The records of 10 consecutive cases that sustaining traumatic CCF were retrospectively reviewed.The age of cases ranged from 18 to 55 years old, and all of them were complicated with fracture of orbit and base of skull.The causes of injuries, the characteristics of ocular manifestations,the findings in CT or cerebral angiography, and methods of treatment of CCF were analysed. The results showed that 9 cases were cured by operation (90%). The cavernous sinus fistulae were closed. The ocular signs such as exophthalmos, vascular murmur in eyelid and conjunctival swelling disappeared.One case had remaining exophthalmos.Nine patients who were cured were followed up for 6 months to 10 years.No ocular signs recurred in all cases. In 2 cases there were mild complications.It suggested that the pulsating exophthalmos,vessel murmur in eyelid and marked conjunctival vessel dilatation were the characteristics of ocular manifestations in CCF. Endovascular embolization with detachable balloon or spring coil is currently the treatment of choice and it is efficacious and safe in traumatic CCF.

Objective Observe the effect of of U8 similar bioelectricity stimulant therapy of infertility with gracile endometrium on endometrium reception .Methods 80 cases of patients in 252 natrual period with infertility caused by poor endometrial develop-ment for unknown reasons were randomly divided into two groups .The treatment group was intervened by U8 similar bioelectricity stimulant other day from the eighth day of menstruation until the day to inject HCG .After ovulation ,patients were sustained by progestin with a dose of 20 mg per day .The control group was given estradiol valerate with a dose of 2mg per day from the eighth day of menstruation until the day to inject HCG .After ovulation ,patients were sustained by progestin with a dose of 20mg per day as well .To compare the generral conditions on HCG injection day of the two groups anterior-posterior :both groupsal thickness and types ,parameters of intramembrane and submucosal uterine blood flow ,biochemical pregnancy rates and clinical pregnancy rates . Results The endometrial thickness and types on HCG injection day in treatment group were improved significantly (P<0 .05) . The parameters of intramembrane and submucosal uterine blood flow were better than the control ,there was a significant difference ( P<0 .05) .And the clinical pregnancy rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group there was a significant differ-ence(P<0 .05) .Conclusion U8 similar bioelectricity stimulation can promote the grow th of endometrium ,improve the endometrial receptivity and the clinical pregnancy rate .

Objective To study the value of 256-slice spiral CT (MSCT) in internal thoracic artery. Methods The angiographic images of 107 patients who were suspected thoracic and abdominal aortic diseases were retrospectively ana-lyzed. The running rule and branches of internal thoracic artery on both sides were observed. Each side of the internal thorac-ic artery was divided into 3 sections according to the running rule. The lumen diameter, vessel length and its branches were measured in three segmental vascular of the internal thoracic artery. The lumen diameter of the diaphragmatic artery diame-ter,and the distance between internal thoracic artery and each border of the sternum were also measured. Results Both sides of the internal thoracic and diaphragmatic arteries were shown in 107 patients (100%). There were significant differenc-es in vascular lumen diameter of intrathoracic artery of both sides (P＜0.05). There were no significant differences between both sides of the corresponding segments (P>0.05). The left internal thoracic artery was significantly longer in the left side than that of right side (P＜0.05). There were no significant differences between the diameter of diaphragmatic arteries and the distance between the internal thoracic artery and the sternal edge of two sides (P>0.05). Conclusion The application of 256-slice spiral CT angiography can clearly show the running rule and anatomical features of internal thoracic artery ,and provide a relatively important clinical information.

