Bronchial asthma is the most common chronic diseases in children.Asthma can not be fully explained by imbalance of Thl/Th2.With the research progress of CD4+ CD25+ Treg cell,it has been found that CD4+ CD25+ Treg cell related factors such as forkhead/winged helix transcription factor,heine oxygenase-1,transforming growth factor-?,cytotoxic T lymphocyte-associated antigen-4 are closely linked to asthmatic mechanisms.

Objective To study curative efficacy of compound tanshin injection and acupuncture and moxibustion in treatment of peripheral nerve injury its effects on nerve function.Methods 110 patients of peripheral nerve injury whoreceived therapy from April 2014 to September 2014 in our hospital were selected as research objects,according to the treatment were divided into observation group and control group,observation group using curative efficacy of compound tanshin injection,the control group using compound tanshin injection and low frequency dc therapy.Observe clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment,compared two groups before and after treatment can motor nerve and sensory nerve nerve conduction velocity,and to evaluate the basic function after treatment.Results After treatment,the observation group total effectiveness 94.5％,obviously higher than the control group total effectiveness 81.8％,significant difference(P< 0.05); Observation group after treatment of nerve function was 80.0％,significantly higher than the control group was 60.0％,significant difference(P<0.05); And after the treatment of motor nerve and sensory nerve conduction velocity observation group were significantly higher than the control group,significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Curative of compound tanshin injection and acupuncture and moxibustion in treatment of peripheral nerve injury,can significantly improve patients with nerve function,improve the effect of treatment,and no side effect,is worth popularizing in clinic.

Objective To build convenient structure ,efficient and intelligent transfusion information system ,improve the quality of services to meet the needs of clinical applications and hospital management ,and make the core concept of “quality safety” practi‐cable by the information system .Methods Establish a blood transfusion information system based on the theory of hospital bionic management in hospital .Results The transfusion information system which constructed from bionic management theory can fully realize the design goals and satisfy all types of users .Conclusion Bionic management with the features of integrity ,auto correla‐tion ,ideology and culture has good potential for growth ,and could play a great directive role on hospital information system .

Objective To study the influence of climate, geographical environment and harvesting time on contents of schaftoside in Desmodium styracifolium Herba. Methods Content of schaftoside in Desmodium styracifolium Herba was determined by using HPLC. ODS-C18 column (4. 6 mmí250 mm,5 μm) was used, the mobile phase was methanol-water (3268), the detection wavelength was 272 nm, the flow rate was 0. 5 mL·min-1, and the column temperature was 35℃. Results The climate type, amount of precipitation, average temperature, duration of sunshine, geographical environment of different province had significant impacts on the content of schaftoside in Desmodium styracifolium Herba. Conclusion Subtropical monsoon climate, temperature from 25 ℃ to 32 ℃, sunshine time of 10 h per day and the average annual rainfall of 1 942 mm are suitable for growth of Desmodium styracifolium. The content of schaftoside in samples cultivated from Guangxi Province is higher than that cultivated from Guangdong Province and Hainan Province. The schaftoside content of sample cultivated in July is higher than that cultivated in other months.

Objective　To evaluate the expression of Fas/FasL antigen on peripheral blood T lymphocytes and its possible role in Behcet disease. Methods　The expression of Fas and FasL antigen on peripheral blood T lymphocytes was determined by flow cytometry and three-colour double marked immunofluorescence methods in 26 patients with Behcet disease and 43 healthy individuals. Results　The difference was significant between Behcet disease (25.70%±7.32%) and controls (14.02%±6.30%) concerning the Fas expression on CD4+ T lymphocytes(P＜0.01) . But no difference was found concerning the expression of FasL antigen between Behcet disease and controls (P＞0.05).The expression of Fas antigen on CD8+ T lymphocytes from Behcet disease (9.47%±6.97%)was significantly higher than that in control group(3.47%±2.75%), but no difference was found concerning FasL antigen expression on CD8+ T lymphocytes between Behcet disease and controls(P＞0.05).Conclusion　These results indicate the imbalance of the expression of Fas and FasL on T lymphocytes in Behcet disease is responsible for the perpetuation and recurrence of Behcet disease for the activated lymphocytes would not be eliminated through apoptosis mediated by Fas/FasL system.

