1.Eosinophil Leucocytes in Cantharidin Blisters of Patients with Various Dermatoss.
Korean Journal of Dermatology 1970;8(1):19-23
The increase of the eosinophil leukocytes can be taken as a sign of an allergic reaction it might be a helpful means for obtaining information on the etiology of diseases, therefore, examinations for eosinophil leukocytes in Cantharidin blisters was undertaken in normals and with various skin disorders. 1. In 30 healthy suhjects, blister eontained 56.47+42.5/mm3 of eosinophil leucocytes, and 80% of them never exceeded 66/mm3 of eosinophil leucocytes. 2. The highest eosinophil leukocytes among the various dermatoses was seen contact dermatitis (93.07+40.3/mm3) and drug eruption (92.17+21.1/mm3), atopic dermatitis (75.37+41.0/mm3), and chronic urticaria (72.28+24.2/mm3) were followed in order. 3. The eosinophil leukocytes were slightly increased in psoriasis vulgaris (69.14+29.9/mm3) and herpes zoster (63.25+20.4/mm3). 4. The eosinophil leucocytes were markedly increased in the skin disorders of allergic nature and slightly in non-allergic skin disorders.

2.A Case of Lecalized Cutis Laxa.
Korean Journal of Dermatology 1970;8(2):87-90
Cutis laxa is a rarely discussed entity which manifests itself primarily as loose redundant skin and may be accompanied by internal anomalies. Localized cutis laxa is involved to the ear lobules, eyelids an lips in 34 years old male was described. Diagnosis of localized cutis laxa was established by clinical characteristic manifestations and histopathological studies.

3.Scabies - Scraping Results Using Mineral Oil.
Korean Journal of Dermatology 1974;12(1):21-26
Frorn August to December 1973, 189 cases of scabies were examinecl by Muller's method and following results were obtained: 1) 91 cases (52. 6%) of 172 were confirmed by detecting mite. 2) From the reexamination of samples, adult form(58.2%), larva(52.7%), egg(41.8%), egg shell(30.8%) and scybala(29.7%) were identified in order and egg shell and scybala were also diagnostic. 3) Confirmed scraping lesions were burrow(61. 8%),papule(29.4%), vesicle(5.9%) pustule(2.9%), in order of frequency. 4) Adult Sarcoptes was found in 27 cases(64.3%) of 42 examined with burrows and in 13 cases(65%) of 20 with papules. 5) Mean of incubation period was 26.6 days in 14 cases.

4.The Fate of Demineralized Human Osteosarcoma in Rat's Muscle Pouch
The Journal of the Korean Orthopaedic Association 1986;21(6):987-991
Demineralized homogenous bone matrix is reported to have no antigenic activity and its osteoinductive prcoess is faster than that of undemineralized homogenous bone. The present authors studied on the osteoinduction of demineralized human osteosarcoma in rat's muscle pouch. The results showed that demineralized human osteosarcoma tissue can induce new bone though there were inflammatory signs and giant. cell reaction. The osteoinductive process seemed to be delayed compared to that of demineralized homogenous bone matrix. The authors believed that further immunological investigations are needed to clarify the cause of these tissue response.

Journal of the Korean Radiological Society 1994;31(2):273-277
PURPOSE: To describe the radiological differences between tuberculous(TBB) and non-tuberculous bronchiectasis(NTBB). MATERIALS AND METHODS: Chest radiographs(n=62), bronchograms(n=18), and CT scans(n=52) of 37 patients with TBB and 25 patients with NTBB were reviewed retrospectively. Diagnostic basis for TBB were positive sputum AFB with or without history of anti-tuberculous chemotherapy(n=35), and radiological findings of pulmonary tuberculosis (n=2). Four of NTBB had a history of severe respiratory tract infection in childhood. RESULTS: Air-fluid levels on chest radiographs were seen in 2% of TBB, and 20% of NTBB. On bronchograms, all patients with TBB had combined focal bronchostenosis, whereas patients with NTBB had tubular(50%), cystic(17%), or mixed(33%) pattern of dilatation without stenosis. On CT scans, focal emphysema was seen in 86% of the patients with TBB, and 38% of the patients with NTBB. Peribronchiolar infiltration were seen in 78% and 44% of patients with TBB and NTBB, retrospectively. CONCLUSION: Basic radiological difference between TBB and NTBB was that the former had coexistent sten.

Annals of Dermatology 2002;14(2):114-116
Keratosis punctata of the palmar creases (KPPC) is rare skin condition characterized by punctiform hyperkeratotic pits confined to the palmar and digital creases. Although this condition has been regarded as a variant of classical punctate keratoses, there are some differences between classical punctate keratosis and KPPC. We herein report a case of KPPC in a 22-year-old man who had numerous, tiny, hyperkeratotic pits limited to the palmar creases of both hands with typical histologic findings.