Objective To evaluate the application value of 256 slice spiral CT angiography (CTA)in the bridge vessels lesions af-ter grafts operation in lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans patients.Methods Taken DSA as the gold standard,using 256 slices spiral CTA to analysis the post-processing image of 76 article Bridge vascular which can be assessed in 65 cases patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans,and to evaluated the diagnosis accuracy,sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive rate and negative predictive rate of postoperative bridge intravascular lesions.Results Using 256 slices spiral CTA,the bridge vascular of grafts operation patients can be clearly displayed,stenosis or unobstructed,and the anastomosis of the bridge vascular.5 graft occlu-sion,22bridge intravascular plaque were diagnosed correctly,3 vascular lesions were undiscovered.The accuracy,sensitivity,speci-ficity,positive predictive rate and negative predictive rate were 98.15%,96.15%,97.90%,92.59% and 97.96% respectively. Conclusion Using 256 slices spiral CTA can clearly show the endovascular lesions of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans after grafts operation,and has high accuracy and specificity.It can be safely used as one of noninvasive follow-up means after grafts oper-ation.

Objective To evaluation the anatomy relationship between thoracic artery and coronary artery by using 256 layer spiral CT angiography. Methods The angiographic images of thoracic aortic and coronary artery angiography were re?vealed in 200 patients with chest pain. Values of the major branch length, diameter, length of the aorta-coronary artery by?pass on both sides of the thoracic artery and coronary artery were measured. Results The diameter of thoracic artery was (2.52±0.38) mm, and the length of thoracic artery from the starting point to terminal was (190.12 ±1.90) mm. There were no significant differences in the thoracic artery lumen diameter and length between both sides. The inner diameters of left anteri?or descending coronary artery, left circumflex, diagonal branch, right coronary artery and the posterior interventricular branch were (2.82 ±0.25), (2.60±0.12), (2.22±0.25), (3.02±0.27) and (2.35±0.35) mm respectively. There were no significant differences in thoracic artery diameters except for the right coronary artery diameter, which was higher than that of the thorac?ic artery. About free transplantation the length from 2cm above in the ascending aorta starting to the halfway point of anterior descending coronary artery, to the atrioventricular node along the left circumflex way, to the atrioventricular node along the right coronary artery and from the atrioventricular node to halfway point of posterior interventricular branch was shorter than that of thoracic artery (P<0.05). About situ transplantation in addition to the length from the thoracic artery start department to the point of anterior descending compared with the thoracic artery length, there were no statistical significance ( P>0.05). The length from the thoracic artery start department to the left-hand atrioventricular node, to the right coronary artery atrio?ventricular node was higher than that of the thoracic artery length (P<0.05). Conclusion The branches of internal thoracic artery and coronary artery are similar. About situ transplantation is suitable for the wall blood vessels before the heart. With free thoracic artery transplantation, its length can meet any bridging from the ascending aorta to the coronary arteries.

Salvia miltiorrhiza bunge (Dan shen in Chinese)is extracted from dried roots and rhizomes of Labiatae Salvia.Tan-shinones are the main lipid-soluble components in Salvia,each has specific pharmacological activity.This review focuses on the research progress of Tanshinones on cardiovascular diseases,an-ti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory effects, anti-tumor effect,hepatocyte protection and neuroprotective effects.Thera-peutic effects and mechanisms of Tanshinones on diverse disea-ses are summarized,pharmacokinetics and pharmaceutic evalua-tion were concluded.This review provides a global understand-ing about Tanshinones as a class of effective and promising can-didates for further studies,and lays a foundation for developing new Tanshinone-based agents according to the characteristics of Tanshinones.

