT in brain and decrease of 5-HT 2A R density in specific binding sites(B max ) on membranes of brain and platelets post acute intensive exercise. The downregulation of B max of 5-HT 2A R could be prevented by the supplement of BCAA+CHO during 3 weeks' intensive training. There was a positive effect on the delay of central fatigue with the supplement of BCAA+CHO during long-term intensive exercise.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(07):-
Objective To explore the effects of interleukin- 1?(IL-1?)on the biological activity of human periodontal ligament(PDL) cells in vitro. Methods Human PDL cells were cultured in DMEM medium containing IL-1?(0.1,0.5,1,5 and 10ng/ml) for 1,2,3,4 and 5 days, respectively. The proliferation of PDL cells was measured by MTT assay at the first, second, third, fourth and fifth days after IL-1? treatment, respectively. Fibronectin level in the medium was determined by ELISA at the fourth days after 10ng/ml IL-1? treatment, and alkaline phosphatase(ALP) activity was measured by enzyme kinetic method. Results IL-1? inhibited the growth of human PDL cells in a dose-dependent manner, and its lowest effective concentration was 1ng/ml(P
