1.Analysis of the related factors of ovario - cystic rupture during laparoscopic surgery of benign ovary tumor

Objective To analyze the related factors of ovario - cystic rupture during laparoscopic surgery of benign ovary tumor and to investigate the prognosis. Methods 110 patients who received laparoscopic surgery for ovary tumor were retrospectively analyzed. Results A total of 68 benign ovarian cyst was successfully removed with- out intra-operative rupture , while 42 were intra-operative ruptured. Mean surgical time was significantly longer in rupture group. The incidence of ovarian cystic rupture was related to the removal of left-side tumor and cyst and pel- vic adhesions,whereas no correlation was observed with patients'ages,size of cyst, gravidity,and parity,volume of bleeding,post surgical menstruation alteration,abdominal pain,and cyst rupture. Conclusion Skill,experience in laparoscopic practices and the usage of laparoscopic bag help to avoid cystic rupture. When rupture occurs, timely cleanness with saline can decrease post-surgery complications and does not affect subsequent pregnancy.
2.Expressions of FHIT in cervical cancer and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia

Objective To study the expressions of fragile histidine triad(FHIT) in cervical cancer and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN),and the relationship between the FHIT expression and the tumor occurance and development in cervical cancer.Methods The expressions of FHIT in cervical cancer tissue of 35 patients,39 CIN samples and 16 normal cervix tissue were detected by SP immunohistochemical method and the relations with occurance,pathologic type,histological grade,clinical pathologic staging and lymph node metastasis in cervical cancer were analyzed.Results FHIT expressed in normal cervical tissue,CIN and cervical cancer tissue,which showed a decreasing trend(P0.05).(Conclusion Expression)of FHIT has close relations with the tumor occurance and development in cervical cancer,which could provide a reference foundation to monitor lapse of CIN and judge prognosis of cervical cancer.
3.The analysis of clinical results of different supine combination of mechanical ventilation ;supporting the management for preventing postoperative complications of esophageal ;atresia

Objective:To study the prophylactic effect of combined supine mechanical ventilation supporting the management of esophageal atresia in postoperative complications. Methods:80 patients were selected from January 2015 to June 2016 in the hospital for treatment of congenital esophageal atresia surgery, and divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases each according to the postoperative management method. The control group was treated by holding pillow supine posture and implement routine care, and the observation group was maintained 30o supine mechanical ventilation support management, in order to compare incidence of postoperative complications between them. Results:The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (x2=6.03, P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups of children with mechanical ventilation time, HR and MAP levels (t=0.39, t=1.73, t=2.04;P>0.05). The children SaO2 levels in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group (t=19.24, P<0.05). The patient care satisfaction rate of observation group was 95.0%, significantly higher than 77.5%in the control group (x2=6.38, P<0.05). Conclusion:It works well for patients with esophageal atresia surgery after using 30o supine intervention and mechanical ventilation support management. It can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and should be widely applied.
4.The relationship between the timing of intervention and rehabilitation efficacy after cerebral infarction : a retrospective analysis

Objective To conduct a retrospective analysis of the relationship between the time of rehabilitation intervention and its effectiveness among hemiplegic patients after cerebral infarction.Methods Fifty-four hemiplegic stroke patients within 1 week of onset were randomly divided into three equal groups of 18:In the A group rehabilitation was begun 1 to 2 weeks after onset; in the B group it was started between 2 and 4 weeks; in the C group rehabilitation was begun after four weeks.The patients all received comprehensive hemiplegic limb training,electric standing bed training,functional electrical stimulation and medical gymnastics for hemiplegia.Motor function was assessed using the Fugl-Meyer balance function assessment and the modified Barthel index before treatment,in the course of the first week of treatment and 3 months later.Results A group and B group made similar progress,but the curative effect in group C was significantly weaker.Conclusion Rehabilitation should be started within 1 month after the onset of cerebral infarction.
5.Effect of lowering intraocular pressure treatment on ocular hemodynamics in patients with nonarteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy

Objective To observe the effect of lowering intraocular pressure(IOP) treatment on ocular hemodynamics in patients with nonarteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION).Methods A total of 68 patients with NAION (68 eyes) were enrolled in this study.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group (38 eyes of 38 patients) and control group (30 eyes of 30 patients).All the patients were received methylprednisolone pulse therapy (200 mg,three days),vasodilator therapy with intravenous infusion of Xueshuantong solution (300 mg),optic nerve nutritional therapy with mouse nerve growth factor (30 μg) and acupoint injection in temporal with compound anisodine (2 ml).The total course was 10 days.The patients of treatment group received IOP lowering treatment to reduce the IOP to ≥ 8 mm Hg (1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa) or in a 30% reduction.The patients of control group received no IOP lowering treatment.The peak systolic velocity (PSV),pulsatility index (PI) and resistance index (RI) of ophthalmic artery (OA),central retinal artery (CRA) and short posterior ciliary arteries (PCA) before and after treatment were comparatively analyzed by color doppler flow imaging.Results The differences of PSV (t=1.023,1.145,0.569),PI (t=0.679,0.956,1.634) and RI (t=0.816,1.657,0.998) of OA,CRA and PCA before treatment in treatment group and control group were not statistically significant (P> 0.05).Compared with before treatment,PSV (t=3.150,7.650,3.520) and PI (t=2.420,5.430,7.650) of OA,CRA and PCA increased obviously (P<0.05),RI of OA,CRA and PCA decreased obviously (t=5.320,9.640,18.360; P<0.05) after treatment in treatment group.In control group,the differences of PSV (t=2.090,-2.550,-2.100) and PI (t=-2.310,-2.230,-4.490) of OA,CRA and PCA between before and after treatment were not statistically significant (P>0.05) ; but the differences of RI of OA,CRA and PCA between before and after treatment was statistically significant (t=2.970,2.160,2.690μ P<0.05).Compared with control group,PSV (t=2.632,2.135,5.364) and PI (t=3.251,2.432,4.243) of OA,CRA and PCA increased obviously (P<0.05),RI of OA,CRA and PCA decreased obviously (t=3.664,2.938,4.324; P<0.05) after treatment in treatment group.Conclusion Lowering intraocular pressure treatment can improve the ocular hemodynamics in NAION patients.
6.VEGF mRNA expression in retinal neovascular tissue in rabbit eyes with retinal vein occlusion