Objective To analyze the common causes leading to lung infection following renal transplantation and provide targeted preventive measures to reduce the incidence of lung infection.Methods The clinical data of 561 recipients who underwent renal transplantation from January 2006 to February 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.The recipients were divided into two groups:group Ⅰ,from January 2006 to December 2009 (n =416) ; group Ⅱ,from January 2010 to February 2011 (n =145).The causes possibly leading to lung infection which took place 3 days before the appearance of the clinical symptoms were offered by the patients who suffered lung infection of group Ⅰ.And then the causes were summarized and analyzed to formulate the specific and comprehensive measures to prevent the infection.Finally the measures were applied to recipients in group Ⅱ from January 2010.After applying the measures for 14 months,the incidence of lung infection in group Ⅱ was counted and compared with that in group Ⅰ to see the preventive effect.Results There were 58 cases of lung infection in group Ⅰ (58/416,13.9％) and 12 cases in group Ⅱ (12/145,8.3％). There was significant difference in the incidence of lung infection between two groups (x2 =4.0361,P＜0.05).All of the recipients with lung infection were hospitalized in six months after the transplantation.The causes leading to lung infection of 58 cases in group Ⅰ were as follows:6 cases due to being excessively tired,3 cases due to guest visiting,12 cases due to abrupt change of weather,9 cases due to exposure to public place,8 cases due to returning to hospital,6 cases due to close contact with children,5 cases due to close contact with animals,and the other 9 cases without specific causes found.Conclusion The incidence of lung infection following renal transplantation can be notably reduced by the application of targeted and concrete health propaganda education and preventive measures based on analysis on the specific causes of infection.

Objective To investigate the effect of HBV on the expression of fibrosis-related factors in hepatic stellate cells(HSC)and its relation with liver fibrosis.Methods HSCs were co-cultured with HepG2 or HepG2.2.15 in vitro and HSCs cultured alone served as the control.The mRNA expression of matrix metalloproteinase(MMP)-2 and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase(TIMP)-1 was detected by realtime PCR.The protein expression of MMP-2 and TIMp-1 was detected by Western-blot.Results Compared with the control and the HSCs co-cultured with HepG2,the expression of MMP-2 and TIMP-1 mRNA in HSCs co-cultured with HepG2.2.15 was increased remarkably and the most significant difference was found at 72 h(F=11.91,23.13;P=0.008,0.001);the expression of MMP-2 and TIMP-1 protein in HSCs co-cuhured with HepG2.2.15 was also increased remarkably and the most significant difference was found at 72 h(F=20.70,6.54;P=0.002,0.003)too.Conclusion The expression of fibrosis-related factors in HSCs increased significantly after co-cultured with HepG2.2.15,which suggests that HBV could promote liver fibrosis.

Objective To investigate the effects of sperm DNA fragmentation (SDF)and sperm morphology on the fertilization and embryo development in ICSI.Methods SDF and sperm morphology were detected in the meanwhile of taking eggs in 1 45 ICSI treatment cycle.On the basis of SDF index (DFI)divided into group A (DFI≤30%)and group B (DFI >30%).According to the normal sperm morphology divided into group C (NMSR≥4%), group D (1 %≤NMSR <4%),group E (NMSR <1 %).According to the sperm DFI and NMSR divided into group F (DFI≤30% and NMSR≥4%)and group G (DFI >30% and NMSR <4%).Statistically analyzed ICSI outcome of research group:fertilization rate,embryo utilization rate,good quality embryo rate,implantation rate and clinical pregnancy rate.Results (1 )The normal fertilization rate,embryos utilization rate,good quality embryo rate,implan-tation rate in group A were significantly higher than those in group B (χ2 =6.96,8.95,5.49,3.92,all P <0.05), but clinical pregnancy rate had no significant difference (χ2 =1 .08,P >0.05).(2)The normal fertilization rate was statistically significant in group C,group D,group E (χ2 =34.5,65.8,11 .8,all P <0.05),but there were no significant differences in embryo utilization rate,good quality embryo rate,implantation rate and clinical pregnancy rate (P >0.05).(3 )The normal fertilization rate,embryo utilization rate,good quality embryo rate,implantation rate and clinical pregnancy rate in group F were significantly higher than those in group G,and normal fertilization rate,embryos utilization rate,good quality embryo rate had statistically significant differences (χ2 =37.5,1 1 .0,4.3,all P <0.05). Conclusion Sperm abnormal morphology has negative effect on fertilization,and the high DNA fragments have negative effects on fertilization and embryo development.
