Hemangioma is one of the most common tumor in the region of the head and neck. There are many methods were tried for the treatment of hemangioma, however no single satisfactory method was introduced. The hemangioma which arised from the external ear are rare. Authors report three cases of the hemangioma which involved the external ear.
