2.Application of CRISPR/Cas9 technology in hepatitis B virus clearance
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2017;30(8):865-868
Chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infections remain a major public health problem worldwide, which puts human at high risks of liver cancer and liver cirrhosis. The stable nuclear covalently closed circular DNA (cccDNA) is an important step of the HBV replication cycle, as well as the key of drastically destroy the HBV.However, α-interferons and oral nucleo(s) tide analogs cannot target and destroy the cccDNA.Nowadays, clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats (CRISPR)/Cas9 gene editing technology can specifically target the HBV cccDNA, which brings hope to conquer HBV.Researches of CRISPR/Cas9 technology applied to clear HBV have been reviewed in this paper.
3.Antibody mediated sperm phagocytosis by rat peritoneal macrophages
Chinese Journal of Immunology 1985;0(03):-
More recently, a high incidence of antisperm antibodies in men and women with unexplained in fertility has been reported by many authors. However, the antisperm antibodies may play a role in mediating in fertility by interacting with sperm. The effect of antisperm antibodies on the phagocytosis of rat peritoneal macrophages were studied in vitro. The results indicated that opsonization of rat sperm by rabbit anti-rat sperm antibodies increases both the percentage of phagocytosis and phagocytic index apparently. The engulfed sperm when observed by SEM were bended and wrapped up. It seems likely that antisperm antibodies enhanced phagocytosis by macrophages may take part in the antisperm immune responses.
4.The effects of oxymatine on Lymphocytes' second messengers
Chinese Journal of Immunology 1985;0(05):-
We studied the effects of oxymatine,an alkaloid from Sophra Flavesens Ait,on human andmouse's lymphocytes' cytoplasmic free calcium, calium uptaking,cAMP & cGMP level.Theresults show that:(1).Oxymatrine can raise the cytoplasmic free calcium.(2).It can also de-crease the cAMP level of PHA preactivated human tonsillar lymphocytes (3).It has no effect oncGMP level of lymphocyte.(4).It has no effect on the calcium uptaking.Combined with ourprevious report,we think that oxymatrine may influence cells' [Ca++] and cAMP level via af-fecting cell membrane.

Hereditary nonpolyposis colorectal cancer as a eolorectal cancer is of most hereditary characters. With developing of the molecular genetics on detection technology, mismatch repair gene has already been detected by multi-approach,and been applied to screen hereditary nonpolyposis eolorectal cancer patients. In this artical,we mainly discuss the correlated study progression between hereditary nonpolyposis eolorectal cancer and several mismatch repair genes such as MSH2,MLH1,MSH6,PMS1,PMS2,MLH3 and EXO1.

Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate the clinical value and the possibilities of measuring the serum levels of pepsinogen I (PG I ) and careineembryonic antigen (CEA) in 402 patients with gastric ulcer. Methods The patients with gastric ulcer were all confirmed by either operation or gastrofiberscope, and divided into two groups, benign and malignant gastric ulcer. After comparing the relationship between the patients'clinical appearance and the Radioimmunoaasay(RIA) results,(CEA and PG I ).Results There were 73 patients were onfirmed malignant gastric ulee in 402 patients. The positive rate of PG was 52.05% (38/73).The positive rate of CEA was 64.38% (47/73).Both were 30.14% (22/73).Then there were 63(63/73) patients who was positive in the combined determination.Solo determination's positive rate of CEA and PG were significantly different from the combined determination.(P<0.05 and 0.01) Conclusions Feasibility and the necessity of combined determination were evaluated.Compared with solo determination, for patients with malignant gastric ulcer,it was more sensitive to determine and analysis the serum levels of PG I and CEA sYnthetically. So it is recommended to popularize the combined determination of serum PG I and CEA in clinical distinctive diagnosis of benign and malignant gastric ulcer.

Journal of Interventional Radiology 1992;0(01):-
Objective To study the route of branches of the internal iliac artery for presenting basic applied anatomy to be used in pelvic tumor diagnosis and interventional therapy through angiographic manifestations. Methods The branches of the internal iliac artery were studied by means of dissection on 45 adult cadavers(30 male, 12 female), including the origin, length, external diameter and bifurcation angle; and additionally angiographic characteristics of pelvic tumors in 42 cases together with normal ones of another 50 cases through bilateral selective internal iliac arteriography. Results①The angle between left and right common iliac artery was (58.9??7.3?),and that between the external and internal iliac artery was (27.6??5.3?). Iliolumbar artery and obturator artery were mainly originated from the main trunk of internal iliac artery and the distal portion (50%, 84.8%).②The external diameter of the branches of the internal iliac artery measured on cadavers was significantly smaller than that on patients alive. Conclusions Normal variations occur frequently in the origination, site of orifice and route of the middle and small branches of the internal iliac artery.

Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(02):-
Objective To observe the expression of OBR and NPY in mouse hypothalamus. Methods In mouse hypothalamus, the location and coexpression of OBR and NPY were observed with immunohistochemistry and double immunohistochemistry. Results OBR positive cells distributed as clump in hypothalamus ME,ARC and VMN,having obscure boundary.OBR positive cells were also present in choroid plexus, brain ependymal layer cell and vascular endothelial cells. In hypothalamus ARC,NPY positive neurons were present with bright red color in cell plasma. The NPY positive neurons were found as round or ellipse, having many neurites.NPY positive fibers were present in ME.In double immunohistochemistry result, the coexpression of OBR and NPY showed black color, because that OBR positive cells showed brown purple or dark purple granula near the NPY positive neurons. Conclusion OBR distributed in ME,ARC,VMN of mouse hypothalamus, choroid plexus, brain ependymal layer cells and vascular endothelial cells.Meanwhile NPY also distributed in ME,ARC,cerebral cortex and hippocampus and so on.Moreover the coexpression of OBR and NPY was present in mouse hypothalamus ARC.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1982;0(03):-
Objective Immunoreactive intensity of dopamine transporter(DAT)was quantitatively analyzed in the different regions of postmortem human brain in order to provide evidence in selecting an appropriate reference region for neuroimaging in measurement of the altered DAT.Methods The brain tissue blocks taken from 8 male cadavers were paraffin-embedded and sectioned, and immunoautoradiography was used to display the difference of DAT immunoreactive intensity in the substantia nigra, putamen and caudate nucleus, cingulate cortex, frontal cortex, occipital cortex and cerebellar cortex. Results The highest DAT density was found mainly in the substantia nigra, caudate nucleus and putamen, while the lowest density was only seen in cerebellar cortex.Quantitative analysis revealed that the intensity of DAT immunoreactivity(DAT-IR)in cerebellar cortex was respectively 1/3.50,1/3.72,1/1.28 of that in frontal cortex, cingulate cortex and occipital cortex, and it was only 1/8.33,1/11.67,1/8.56 that of substantia nigra, caudate nucleus and putamen. Conclusions The cerebellar cortex has the lowest DAT as compared to other examined brain regions, and it can be used for a reference region in neuroimaging to detect altered DAT.