Objective To evaluate the possible role of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in the pathogenesis of retinal neovascularization resulting from retinal ischemia. Methods Retinal vein occlusion of rabbits model was established with argon laser photocoagulation to retinal vein.The VEGF mRNA expression was observed in ischemic retina and retinal neovascular tissue with in situ hybridization technique. Results VEGF mRNA expression was detected in inner ischemic retina and retinal neovascular tissue that were corespondent to the distribution of retinal ischemia. The strongest VEGF mRNA expression was detected in retinal neovascular tissue. Conclusion VEGF might play an important role in the pathogenesis of vascular proliferative retinopathy.
7.Molecular epidemiology of Chlamydia trachomatis in outpatients visiting STD clinics in Fuzhou,China

We investigated the distribution of Chlamydia trachomatis genotypes in the outpatients visiting STD clinics in Fuzhou City ,China .Between 2013 and 2014 ,a total of 2 019 urethral or endocervical specimens from susceptible genital C .trachomatis infections were collected and detected by using real‐time PCR assay kit .The C .trachomatis‐positive specimens were subsequently amplified with nested PCR for Omp1 region and analyzed by sequencing .Genotyping was performed by BLAST similarity search and phylogenetic tree analysis .Eighty‐three of the 86 C . trachomatis‐positive specimens were suc‐cessfully sequenced .Only one specimen was identified as multiple infection .Eight different genotypes were identified .The most prevalent was F (36 .59% ) ,followed by E (24 .39% ) ,D (12 .20% ) ,G (9 .76% ) ,J (9 .76% ) ,H (3 .66% ) ,K (2 .44% ) and B (1 .22% ) .Synonymous mutation rate and non‐synonymous mutation rate among Omp1 genes of different geno‐types were calculated .All genotypes but G showed dN/dS values of<1 .Genotypes F and E were commonest .Synonymous sub‐stitution was the major pattern of variation in the process of Omp 1 gene evolution .
8.Methodological quality assessment of clinical trials on Chinese medicine interventional chemotherapy induced gastrointestinal toxic reactions during 2000-2014

Objective To evaluate the methodological quality of clinical trials on Chinese medicine interventional chemothera-py induced gastrointestinal toxic reactions from 2000 to 2014.Methods The randomized controlled trials(RCT)and semi-RCT on Chinese medicine interventional chemotherapy induced gastrointestinal toxic reactions were retrieved from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI),Wanfang databases,VIP,China Biology Medicine Database (CBM)and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)database by computer and supplemented by the manual retrieval (January 2000 to December 2014).The methodo-logical quality assessment on the included RCT and semi-RCT was conducted by using the Cochrane risk assessment table of bias. Results 291 articles were finally screened out,only 76 of RCT and semi-RCT were conformed to the at least one of low risk stand-ards of Cochrane risk assessment table of bias.Therefore the total methodological quality was not good enough.Conclusion The publishing of clinical trials on Chinese medicine interventional chemotherapy induced gastrointestinal toxic reactions shows the in-creasing trend year by year during the past 14 years.However,the different defects exist in the overall trial design.
9.Analysis of the domestic five key cancer hospital SCI articals published for the past five years

Objective Provide a reference for decision making pertaining to future scientific development of cancer hospitals.Method Publications of five major cancer hospitals was collected based on statistics found with Web of Science SCI-E.With the application of bibliometric.Methods and analysis tools such as Citespace and Pubmedplus,comparative analysis was made on the number of papers,discipline distribution,high impact factor,high frequency key words,international cooperation and other different dimensions.Results A current status of SCI papers publicationand overall academic development of the domestic five key cancer hospitals was revealed,and vital information was provided to further enhance the overall level of scientific research of domestic cancer hospitals.Conclusion The development of oncology as a national key discipline was evaluated and important information was provided to facilitate decision-making of the research management departments for future development planning.
10.Therapy for disseminated intravascular coagulation

Disseminated intravascular coagulation ( DIC ) is a exceedingly complicated pathophysiological process,both pro and anti coagulation factors are activated and consumed,it is difficult to determine acute stage of the syndrome for physicians based on clinical presentations and laboratory tests,management strategy of DIC is not same due to different etiology,the dose and regimen of drug administration are uncertain. At present pediatricians usually treat children patients with DIC according to researches and guidelines for adults. The key strategies to DIC management is to treat underlying diseases aggressively so as to clear risk factors triggering extensive coagulation and resuscitate with ap-propriate blood products. No clinical trials have proved that heparin can improve clinical outcome,efficacies of activated protein C,antithrombin, tissue factor pathway inhibitor and thrombomodulin are needed to be verified by more high qua-lity clinical trials in DIC treatment.
