1.Urethrotomy Under Endoscopic Direct Vision in the Management of Urethral Stricture.
Korean Journal of Urology 1985;26(3):231-236
28 times of Urethrotomy under endoscopic direct vision was made on 26 patients with urethral stricture. The results were as follows: l. Urethrotomy under endoscopic direct vision was highly useful for the primary management of any urethral stricture without associating with portion and length of stricture. 2. It could be easily repeated when the stricture recurred. 3. It was very safe, with few complications, 1 case of false passage and 2 cases of acute epididymitis and 2 cases of urinary incontinence.

Testicular teratomas are germ cell neoplasms that consist of tissue derived from ectoderm, mesoderm and endoderm in various stages of maturation. The teratomas are subclassified into mature teratoma, immature teratoma, and malignant teratoma. depending on the appearance and maturity of the various components. Prognosis is directly related to maturity of the tissue. Recently we experienced two cases of testicular teratoma, so we report these two cases of testicular teratoma with review of literature.

The frequency of multiple gastric cancers has recently been on the increase due to the development of improved diagnostic methods, such as endoscopy, chromoscopy, and pathological methods. To prevent relapse by a remnant cancer, it is critical to determine the surgical area after evaluating the entire synchronous multiple gastric cancer area using closed endoscopy and a radiological evaluation prior to surgery. There have been no prior reports of a diagnosis of quintuple gastric cancer before surgery, although; a diagnosis of quadruple gastric cancer has been previously reported. Here we describe a 65-year-old male patient who received a diagnosis of early quintuple gastric cancer by endoscopy before surgery.
