1.Diagnosis and treatment of catecholaminergic polymorphic ventricular tachycardia
International Journal of Pediatrics 2021;48(2):82-86
Catecholaminergic polymorphic ventricular tachycardia is a rare hereditary ion channel disease, which mainly affects children and young adults.Clinically, the pathogenic genes of CPVT in adolescents are mainly RYR2, CASQ2, TRDN, CALM1 and TRD.Currently, beta blockers remain the first-line treatment for CPVT, and moderate exercise training is considered as an effective potential synergism for CPVT patients.Implantable cardioverter defibrillators are commonly used in the treatment of CPVT, but inappropriate shocks and device-related complications need to be carefully considered before implantation.Flecainide has been shown to be effective therapeutic agent, especially for the treatment of resistant CPVT cases with beta blockers.Left cardiac sympathetic denervation has also shown to be highly effective in preventing CPVT symtoms and cardiac events, and a combination of beta blockers can precede implantable cardioverter defibrillator implantation.

3.Sodium Phenylacetate Decreases the Immunosuppressive Factors Derived from Tumor Cells
Chinese Journal of Cancer Biotherapy 1994;0(01):-
The immunosuppressive effect of supernatant of the cultured tumor cells, including breast adenocarcinoma ( MCF-7, MDA-453 ), gastrocarcinoma ( MKN-45 ), cervical cancer ( Hela ) and ovarian cancer ( 3AO ), was studied by MTT assay. The results showed that the supernatant of tumor cell culture suppressed the proliferation of lymphocytes activated with PHA. The supernatant of cultured tumor cells, except that of cultured MDA-453 cells, also suppressed the cytotoxic activity of LAK cells. It is suggested that there are immunosuppressive factors in the supernatant of tumor cell culture. But the immunosuppressive effect of supernatant derived from the cultured tumor cells treated with sodium phenylacetate that is a noncytotoxic differentiation inducer on the proliferation of lymphocytes activated with PHA and the cytotoxic activity of LAK cells , was decreased significantly. It indicates that sodium phenylacetate could decrease the immunosuppressive factors derived from tumor cells.

Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(09):-
Object To isolate and identify the chemical constituents of Saussurea japonica (Thunb.) DC. and to obtain some rules of chemical shift effects on hydroxylation and O-glycosylation. Methods The constituents were isolated by silica gel column chromatography and HPLC (RP-18), and their structures were elucidated through spectroscopic analysis (NMR and FABMS). The rules were obtained by comparison with those of known analogous lignans. Results Three lignan glycosides were isolated and identifiedcas (+)-1-hydroxypinoresinol-4″-?-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅵ), (+)-lariciresinol-4-?-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅷ), and (+)-1-lariciresinol-4′-?-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅸ), as well as the rules for effects of the hydroxy group at C-1 (upshift about ??-4.2) and O-glucosylation (downshift about ??+3.0) on 13CNMR chemical shifts of (+)-pinoresinol and (+)-lariciresinol. Conclusion All these compounds were obtained from the plants of Saussurea DC. for the first time and the rules should be as some important evidences to assign the position of hydroxylation and glycosylation.

The oxter of the normal mice were injected S 180 tumor cell liquid and the abdomen of those were injected H 22 tumor cell liquid. Tumor-bearing mice were given QE by ip cold alcohol extract (191.37, 95.68, 47.84 mg/kg), hot alcohol extract (121.17, 60.58, 30.29 mg/kg), and cytoxan (20 mg/kg as positive control), normal saline (as negative control) for 7 d then the mice were killed, and the tumor cell membrane liquids were made according to the methods. The membrane fluidity was studied with fluorescence polarization (P) and microviscosity (?) with 1,6-dipheyl-1,3,5-hexatriene (DPH) as a probe. Results The QE by both cold and hot alcohol can make the membrane fluidity of S 180 tumor cell improve, the membrane fluidity of H 22 tumor cell decline. Compared with the normal saline control group, QE by both cold and hot alcohol can make the membrane fluidity of RBC (red blood cell) decline (P
9.Clinical Value of N-terminal Pro-brain Natriuretic Peptide and Cardial Troponin I for Evaluating the Patients With Acute Pulmonary Embolism Combining Right Ventricular Dysfunction
Chinese Circulation Journal 2015;30(5):446-448
Objective: To explore the clinical value of N-terminal Pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-ProBNP) and cardial troponin I (cTnI) for evaluating the patients with acute pulmonary embolism (APE) combining right ventricular dysfunction (RVD). Methods: A total 92 APE patients treated in our hospital were studied. The blood levels of NT-ProBNP and cTnI were measured on next morning of administration and echocardiography was performed within 24 hours of APE diagnosis. According to echocardiographic results, the patients were divided into 2 groups: APE with RVD group,n=47 and APE without RVD group,n=45. Blood levels of NT-ProBNP and cTnI were compared between 2 groups. Results: Compared with APE without RVD group, APE with RVD group presented increased levels of NT-ProBNP, cTnI and right ventricular end-diastolic diameter (RVEDD), allP<0.01. ROC curve analysis found that both AUC of NT-ProBNP and cTnI > 90%, the optimum operating point for NT-ProBNP and cTnI were 554 pg/ml and 0.09 ng/ml respectively. Logistic regression analysis showed that NT-ProBNP (r=1.227,P=0.005), cTnI (r=0.862,P=0.016), right ventricular dysfunction (r=0.936,P=0.008) and heart rate (r=0.809,P=0.023) were related to poor prognosis for in-hospital patients. Conclusion: Blood levels of NT-ProBNP and cTnI may help diagnosing the patients with acute pulmonary embolism with right ventricular dysfunction, it may also predict the short term prognosis in clinical practice.
