In recent years,the biological therapy of ovarian cancer has made great progress.Immunotherapy including tumor vaccine and adoptive immunity cell therapy can improve immune recognition capability,while the applications of molecular targeted drugs such as monoclonal antibodies and tyrosine kinase inhibitors for different target spots during the tumor cells growth progresses achieve significant clinical benefit,as well as hormone replacement therapy and Chinese medicine treatment improve the life quality of patients with ovarian cancer to a certain degree.

Objective To study the effect of Sandra Fucile oral stimulation on oral feeding readiness and ability of preterm infants.Methods Sixty-five premature infants were selected in the study.All of the premature infants were recruited randomly in convenience between Jul.and Dec.2012.For a randomized control principle,SPSS 13.0 was performed to achieve complete random design.Objects were divided into control group(receiving routine nursing) and intervention group(on the basis of routine nursing,receiving 15 minutes oral stimulation,1 time/day,for 10 days).Chinese version of Preterm Infant Oral Feeding Readiness Assessment scale(PIOFRA scale-CV) was used when intervention began,and 7 days,10 days,14 days after the start of the intervention.Results PIOFRA-CV scale score was statistically different at different time in both groups(F =169.062,P ＜0.001).The first day ratings were minimum in the 2 groups,after which with an upward trend over time.The control group and intervention group rated a statistically significant difference(F =5.538,P =0.022).Except for no difference on the first day and seventh day (t =1.650,P =0.204 ;t =0.817,P =0.369) between the 2 groups,the intervention group had a higher score than the control group (t =17.339,24.141,all P ＜0.001).Group and time had an interaction effect(F =1 1.561,P ＜0.001).The incidence of vomiting[42.4％ (14/33 cases) vs 34.4％ (11/32 cases)],infection [27.3％ (9/33 cases) vs 9.4％ (3/32 cases)],and gastro-oesophageal reflux[30.3％ (10/33 cases) vs 25.0％ (8/32 cases)] were not significantly different between the 2 groups(x2 =0.445,3.457,0.288,all P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions Saudra Fucile oral stimulation method can significantly promote the development of premature oral feeding ability on the 10 day after the intervention,and will not increase vomiting,gastroesophageal reflux,and infection.It is suitable for clinical application.

Objective To explore the influencing factors and possible mechanism of osteonecrosis of the femoral head(ONFH)in patients with leukemia after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (Allo-HSCT).Methods One hundred and two patients with leukemia who received Allo-HSCT between January 2003 and October 2007 were evaluated for ONFH and graft-versus-host disease(GvHD)within 2years after transplantation,and the dosage of methylprednisolone(MP)in every patient from the first diagnosis of leukemia to 2 years after Allo-HSCT was calculated.For patients who suffered acute GvHD(aGvHD) and chronic GvHD(cGvHD),the serum leveh of soluble ligand of receptor activator of nuclear factor kappa B (sRANKL)which was index for differentiation of osteoclast(OC),tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase-5b(TRAP-5b)and C-terminal telopeptide of collagen Ⅰ(CTP-Ⅰ)which both were indexes for metabolism of OC were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in different stages of MP dosage.According to these results.possible factors for ONFH after Allo-HSCT were analyzed.Results Seven in 102 patients after Allo-HSCT had experienced ONFH within 2 years,the incidence was 6.9%(7/102),which was not related to age,gender,types of leukemia and donor.ONFH mainly developed in patients with aGvHD and cGvHD,and the incidence could be achieved to 21.9%(7/32)which Was much higher than that in patients with no GvHD,merely aGvHD or merely cGvHD(P<0.05).In patients with aGvHD and cGvHD,the average dosage of MP in ONFH(+)was(232.7±28.6)mg/kg which was extremely higher than that in ONFH(-)(115.1±16.9)mg/kg(P<0.05).The serum levels of sRANKL,TRAP-5b and CTP-Ⅰ were also higher when ONFH happened than ahead of pretreatment and 28 days after transplantation(-)(P<0.05),and they were closely related to the dosage of MP(correlation coefficient was 0.597,0.664 and 0.682 respectively,P<0.05).Conclusions After Allo-HSCT,ONFH is related to the dosage of MP in treatment of GvHD.MP may be responsible for enhancement of OC differentiation and metabolism in leukemia patients,and ultimately induced the onset of ONFH.

