A study on 55 patients of which 34 patients with cerebrovascular insufficiency and 21 patients with cerebrovascular accident who treated with 'mental maintenance - brain tonic' 'D­uong tam bo nao' pill has shown improved the symptoms including headache, vertigo, balance disorder, insomnia and loss of memory. It was an adjuvant drug for cerebrovascular accident to improve the moving function of patients through the daily activities, Barthel indicator. The drug was easy to use and did not cause the side effects.
