Objective To evaluate the application of neutrophil CD 64 in diagnosis of sepsis in adult patients. Methods Literature retrieval from PubMed, EMBASE, ISI Web of Knowledge, Cochrane Library, CBM, CNKI, CQVIP, Wanfang Data from the establishment of database to the year 2015 was conducted to identify all studies on CD 64 in diagnosis of sepsis .The quality of the literature was evaluated with the quality assessment of diagnostic accuracy studies ( QUADAS).Meta-Disc 1.4 and STATA 12.0 were used for meta analysis . Fixed-effects or random-effects model was performed based on the heterogeneity. The sensitivity, specificity, positive likelihood ratio, negative likelihood ratio and diagnostic odds ratio were calculated .Summary receiver operating characteristic curves ( SROC ) and area under the curve (AUC) were used to evaluate the diagnostic performance of CD 64 for sepsis. Results A total of 24 studies involving 3 198 patients were included for systemic review .The sensitivity, specificity, positive likelihood ratio, negative likelihood ratio and diagnostic odds ratio of CD 64 for diagnosis of sepsis were 0.79 (95 %CI:0.77-0.81), 0.86 (95 %CI:0.84-0.88), 7.40 (95 %CI:5.02-10.91), 0.15 (95 %CI:0.10-0.22) and 60.07 (95%CI: 29.19-123.60), respectively. The area under SROC of CD64 in diagnosis of sepsis was 0.95, and the Q* value was 0.88.Conclusion CD64 can be used to diagnose sepsis in adult patients , but it needs to be further confirmed by large multicenter studies .

This study was aimed to identify original plants of Xi-Huang-Cao (XHC) through DNA barcodes. The nu-cleotide sequence information of rbcL, psbA-trnH, matK and ITS2 regions were abstracted using standardized man-ners from 41 samples (including Rabdosia serra, R. lophanthoides and R. lophanthoides var. graciliflora). Sequencing efficiency of each marker was calculated. Species identification capability was tested on the basis of TaxonGap. The results showed that sequence success rates were 100% for rbcL, 90.2% for psbA-trnH, 87.8% for ITS2, and 70.7%for matK. Three markers (rbcL, psbA-trnH and ITS2) were competent for species discrimination (not for subspecies). It was concluded that rbcL can be the preferred barcode for XHC because of its convenience and efficacy.

Objective:To explore the application of games combined with speech training in rehabilitation care for language development retardation in high-risk children aged 2 to 5 years. Methods:Totally 190 high-risk children aged 2 to 5 years with language development retardation admitted from January 2016 to December 2018 in Luzhou People's Hospital were selected by convenient sampling, and divided into observation group ( n=95) and control group ( n=95) according to the random number table. Children in the control group received conventional speech training, while children in the observation group received speech training combined with games for 6 months. The effects of rehabilitation training were observed in the two groups, and the speech development quotient of the children was evaluated using the Gesell Developmental Schedules (GDS) . The satisfaction rate to rehabilitation of parents of two groups were compared. Results:After 6 months of training, the effective rates of rehabilitation training were 86.32% (82/95) in the observation group and 73.68% (70/95) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) . The GDS scores were (60.36±8.25) in the observation group and (56.67 ± 7.84) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) . The satisfaction rate of parents of children in the observation group on rehabilitation effect, service attitude, professional skills, and humane care were higher than those in the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:In high-risk children aged 2 to 5 years with language development retardation, speech training combined with games can improve children's speech development quotient and promote their rehabilitation.

Objective To compare differences in mechanical stability of intramedullary fibular allograft with cannulated screw (modified method) and cannulated screw alone (conventional method) for fixing young and middle-aged Pauwels Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ femoral neck fractures. Methods Models of Pauwels Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ femoral neck fracture fixed by conventional method and modified method were constructed. Stress distributions on weight-bearing area of the femoral cortical bone shell and the end of femoral neck fracture, as well as shear stress distributions on cortical bone shell of the femoral head and femoral neck fracture surface were analyzed, the maximum principal strain cloud maps of the femur in coronal position were drawn according to the predicted data, and the displacements of femoral neck fracture end between two groups were compared. Results The shear stress distributions on cortical bone shell of the femoral head in two directions (S12, S13) showed that femoral neck fractures fixed by modified method was superior or close to that by conventional method. Besides, the shear stress distributions on fracture surface of the femoral neck in two directions (S12, S23) showed that modified internal fixation was superior to conventional internal fixation. The displacements of femoral neck fracture end in Pauwels Ⅱ and Ⅲ fracture fixed by conventional method were greater than those by modified method and the displacements of Pauwels Ⅱ fracture fixed by conventional method were obviously larger than those of Pauwels Ⅱ fracture fixed by modified method. But Pauwels Ⅰ fracture fixed by modified method showed a larger displacement than that fixed by conventional method. Conclusions Modified method is more suitable for fixing femoral neck fracture with large angles (Pauwels Ⅱ and Ⅲ fracture), and conventional method is more suitable for fixing neck fracture with small angles (Pauwels Ⅰ fracture).
