1.Some opinions of local anesthesia in haemorrhoidectomy

This study was undertaken to evaluate the local anesthesia with lidocain 0.5% in hemorrhoidectomy to supervise the analgesia of 157 patients with local anesthsia with lidocaine 0.5% for hemorrhoidectomy. Results: good: 96.18%, average: 3.18%, bad: 0.64%. Local anesthesia is quite good for hemorrhoidectomy

2.Primarily evaluation of mechanical ventilation with semi-open circuit.

The supervision of 22 patients underwent general anesthesia with mechanical ventilation with semi-open circuit by the monitor OXI CAP 4,700 (ohmeda) showed that the ventilation regime: f: 15 frequency/min; V1: 8.5 ml/kg; FiO2: 33.6% (1.07lit O2/min) was safe (SpO2 >= 97% PetCO2 20-40 mmHg) and saved more oxygen.

3.Evaluation of the clinical efficacy and safety of clarithromycin in treament of community acquired pneumonia

Clarithromycin had high efficacy in treatment of 39 community acquired pneumonia with low risk factors, including pneumonia 38 patients (50.67%), exacerbation of COPD and asthma 24 patients (32%), and acute bronchitis due to bacteria 13 patients (17.33%), with succesfully rate of 95.65%. The average duration of therapy was 8.56 days and only a few side effects (5.8%), including mainly nausea and diarrhea were observed. Clarithromycin is a safe and effective drug in treatment of community acquired lower respiratory infections
