The microvasculature of the rabbit right ventricle was studied by the method of vascular corrosion cast and scanning electron microscopy. In the endocardium could be seen thin and sparse capillary network i. e. subendothelial capillary network formed by the branches of the arterioles passing through myocardium. In the myocardium, arteriole and its branches distributed in certain area. Sphincters could be seen in the beginning of the arterioles. Capillaries of the papillary muscle in right ventricle were parallel to muscle bundle and were thinner and sparser than those of the papillary muscle in left ventricle. Venous system in right ventricle wall was similar in architecture to that in left ventricle, postcapillary venule joined its corresponding venule in a "turnip root" like pattern. No A-V anastomosis could be seen, yet thebesian vessels and myocardial sinusoids directly opened into ventrical chamber could be found.

Objective:To obtain monoclonal antibodies(McAb) against Staphylococcal enterotoxin C2(SEC2) and establish method for detecting SEC2.Methods:The secreted SEC2 from staphylococcus aureus was used as antigen to immune BALB/c mice. Monoclonal antibodies against SEC2 were prepared by normal hybridoma technique. By identifying the characters of McAbs, the quantitative detection ELISA test method were established and were preliminarily applied.Results:Four hybridmas producing antibodies against SEC2 were obtained. IgG isotypes of four McAbs were IgG1. Their binding site was different except two McAbs that shared the same binding site.The McAbs were proved to be specific for SEC2.The sandwich ELISA method had good specificity, sensitivity and reproducibility, and it was founded to be able to detect SEC2 at concentration from 0.5 to 20 ng/ml. Its recovery ranged between 97.8% and 101%,and CV value ranged between 2% and 5%.Conclusion:The prepared McAb against SEC2 can be used for SEC2 immunoassay. This work provides a basis for controlling the quality of JINPUSU and researching staphylococcal enterotoxin.

AIM: To use secondary regression coherent design to explore the extraction parameters of fruits of Cnidiunm by supercritical CO_2 extraction. METHODS: Extraction pressure,extraction temperature,isolation pressure,isolation temperature Ⅰ and Ⅱ were viewed as factors. RESULTS: The best technological conditions were: extractive kettle pressure was 20 MPa,extractive kettle temperature was at 40(?C);separate kettle Ⅰ pressure was 15 MPa,separate kettle Ⅰ temperature was at 65(?C);separate kettle Ⅱ pressure was 5 MPa,separate ketle Ⅱ temperature was at 38(?C);CO_2 flow rate was 18 L/H,extractive time was 80 min. CONCLUSION: Under these conditions,the separate rate of the extractives from fruits of Cnidium Monnieri(L.) Cuss.could be(24.03%).Using secondary regression coherent design could naturally react the influence of the rule on the every factor to the goal function.

Objective To retrospectively review the experience of anesthesia for aortic valve insufficiency complicated with extremely dilated left ventricle.Methods The patients were premedieated with morphine 10 mg and scopolamine 0.3 mg IM.Anesthesia was induced with etomidate 0.1-0.2 ms/ks.sufentanil 1μ/kg and pipecuronium 0.1 mg/kg.After the patients were intubated,anesthesia wag maintained beween 1.0%and 1.5% isoflurane and intermittent Ⅳ boluses of sufentanil and pipecuronium.ECG,direct BP,SpO2,PET CO2,CVP and body temperature were monitored during anesthesia.Result All patients Were rehabilitated without ventricular fibrillation and arrhythmia.Conlusions Measures are taken before the surgery to maintain preload,increase heart rate,reduce afterload moderately and maintain myocardial contractility.After the surgery,maintenance of preload is helpful for ensuring adequate forward flow and benefcial to patients using dopamine and nitrolycerin.

Lactoferrin (Lf) is one of the food protein belonged to the innate immune system. Apart from its main biological function of binding and transport of iron ions, lactoferrin also has many other functions and properties such as antibacterial, antiviral, antiparasitic, catalytic, anti-cancer, anti-allergic and radioprotecting. Lf is usually used as additives of food and cosmetics. The research of lactoferrin has been increasingly reported, and the application of lactoferrin as a drug carrier has drawn extensive attention over the recent year. In this paper, researches of lactoferrin as drug carriers are classified and summarized in brain targeting, liver tumor targeting, lung tumor targeting and oral delivery systems according to their different characteristics.

Significant therapeutic effect was shown in treating 68 cases of acute lumbar sprain by puncturing Suliao(GV 25) combined with the patient's movement, and its total effective rate was 91.1%.

This study was aimed to establish the ultra high performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC) fingerprints of Psoralea corylifolia L. The separation was achieved on a Shim-pack XR-ODS Ⅲ column (50 mm í 2.0 mm, 1.6μm) by gradient elution with acetonitrile-0.2% glacial acetic acid solution as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 0.1 mL·min-1 and the measurement wavelength was 246 nm. The temperature of the column was 45oC. The results showed that the UHPLC fingerprint of P. corylifolia L. was established and 10 characteristic common peaks were found, among which 6 peaks were recognized by comparing with reference substances. It was concluded that the method was rapid, reliable and reproducible. The established fingerprint can provide references for the study of sub-stance basis and quality control of P. c orylifolia L.

Objective To observe the changes in levels of plasma leukocyte cell-derived chemnotaxin 2 (LECT2) in patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes (T2DM) complicated with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD),and to investigate the clinical significance.Methods A total of 137 subjects were enrolled in the study,including 50 patients with newly diagnosed T2DM complicated with NAFLD,47 patients with newly diagnosed T2DM with non-NAFLD and 40 healthy subjects.The level of plasma LECT2 was determined by ELISA.Anthropometric data and other biochemical indicators were measured in three groups.The body mass index (BMI) and waist-to-hip ratio (WHR) were calculated.Insulin resistance and pancreas β-cell function were determined by homeostasis model assessment (HOMA-IR,HOMA-％β).Results Plasma concentration of LECT2 in patients with newly diagnosed T2DM complicated with non-NAFLD was higher than that in type 2 diabetic patients with non-NAFLD [(32.95 ± 10.11 vs 29.08 ± 7.54) ng/mL,P ＜ 0.01].Plasma LECT2 levels in both groups were significantly higher than that in normal control group [(22.38 ± 4.40) ng/mL,P ＜ 0.01].Plasma LECT2 level was positively correlated with BMI,FPG,FINS,C peptide,HbA1c,GGT,TG and HOMA-IR,while negatively with HDL-C and HOMA-％ β (all P ＜ 0.01).Multivariate regression analysis showed that levels of BMI,FPG and HDL-C were important factors affecting plasma LECT2 level.Conclusions Plasma LECT2 concentration significantly elevates in patients with newly diagnosed T2DM complicated with non-NAFLD.Plasma level of LECT2 is closely correlated with insulin resistance and glycolipid metabolism.LECT2 may play an important role in the patho genesis of insulin resistance and T2DM.
