Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on lung function and depressive mood of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and depression,and summarize the effective care of the disease,in order to achieve better efficacy in clinical care and treatment in the future.Methods 58 cases of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and depression in our hospital were chosen as the research object.They were randomly divided into the routine care group and the integrated care intervention group with 29 patients in each group.The routine care group received conventional care,and the integrated care intervention group was given comprehensive care according to the patients'individualized condition and psychological intervention on the basis of conventional care.The patients' lung function and severity of depression 6 months and 12 months after treatment were compared.Results In the integrated care intervention group,the lung function 6 months and 12 months after treatment were significantlybetter than the routine care group,the degree of depression was significantly slighter than routine care group.The effective rote of treatment was higher than the routine care group.Conclusions The efficacy of integrated care intervention for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and depression was significant,it can improve the lung function and depression state of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.

Objective To analyze the application effect of comprehensive intervention in perioperative period of patients with limb salvage surgery for malignant tumors of lower extremity.Methods According to the order of admission,77 patients received lower extremity malignant tumor limb salvage surgery were divided into control group (n =34)and observation group(n =35).The control group was given routine nursing intervention,the observation group underwent perioperative comprehensive intervention.The nursing effect of different clinical nursing intervention was compared between the two groups.Results The incidence rate of complications of the observation group was 5.71%,which was lower than 23.53% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2 =4.417, P <0.05).The satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was 97.14%,which was significantly higher than 76.47% in the control group(χ2 =6.498,P <0.05).The nursing,anxiety depression score of the two groups were significantly decreased,which of the observation group decreased more significantly compared with the control group(t =25.200,28.660,all P =0.000).Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the perioperative period of patients with lower extremity malignant tumor limb salvage surgery is obvious.

Age changes of the mandibular angle of 406 Chinese specimens were studied. It is concluded that the mandibular angle decreases from the childhood to the adult, but there is no remarkable change at old age. The mean angle of the female is 2.9?to 5.3?larger than in the male. The angle on both sides is not equal in 90% of cases, and the difference reaches 3～10?in roughly 40% of cases. The changes of the angle are related to the function of the mastication and the growth of the mandible.

Objective To study the effects of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) on protein kinase B(PKB) activity. Methods The cytosol and membrane activity of PKB at the indicated time periods was determined by [?-()~(32)P]ATP incorporation assay. Results Both membrane and cytosol activity of PKB in HEK293 cell treated with bFGF(75??g/L) reached to the peak at 10?min.Wortmannin efficiently inhibited the activity of PKB in HEK293 cell.Conclusion bFGF rapidly stimulats both membrane and cytosol activity of PKB via P13K in HEK293 cell.

AIM: To find the optimal polarity zone by comparing the antitumor effects of various polarity solvent extracts. METHODS: The various polarity solvent was used to separate the plant dry powder (petroleum ether, ethyl acetate,acetone,and ethanol). The antitumor activities of the different extracts on human cancer cell lines in vitro were analyzed using MTT assay. RESULTS : The petroleum ether extract and the ethyl acetate extract strongly inhibited the proliferation of leukemia K562 cells, oesophagus cancer Eca-109 cells and hepato- carcinoma HepG_2 cells, and showed significant dose-dependent response while the acetone extract and the ethanol extract exhibited low antitumor activities in vitro. The petroleum ether extract was the most active part. CONCLUSION: The petroleum ether extract is the principal antitumor extract from Stellera chanraejasmel L.

Objective To investigate the status and correlation between fatigue and health locus of control in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ( COPD ) . Method The multidimensional fatigue symptom inventory-short form and health locus of control questionnaire were used to investigate the fatigue and health locus of control among 150 COPD patients. Results The score on fatigue was 78.82 ± 1.50, in the middle-high level. The two factors scored the higher were physical fatigue and activity. The total score on health locus of control was 61.76 ± 5.02, at a middle-low level. The dimensions of health locus of control, ranked in a descending way in scores, included external control by destiny and authorities and internal control. The scores on external control by destiny and authorities were positively related that of total score on fatigue (P<0.05 for both) and the score of internal control was negatively correlated (P<0.05). Conclusion The fatigue of COPD patients was at high level and the health locus of control was at middle level. In the clinical practice, nurses should pay attention to the enhancement of patients′health locus of control to help them take up health behaviors for the purpose of lowering their fatigue.

Primary nocturnal enuresis is a common childhood disorder.This review discusses the progress on the treatment of primary nocturnal enuresis in children.Alarm interventions for nocturnal enuresis and desmopressin are the first-line therapy of primary nocturnal enuresis.In therapy-resistant cases,anticholinergic treatment combined with desmopressin can be tried.In situations when all other treatments have failed,imipramine treatment is warranted,provided the cardiac risks are taken into account.More research is needed regarding both the above drugs and non-pharmacological therapies on children with therapy-resistant enuresis.

Medullary thyroid carcinoma(MTC), which includes sporadic type and hereditary type, is a kind of malignant tumor in thyroid parafollicular cells. MTC is the common clinical character of the multiple en-docrine neoplasia type 2 (MEN 2), including MEN 2A and MEN 2B, and familial medullary thyroid carcinoma(FMTC). The RET gene encodes a receptor tyrosine kinase, its mutations and polymorphisms can induce acti-vation of the BET tyrosine kinase domain via different signal pathways resulting the genesis of MTC. RET has been used as a target for MTC molecular therapy. However, a clinically useful therapeutic option for treating pa-tients with RET-associated cancer is still not available.

ObjectiveTo develop and apply a method for detecting the titer of varicella-zoster virus(VZV)neutralizing antibodies based on complement dependence,so as to improve the sensitivity of traditional plaque reduction neutralization assay for detection of the titer of VZV antibody.MethodsThe antigen(live attenuated varicella vaccine)and antibody(human VZV immunoglobulin)were mixed in different proportions and different incubation times. After neutralization,the antigen-antibody mixture was inoculated into human diploid cell 2BS strain cultured in a six-well plate. After 7 ～ 10 d of culture,the number of plaques was counted by Coomassie brilliant blue staining,and the 50% neutralizing antibody titer was calculated by Karber′s formula. Under the optimal neutralization conditions obtained,the effect of complement on the sensitivity of neutralization experiment was explored by changing the addition amount of complement(lyophilized guinea pig serum)to evaluate the optimal addition amount of complement. According to the determined neutralization test parameters,the neutralizing antibody titers of 12 anti-VZV mouse sera and 14 anti-VZV human sera were detected by using traditional plaque method and complement-dependent plaque method respectively.ResultsThe key parameters of the detection method were determined:the titer of VZV standard antigen was 500 ～ 1 000 PFU/mL;the proportion of complement added to the antigen-antibody neutralization system was 1∶10(v/v),and the neutralization condition was 37 ℃ for 1 h. Both the complement-dependent plaque method and the traditional plaque method were positive for anti-VZV mouse serum antibody,while the antibody titer detected by the traditional plaque method was generally lower,and the antibody level of mice inoculated with 2 doses of live attenuated varicella vaccine was significantly higher than that of mice inoculated with 1 dose(t = 0. 45,P < 0. 05);Both of the two methods were positive for anti-VZV human serum antibody.ConclusionA complement-dependent detection method for neutralizing antibody titer of VZV was established. The addition of complement significantly improved the sensitivity of neutralization detection. The evaluation of the titers of neutralizing antibodies in mouse serum with different immunization strategies by the method suggested that the immune effect of two doses of vaccine was better than that of one dose.
