Objective To explore the weight for the training target of Applied nursing undergraduate. And find the degree of importance for the indexes of the target , thus highlighting theApplied training objective characteristics. Methods Developed by Bloom's teaching objectives classification theory and educational objectives theory to refined indexes, using Delphi method to establish the Applied nursing undergraduate training objectives. By the importance assignment from experts on each index, using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method to construct the judgment matrix. Then calculate the weight of each index weight, and test its logical consistency. Results The weight of theattitudes and valueswas 0.56, andknowledgeandabilitywere 0.22. For the secondary indicators, in the values dimension, professional attitudeandideological qualityhad relatively high weight.Under the knowledge dimension, the professional knowledge had the highest weight; and for the ability dimension, communication skillsandapplicationswere heavily maximum. All the random consistency rates (CR) for the indexes were less than 0.10, so there was no logical confusion. ConclusionsAppliednursing undergraduate talents need to combine theory and practice quickly into clinical work. By weight setting, this study provides basis to further quantify and highlight the Applied nursing undergraduate training features, and provides the basis for the application-oriented undergraduate nursing personnel reforms.

Objective:This study aims to explore the feasibility of ethical review and mutual recognition, focusing on the operational efficiency and review processes of the Ethics Committees in Tianjin′s third-level hospitals. Methods:A thorough online survey was conducted across tertiary hospitals in Tianjin, utilizing a detailed questionnaire. The survey primarily examined the operations and reviews of Ethics Committees from 2019 to 2022, evaluating the efficiency of ethical reviews, the effectiveness of clinical research administration, and the hospitals′ perspectives on mutual recognition of ethical reviews. From 29 collected responses, 28 were deemed suitable for in-depth statistical analysis. Results:In Tianjin′s 28 surveyed tertiary hospitals, 16 routinely hold ethics review meetings monthly. Nine hospitals have established pre-ethics review processes, and three have achieved mutual recognition of their ethical review outcomes. Additionally, five hospitals have integrated electronic information systems. From 2019 to 2021, there has been an increase in clinical trials and Investigator-Initiated Trials (IITs) under initial review, with a significant presence of multi-center clinical trials (90%) and multi-center IIT studies (75%). The timeframe for clinical research review opinions ranged from 18.84 to 20.69 days between 2019 and September 2022, while the duration for clinical research review approvals varied from 22.03 to 23.68 days. During the same period, clinical trial management efficiency spanned from 48.42 to 62.65 days, and IIT study management efficiency was between 25.54 to 28.17 days. Participants identified the main factors influencing management efficiency as stemming from research institutions and sponsors. The majority of hospitals expressed support for the advancement of mutual recognition of ethical reviews and the implementation of a unified submission checklist and template. Conclusions:The Ethics Committees in Tianjin′s third-level hospitals have progressively evolved towards standardization. There is a marked improvement in the efficiency of ethical reviews and overall management of clinical research, indicating a positive development towards more streamlined and effective ethical governance in clinical studies.

Chinese Journal of Biotechnology 2017;33(9):1567-1581
Candida albicans is an important opportunistic fungal pathogen of humans. Phenotypic plasticity is a typical biological feature of C. albicans, which is associated with pathogenicity, host adaptation, and sexual reproduction. Biofilm of C. albicans is a complex community formed by different morphological types of cells (yeast, hyphae and pseudohyphae) and secreted extracellular matrix. C. albicans biofilms are intrinsically resistant to antifungal drugs, the host immune system, and environmental stresses. Biofilm is an important virulence factor and a major clinical challenge. With the development of new technologies in global gene expression profiles and genetic manipulation, the regulatory mechanisms that govern C. albicans biofilm development and drug resistance become more and more clear. Major regulatory mechanisms involve the MAPK and cAMP signaling pathways and transcriptional regulators such as Bcr1 and Tec1. In addition, morphological transitions and sexual reproduction are also involved in the regulation of biofilm development. In this review, we focus on the genetic regulatory mechanisms of biofilm including the roles of cell-wall related proteins, transcription factors, and the MTL locus. In the last section, we also summarize the mechanisms of drug resistance of biofilm in C. albicans.

ObjectiveTo understand the health information needs of chronic disease inpatients and the current utilization of community health resources, and to analyze the influencing factors, so as to provide basis for personalized and high-quality health education for chronic disease inpatients and to guide them to make full use of community health resources. MethodsFrom November 2020 to February 2021, we conducted a face-to-face multi-center clinical epidemiological survey with paper questionnaire in three general hospitals of Shanghai. The study included 404 inpatients with diabetes, hypertension, coronary heart disease, chronic respiratory diseases, cancer and other chronic diseases. Results94.01% of the 404 respondents had different needs for disease or health related information, and there was no significant difference between patients of different ages, genders and educational backgrounds in their needs for health knowledge. Among these patients, only 39.11% of them participated in the establishment of a card for chronic disease management in the community or signed for a family doctor. The participation rate of male patients was lower than that of female patients (P<0.05). ConclusionPatients with chronic diseases have a high demand for health related information, and we need to provide health information in multiple ways. We should increase investment in community health resources, improve service quality, and guide residents with chronic diseases to make full use of community health resources.