Objective To investigate the eye-movement features of smooth pursuit in subjects at clinical high risk for psychosis.Methods sixty subjects at clinical high risk for psychosis and sixty healthy controls were recruited.The smooth pursuit tasks were assessed in both horizontal (0.4 Hz) and Lissajous (0.2 or 0.4 Hz) condition.The Wechsler Memory Scale-third edition and spatial span subtest were used to assess working memory.The difference of the smooth pursuit performance between the two groups and the relationship between smooth pursuit and working memory were analyzed.Results Subjects at clinical high risk for psychosis showed significantly lower Horizontal components for pursuit gain [Lissajous 0.2 Hz task (0.82±0.12) vs.(0.89±0.09),Lissajous 0.4 Hz task (0.78±0.13) vs.(0.84±0.14)],lower vertical components for pursuit gain [Lissajous 0.2 Hz task (0.80±0.14) vs.(0.86±0.12),Lissajous 0.4 Hz task (0.71±0.15)vs.(0.77±0.16)] and higher mean positional error [Lissajous 0.2 Hz task (37.00±19.10) vs.(30.45± 16.18),Lissajous 0.4 Hz task (44.18±19.70) vs.(37.61±16.26)] compared to healthy controls (P＜0.05).There was a significant correlation between pursuit gain and performance on Spatial Span (Horizontal components:r=0.361,P=0.005;vertical components:r=0.327,P=0.01 1) in the Subjects at clinical high risk for psychosis.Conclusions Subjects at clinical high risk for psychosis showed deficits in smooth pursuit,and the deficits were related to the working memory.

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Han-uvulopalatopharyngoplasty (H-UPPP) combined with coblation on treatment of type Ⅱ mild and moderate obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS).Methods According to the measuring parameters analyzed and clinical characteristics of velopharyngeal,68 patients were divided into 3 groups:group A (28 patients,treated by H-UPPP combined with coblation of tonsillectomy),group B (22 patients,treated by H-UPPP combined with drilling of tonsil) and group C (18 patients,treated by velopharyngeal multi-points drilling).After operation for 6 months,the pafor tients in 3 groups were detected by the polysomnography (PSG),Epworth sleepiness scale,and the parameters of velopharyngeal were compared.Results After operation for 6 months,the heal,excellence,efficiency and inefficiency patients in group A were 6,10,7,5 cases,in group B were 3,8,7,4 cases,in group C were 2,7,5,4 cases,there was no significant difference (P ＞0.05).After operation for 6 months,the apnea hyponea index (AHI) and the scores of ESS in group A,B,C were significantly lower than those before operation [(10.1 ± 2.3) times/h vs.(21.2 ± 2.5) times/h,(6.4 ± 1.0)scores vs.(16.2 ± 1.0) scores,(6.9 ± 1.3) times/h vs.(16.0 ± 1.4) times/h,(5.4 ± 1.3) scores vs.(14.5 ±1.5) scores,(7.7 ± 1.8) times/h vs.(16.0 ± 2.1) times/h,(4.1 ± 1.0) scores vs.(12.3 ± 1.9) scores],thelevel of LSaO2 was significantly higher (0.885 ±0.035 vs.0.737 ±0.030,0.871 ±0.046 vs.0.763 ±0.033,0.901 ±0.029 vs.0.820 ±0.034),there was significant difference (P ＜0.01),but there was no significant difference among 3 groups (P ＞ 0.05).After operation for 6 months,the pharyngomaxillary space,distance between uvula and posterior wall of pharynx,distance between anterior pillars in group A,B,C were significantly increased compared with those before operation [(24.6 ± 0.9) mm vs.(12.3 ± 1.2)mm,(11.6 ±1.2) mm vs.(5.4 ± 0.6) mm,(34.9 ± 1.2) mm vs.(28.3 ± 1.0) mm,(24.0 ± 0.8) mm vs.(14.3 ± 1.0) mm,(11.8 ± 0.8) mm vs.(6.3 ± 0.4) mm,(38.3 ± 0.8) mm vs.(31.9 ± 1.9) mm,(23.6 ± 1.4) mm vs.(19.9 ±1.1) mm,(7.3 ± 0.5) mm vs.(6.8 ± 0.6) mm,(38.5 ± 0.8) mm vs.(35.2 ± 1.0) mm],the length of soft palate was decreased [(31.9±0.9) mm vs.(38.3 ±0.9) mm,(25.6 ± 1.0) mm vs.(35.6 ± 1.2) mm,(29.9 ± 1.3) mm vs.(34.9 ±0.9) mtm],there was significant difference (P ＜0.01),but there was no significant difference among 3 groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions H-UPPP combined with coblation on treatment of type Ⅱ mild and moderate OSAHS is effective and safe.According to the clinical characteristics of the patients to select suitable method is the key to get a satisfactory curative effect.