Objective To study the clincial effectiveness and safety of endoscopic sphincteropapillotomy combined with balloon dilation for decompensated cirrhosis accompanied with choledocholithiasis.Methods Data of 79 cases of decompensated cirrhosis patients with choledocholithiasis who underwent limited endoscopic sphincterotomy plus endoscopic papillary balloon dilation (ESBD,the ESBD group) and 42 cases who underwent endoscopic papillary balloon dilation(EPBD,the EPBD group)were retrospectively analysed and compared for complete stone clearance rate,one-time stone clearance rate and complications.Results The rate of complete stone clearance and one-time stone clearance were 94.9％ (75/79) and 77.2％ (61/79)in ESBD group,and those were 88.1％ (37/42) and 59.5％ (25/42) in EPBD group respectively.The rate of complete stone clearance was a little higher in ESBD group than that in EPBD group.In ESBD group,ERCP-related bleeding occurred in 3 patients (3.8％),post-ERCP hyperamylasemia in 3 (3.8％)and post-ERCP pancreatitis in 2 (2.5％) ; while in EPBD group,post-ERCP hyperamylasemia occurred in 8 patients(19.0％),post-ERCP pancreatitis in 6(14.3％) and ERCP-related bleeding did not occur.There were no significant difference in ERCP-related bleeding between ESBD group and EPBD group (P =0.551).However,the rates of post-ERCP pancreatitis and hyperamylasemia in ESBD group were significantly lower than those in EPBD group(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion ESBD is a safe and effective procedure for choledocholithiasis accompanied by decompensated cirrhosis,with several advantages over EPBD in terms of higher one-time stone clearance rate,reduced risk of post-ERCP pancreatitis and hyperamylasemia,and without noticeable increase in the risk of bleeding related to ERCP.

Objective To investigate the impact of hyper-homocystinemia (Hcy)on cardiac remolding in spontaneously hypertensive rat(SHR)and the protective effects of folic and vitamin B12 on the remolding.Methods The seven-week-old SHR were divided into four groups according to different diet for 20 weeks.The control group was fed a perfect compound diet without methionine,the methionine group was fed a perfect compound diet added with 2 ％ methionine,the treatment group was fed as that of methionine group,but added with vitamin B12 0.09 mg/(kg.d)and folate 4 mg/(kg.d)in the last 12 weeks,the mixture group was fed as that of methionine group in the first 8 weeks,and as that of control group.At the end of the intervention period,plasma levels of Hcy and matrix metalloprotease(MMP)-9 were measured.The blood pressure was detected by the non-invasive blood pressure sensing device.The cardiac structure and function were detected using echocardiography and invasive hemodynamic method.Picro-sirius red(PSR)staining was used to check the fibrosis in paraffin embedding ventricle section.Results Plasma levels of Hcy and MMP-9 were increased in the methionine group,while there was no significant difference in plasma levels of Hcy and MMP-9 among the treatment group,the mixture diet group and control group.Rats in methionine group had the largest heart weight among four groups,and systolic blood pressure was lower in methionine group than in the control group(P＜0.05).Compared with the other three groups,the methionine group showed that the left ventricular end-diastolic pressure(LVEDP)was increased and-dp/dt maxwas decreased.Meanwhile,LVEDP and-dp/dt m,x had no significant difference between the control group,treatment group and mixture group.The methionine group showed the most severe decrease in the left ventricular fractional shortening(LVFS)and +dp/dt While LVFS and + dp/dt max had no statistical significance between the treatment group and control groups,but the mixture group had lower LVFS and +dp/dt max values as compared with the control group(both P＜0.05).Perivascular fibrosis was increased significantly in methionine group as compared with the other three groups,while the treatment and control groups had similar perivascular fibrosis,but the mixture group had higher perivascular fibrosis than did the control group,and had similar perivascular fibrosis to the treatment group.Fibrosis deposition in myocardium mesenchymal was similar to those observed in perivascular fibrosis,but the treatment group showed a more improvement of collagen deposition as compared with the mixture group.Conclusions Hyper-homocystinemia can accelerate systolic and diastolic dysfunction through accumulating fibrosis in myocardium and perivascular wall which lead to adverse cardiac remolding.Folate and vitamin B12 have protective effects on heart function by reversing the adverse changes through decreasing Hcy level.

As the existing electrical field method for colon hollow structure virtual eversion is time consuming, a new faster method is presented here to overcome this disadvantage. In the new method, the cross section we used is composed of an orthogonal section and an electrical field section rather than the electrical field section only. We have applied this new method to a series of CT data of a patient for virtual eversion. The result shows that the time cost by using the fast method is only about 1/6 of the existing method, and the image quality is also acceptable.

