1.Research advances in the relationship between prolactin and spontaneous abortion.
Journal of Integrative Medicine 2012;10(1):7-12
Spontaneous abortion is one of the most common gestational conditions, with the morbidity of 1% to 5% in married women. It is a serious problem troubling women at the reproductive age. There are many factors causing spontaneous abortion, among them, spontaneous abortion resulting from endocrine abnormalities can be detected and treated. Prolactin is a major endocrine hormone participating in reproductive regulation and playing an important role in early pregnancy implantation and pregnancy maintenance. When there are unusual levels it is closely related to spontaneous abortion, leading to a necessity to further study the relationship between them. International and domestic research developments in recent years about the correlation between prolactin and spontaneous abortion are discussed in this paper.

International Journal of Pediatrics 2015;42(3):274-279
In recent years, with the deepening research on autoinflammatory diseases (AID),more and more diseases have been found and included in the AID category. The clinical manifestations of AID are various, but most of them are not specific. Therefore,it is difficult to distinguish AID from infectious diseases, tumors and other autoimmune diseases, which causes misdiagnosis and delayed diagnosis. This article aims at discussing about the clinical diagnosis and treatment procedure of AID.
3.THE STUDY OF MORPHOLOGY OF ATRIOVENTRICULAR VALVES OF THE HEART IN CHINESE
Acta Anatomica Sinica 1954;0(02):-
The atrio-ventricular valves of the normal heart in 200 Chinese cadavers of different ages were studied. The right atrioventricular valves were classified into three types and the left were classified into two types, according to the number of the main cusps. It was found that percentage of the second type (53.5%) of the right atrio-ventricular valves was higher than that of the first type (43.5%) and the first type (83.0%) of the left atrio-ventricular valves is in the majority, while the second type (17.0%) represents only a small percentage. An accessory cusp is situated between two main cusps. The accessory cusp was found in the right atrio-ventricular valves of 132 cases (66.0%), the majority of which had only one accessory cusp (95 cases. 72.0%), and among them there were 65 cases (37.4%) in which antero-medial accessory cusps were present. The accessory cusps were found in the left atrio-ventricular valves of 103 cases (51.5%), most of them also had only one cusp (92 cases 89.3%) and among them there were 71 cases (62.3) in which postero-medial accessory cusps were present. If the total number of the main and the accessory cusps was considered, in the right ventriculus, four cusps were found in 40.5% of the cases, five in 29.0%, three in 19.5%, six in 9.0%, two in 1.5%, seven in 0.5%; while in the left ventriculus, three cusps were found in 51.5% of the cases, two in 37.0%, four in 11.0% and five in 0.5%.The size of the valves was measured. In the right ventriculus the postero-medial valve is the broadest (40.1 mm), the postero-lateral valve is the highest (24.5 mm). In the left ventriculus the postero-lateral valve is the broadest (36.9 mm), the antero-medial valve is the hightest (20.8 mm). The associated valves are usually larger than the other common main valves, the diameters of which are larger than that of the accessory valves. The perimeter of left artrio-ventricular ring is 79.69 mm and the right is 97.79 mm.
5.Discussion on polysaccharide determination methods in new Chinese drug research.
China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2014;39(17):3392-3394
According to existing problems in polysaccharide determination methods in new Chinese drug applications, the method suitability, chemical reference selection, components interference and method research were introduced. The author suggests that suitable determination method should be selected according to the structure and property of the polysaccharide, and validated. Some influent factors should be examined to assure the accuracy of the method, such as the stability and using amount of the visualizing reagent, visualizing time, maximum detection wavelength etc. Monosaccharide and other water soluble components should be removed from polysaccharide sample, and suitable reference substance and detection wavelength should be selected. It should pay attention to mutual interference of neutral and acidic saccharide, and use inhibitor to eliminate the interference. Because the slopes of the standard curves are different for different monosaccharide, it is proposed that the types and ratios of the monosaccharide in heteroglycan should be understood, and mixed reference substance solution in the ratio is prepared for determination.