Objective To investigate the effects of baicalin on morphine-induced behavioral sensitization.Methods Locomotor activity was measured for 2h after administration with baicalin in mice.Hyperlocomotion induced by acute morphine (10 mg· kg-1,ip) and behavioral sensitization induced by repeated morphine were established.The level of dopamine of ventral tegmental area(VTA) and prefrontal cortex(PFC) in mice was tested by ELISA assay.Results Baiealin inhibited significantly both locomotor activity in mice (control (1095.8 ± 174.5) times,baicalin (899.6± 187.2),(724.2± 221.4),(609.1 ± 154.6) times ; P＜ 0.01) and hyperlocomotion induced by acute morphine(model (1518.2± 185.8) times,baicalin (1385.4±224.2),(1205.1 ± 174.6),(1100.3±235.1) times ; P＜0.01).Similar inhibition was also seen in the development and expression of morphine-induced behavioral sensitization(model(2096.2±304.6) times,baicalin (2004.2 ± 218.5),(1998.7-± 224.3),(1836.1 ± 233.5) times,P＜ 0.05 ; model (2124.2 ± 189.6) times,baicalin (1922.2± 314.7),(1524.1±289.2),(1477.4± 219.3) times,P＜0.01).Baicalin inhibited dopamine release in VTA and PFC of morphine-sensitized mice(model(457.6± 92.1,589.2 ±102.5) μg · L-1,baicalin(391.1±56.8) μg · L-1,(448.6± 99.3) μg · L-1; (324.5±66.2) μg · L-1,(368.7±45.9) μg · L 1 ; (234.3± 52.6) μg · L-1,(305.3±84.1) μg · L-1 ; P＜0.01,P＜0.01).Conclusion Baicalin inhibits the development and the expression of morphine-induced behavioral sensitization in mice,and this effect is related to the inhibition of dopamine release in VTA and PFC of mice.

Objective To investigate the effect of bortezomib on the proliferation and apoptosis in leukemia cell line NB_4-R2 in vitro and provide some new evidences for the treatment of acute promyelocytic leukemia APL with ATRA-resistant using bortezomib. Methods NB_4-R2 cells were incubated with bortezomib at different does for 48 h. The proliferation capacity was measured by MTT assay, the morphology of cell apoptosis observed with Hoechst33342 staining by fluorescence microscopy and the percentage of apoptosis calculated by flow cytometry. The expression of apoptosis protein of cleaved (poly ADP-ribose polymerase, PARP) and Caspase-3 were determined by Western blotting. Results The proliferation of NB_4-R2 cells were obviously inhibited by bortezomib in vivo and the role of inhibition was a does-dependant manner within the scope of the bortezomib concentration from 1-5 μg /L.The incidence of inhibition was up to 74.9 % at the bortezomib concentration of 5 μg/L. Within this scope of the bortezomib concentration mentioned above, the role of inhibition of proliferation of NB_4-R2 cells mainly showed an increase of the late apoptosis, and the percentage of apoptosis was up to 78.9 %. In the meaning time, the expressions of the apoptotic protein of cleaved PARP and Caspase-3 were up-regulated in NB_4-R2 cells after treated with bortezomib by Western blotting assay. Conclusion Bortezomib can inhibit the proliferation of NB_4-R2 cells in vivo by inducing cell apoptosis.

[ABSTRACT]OBJECTIVETo investigate the morbidity rate and the epidemiological characteristics of snoring among the elderly in Yangpu District of Shanghai City.METHODSOne thousand six hundred and thirty persons(≥60 years) were investigated through questionnaires in Yangpu District of Shanghai City by a method of cluster sampling.The prevalence and risk factors of snoring were estimated. The relationship between snoring and the common clinical complications was observed by correlation factor analysis.RESULTS1630 questionnaires were provided, among which 1489 questionnaires(91.35%) were effective for evaluation.Of 1489 subjects, 213(14.3%) subjects had habitual snoring. Multivariate analysis revealed that obesity as a significant risk factor of snoring. The prevalence rate of snoring in the elderly with hypertension and poor quality of sleep was higher than that in the normal elderly.CONCLUSIONThe prevalence of snoring in the elder persons (≥60 years) in Yangpu District of Shanghai City is high. Obesity is a significant risk factor of snoring. The main clinical presentations of snoring in the elderly are atypical by the performance of poor sleep quality and the complication of hypertension.

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of warm needling moxibustion plus functional exercises in treating knee osteoarthritis (KOA).Methods:Totally 108 eligible KOA patients were intervened by warm needling moxibustionplus functional exercises. The warm needling moxibustion was given 3 times a week, successively for 4 weeks. The visual analogue scale (VAS) was adopted to evaluate the pain intensity of the knee joint. After 4-week treatment, the change of VAS score, range of motion (ROM) of knee, and Lysholm score were observed, and the clinical efficacy was also estimated. Results:After treatment, the VAS score dropped obviously, and the ROM and Lysholm score increased markedly; the total effective rate was 83.3%. Conclusion:Warm needling moxibustionplus functional exercises is effective in treating KOA, as it can relieve the knee joint pain and improve the joint motion.