Objective To investigate the effects of macrophage inflammatory protein-1α (MIP-1α) combined with molecule 4-1BB L on the tumorigenicity of hepatocellular carcinoma cells in vivo. Methods Mouse MIP-1α (mMIP-1α) expressed Hepa 1-6 cells were transfected with m4-1BBL recombinant retrovirus, the anti-histidinol cells clones were selected and amplified. The expression of m4-1BB L was confirmed by flow cytometry. The growth curve of Hepa 1-6 cells transfected with mMIP-1α and m4-1BBL alone or together was drawn and compared. C57B/L Mice were randomly divided into 7 groups, 9 mice in each group, injected with mMIP-1α+m4-1BB L Hepa 1-6 cells, m4-1BB L Hepa 1-6 cells, mMIP-1α Hepa 1-6 cells, Hepa 1-6 cells, pLXSHD Hepa 1-6 cells or PBS respectively. The tumorigenicity of hepatocellular carcinoma cells and the mice survival rate were compared between each groups. Results Hepa 1-6 mMIP-1α+m4-1BB L cells which expressed both mMIP-1α and m4-1BB L were successfully established. The expression of mMIP-1α and m4-1BB L alone or together did not affect the growth curve of Hepa 1-6 cells. Observed for 5 weeks, no tumor developed in Hepa 1-6 mMIP-1α+m4-1BB L injected mice. The tumorigenicity of Hepa 1-6 mMIP-1α+m4-1BB L was lower than that of Hepa 1-6 mMIP-1α or Hepa 1-6 m4-1BB L in vivo. The survival rate of Hepa 1-6 mMIP-1α+m4-1BBL injected mice(9/9) was higher than that of Hepa 1-6 m4-1BB L injected mice (6/9)or Hepa 1-6 mMIP-1α injected mice (1/9). Conclusion Chemokine MIP-1α combined with costimulatory 4-1BB L lowered the tumorigenicity of hepatocellular carcinoma cells in vivo, and prolonged the mice survival period.

BACKGROUND: At present, the researches on steroid-induced avascular necrosis of the femoral head are mostly concentrated on the treatment of formed necrosis. And there are fewer reports on how to prevent the ostoenecrosis of the femoral head in the course of steroid therapy.OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of preventive medication on femoral head structure and blood flow in steroid-induced osteonecrosis.DESIGN: Randomized controlled experiment.SETTING: Department of Pharmacology, Department of Anatomy, Medical College of Shaoguan University; Department of Nuclear Medicine, Guangdong Province Yuebei People's Hospital.MATERIALS: Thirty adult New Zealand rabbits of either sex, whose body mass was (2.5±0.5) kg.METHODS: The experiment was carried out in the Central Laboratory,Medical College of Shaoguan University, the Department of Electron Microscope, the Northern Campus of Guangzhou, Sun Yat-sen University, and the Department of Nuclear Medicine, Guangdong Province Yuebei People's Hospital from April to July 2005. ①Thirty rabbits were divided randomly into 3 groups with 10 rabbits in each group: control group with intramuscular injection of 1 mL/kg normal saline twice a week and meanwhile, intragastric administration of normal saline(10 mL/d), steroid group with intramuscular injection of dexamethasone sodium phosphate(1 mL/kg) twice a week and meanwhile, intragastric administration of normal saline(10 mL/d),treatment group with intramuscular injection of dexamethasone sodium phosphate(1 mL/kg) twice a week and meanwhile, intragastric administration ofXuesaitong(25 mg/kg), Zhibituo(350 mg/kg) and alendronate(5 mg/kg)daily for 8 weeks. ②After 1 week of drug withdrawal, the blood flow of femoral head was measured in all the rabbits with radioactive microsphere technique, and the histological changes were observed under light microscope and electron microscope.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: ①Blood flow of the femoral head in each group.②Histological and morphological changes, and ultrastructure of the femoral head cartilage in each group.RESULTS: ①The blood flow in the treatment group was more than that in the steroid group[(0.261±0.042), (0.197±0.053) mL/(min·g), q=6.10,P ＜ 0.01]. Compared with the control group[(0.243±0.039) mL/(min ·g)],the difference was not significant. ②The number of empty bone lacunae in the treatment group was fewer significantly than that in the steroid group [(15.22±5.49), (24.78±7.87) pieces, q=6.35, P ＜ 0.01]. However, there was no difference between the treatment group and control gruop [(10.38±3.78)pieces].③In the treatment group, the bone cells were normal, the endoplasmic reticula were abundant and the cellular nuclei were of normal shape.In the steroid group, the bone cells contracted in volume, the pyknosis occurred, the chromatin gathered to the edge and the bone lacuna enlarged.CONCLUSION: While using steroid hormone for long, using Xuesaitong,Zhibituo and alendronate may elevate the blood flow of femoral head, improve the tissue structure of bone and prevent or lighten steroid-induced necrosis of femoral head.