Acta Anatomica Sinica 1955;0(03):-
Vessels and nerves within the medial arm flap were studied in 40 upper limbsof adult cadavers. The chief results are as follows:1.The medial arm cutaneous arteries may arise from the superior ulnar colla-teral artery(45.3%?4.09),the brachial artery(25.0%?3.50),the deepbrachial artery(8.7%?2.32),the axillary artery(5.4?1.86%),or others(thesubscapular, the posterior circumflex humeral, the inferior ulnar collateral artery andmusculo-cutaneous arteries of the triceps, the biceps and the teres major).Thecaliber of its origin from the superior ulnar collateral artery is 1.73?0.06mm.Itaccompanies the ulnar nerve and the muscular branch of the radial nerve whichpasses to the medial head of the triceps.2.The medial arm cutaneous arteries may be divided into four types accordingto their number of sources:one-source type——10.0%?4.74;two-source type——52.5%?7.9;three-source type——32.5%?7.41;five-source type——5.0%?3.45.The chief cutaneous vein of the medial arm flap is the basilic vein and its tributa-ries.The caliber at the terminal end of the basilic vein is 4.76?0.25mm.3.The blood vessels within the medial arm flap anastomose into networks whichdrain from the whole flap.4.The diameter of upper part of the medial arm cutaneous nerve is 1.24mm.The diameter of upper part of the posterior arm cutaneous nerve is 0.5~1.0mm.The diameter of upper part of the medial forearm cutaneous nerve is 2.26mm.5.The blood vessels and the clinical applications of the medial arm flap werediscussed in this article.
7.A longitudinal study of caring group on the caring ability of undergraduate nursing students
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2016;15(4):362-366
Objective To investigate the effect of creating caring group on the caring ability of undergraduate nursing students, and to put forward strategies for cultivating the caring ability of undergraduate nursing students.Method A total of 80 nursing freshmen who provided voluntary informed consent to participate in the study were divided into 2 groups.Students in the control group were taught with routine teaching mode, while the students in experimental group were recruited to caring group on the basis of control group's routine teaching.Caring group were conducted team activities regularly, which included topic discussion, experience sharing, interest games and team report so on.The experimental group and control group were surveyed by Caring Ability Inventory (CAI) during the beginning, middle and the end period of the research.SPSS 20.0 was used for data processing and the data was made descriptive analysis,t test, and analysis of variance. Results Before the intervention, the CAI total scores of the experimental group and the control group were (184.55 ± 13.25) and (186.67 ± 25.11) respectively and there was no statistically significant difference on the total score and scores in three dimensions.Compared with the norm of foreign countries, the caring ability of the students was at middle and low level. The scores of experimental group and control group in the cognitive dimension increased with higher grade, but there was no statistically significant difference between two groups. The two groups' scores in patience and courage sub-scales also increased with grade level and experimental group had significant higher scores than control group in the two sub-scales (P<0.05).Conclusion Caring ability of undergraduate nurs-ing students in our school is low.Caring group can effectively improve students' caring ability.Nursing students' caring ability cultivation strategies need to be explored.
8.Evaluate the reliability of standardized facial photographs in assessment of mandibular asymmetry case
Journal of Chinese Physician 2008;10(11):1463-1465
Objective To assess the reliability and validity of standardized facial photographs under natural head position (NHP) in assessment of mandibular asymmetry cases. Methods Standardized facial photographs (SFP) and posteroanterior cephalometry (PAC) were taken under natural head position from 25 mandibular asymmetry eases (14 boys and 11 girls), aged 14 to 29 years old. Distances from 8 landmarks to the vertical reference line were measured. The difference and the asymmetry ratio of two sides were calculated respectively. The relationship between the measurements of SFP and PAC were compared, and the repeatability of landmarks was assessed. Results Six measurements were significant different between two sides, 3 from SFP and 3 from PAC. Measurements from two ways were correlated a cer-tain extent. The repeatability of landmarks was satisfied. Conclusion Measurements from standardized facial photographs under NHP pres-ent a clinical useful method to quantify mandibular asymmetry.
9.The Development of Medical Modes and the Changing of Patient-Doctor Relationship
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(02):-
The patient doctor relationship,as the essential part of medical relationship, is inevitably influenced by the medical views and develops with the evolvement of medical modes. Understanding the inner logical relationships between the medical mode and the patient-doctor relationship can facilitate the further research on the patient-doctor relationship. Currently, we should choose the mode of the patient-doctor relationship on the basis of respecting patient, emphasizing the obligation, motivating the activity of patients, and constructing an honesty-trust relationship between patient and doctor, which will make it easy to understand the ethical request of the constructing of patient-doctor relationship and make the definition of the patient doctor relationship clearer.
10.Application of minimally invasive approach in abdominal surgery: Advances and prospects
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2004;0(02):-
Minimally invasive approach points toward one of the directions of the development of surgery in the new century.Based on endoscopy, laparoscopy and interventional technique, minimally invasive techniques have been more and more widely applied to abdominal surgery. Some have already replaced conventional open surgery and become the first option for the treatment of some diseases.Nevertheless, some problems and mistaken ideas do exist in the development of minimally invasive techniques, which call for our attention and proper solution.Combined use of different minimally invasive techniques represents the trend of the development of minimally invasive surgery, while virtual reality techniques, robotic techniques and remote minimally invasive techniques will be playing a leading role in the future.
