Up to day, there was no definite report in hormonal changes in serum and seminal plasma which might be affected by vasectomy. In order to clarify the controversy regarding hormonal change in normal, vasectomy and vasovasostomy, author has observed LH, FSH and Testosterone in seminal plasma as follow; l. The LH and FSH level has been shown decrease comparison with control group after vasectomy 2. The LH level has been rising with vasovasostomy. 3. The FSH level was some increased after vasovasostomy, but which is not statistically significant. 4. The Testosterone has not been shown any change with vasectomy and vasovasostomy.

Ureteral stricture are not uncommon sequelae in renal tuberculosis. Oral steroid therapy has been tried as an alternative to surgery in some of these patient on several reports. Three ureteral stricture were effective in 5 patient by oral steroid therapy.

Acute myocardial infarction after a bee sting is a very rare process. Among proposed mechanisms, vasospasm of the coronary artery is the most probable mechanism. Many mediators are included in the venom of wasps, and those mediators have vasoconstrictive properties and may constrict the coronary artery. Furthemore, those mediators have thrombogenic properties that lead to thrombogenesis in the coronary artery and aggravate myocardial ischemia. Epinephrine, commonly used in the management of anaphylactic shock, may further aggravate myocardial ischemia. We experienced two cases of acute myocardial infarction after a bee sting. In the first case, we could find no underlying abnormalities of the coronary vessel because the patient died during coronary angiography. In the second case, the electrocardiogram showed inferior wall myocardial infarction, but only mild stenosis of the right coronary artery was seen in coronary angiography.

Developing the instruments in urological field, the urinary tract stones may be manipulated more easily and lesser invasively recently. The percutaneous nephrolithotripsy is one of the most widely using technique for the renal stone. But, the major portion of the failure through the manipulation of percutaneous nephrolithotripsy is the access to the correct, wanted calyx by puncture. So, we observed the 27 normal right kidneys and 26 left kidneys by abdominal computer tomogram scanning and excretory urography for the Korean caliceal anatomy. The following results were obtained 1. The average values of posterior renal rotation from the coronal plane of body were 31.0 degrees +/- 4.4 degrees in the right kidneys 32.4 degrees +/- 3.2 degrees in the left kidneys. 2. The average values of anterior and posterior caliceal angle were 58.8 degrees +/- 7.6 degrees and 20.7 degrees +/- 5.8 degrees in the right kidneys; 38.3 degrees +/- 6.2 degrees and 43.0 degrees +/- 5.2 degrees in the left kidneys. 3. The major type of classical system was Brodel type (74.l%) in the right kidney; Hodson type (53.8%) in the left kidney. 4. The anterior calyx is more laterally placed about 8l.8% in the excretory urography.

Malakoplakia of the bladder is an extremely rare condition in which there are multiple round or oval, plaque like or occasionally polypoid projections of the mucosa and submucosa which may be mistaken for cancer. It is believed to be infectious in origin, secondary to a deficiency of intracellular lysosomal digestion. There is often a clinical history of urinary tract infection, and the condition is considered to be an atypical form of granulomatous response to Gram negative coliform infection. We report a case of malakoplakia of the bladder clinically simulating malignant tumor, which was treated successfully with transurethral resection and antibiotics.

There are many variant forms in Klinefelter's syndrome which is characterized by azoospermia, gynecomastia, a variable degree of enuchoidism, elevated urinary gonadotropins, atrophic testis and hyalinization of the seminiferous tubules. Among these, 48XXXY from is known as rare variants of Klinefelter's syndrome which had been reported about 50 cases. 48 XXXY Klinefelter's syndrome is composed of more severe physical abnormality and more multiple symptom and signs than classic Klinefelter's syndrome. We have reported a case of 48 XXXY Klinefelter's syndrome associated with ophthalmic problems and mild mental retardation in 20 year old Korean male.
