Objective: To investigate the management of NH~-_3 burned cases with inhalation injury. Methods:The clinic treatments of 15 NH~-_3 burned cases complicated with inhalation injury in his hospital between January 1998 and April 2004 were analyzed retrospectively.His management included reasonable fluid therapy,prompt and efficient usage of antibiotics ,tracheotomy after diagnosis,mechanical ventilation,bronchoalveolar lavage using fibrobrochoscope after the shock period and short-time usage of glucocorticoid. Results: Of the 15 cases,14 patients were cured and 1 patient was improved without any death.The cure rate was 93.3%. Conclusion: All of the managements should be performed as quickly as possible.Paying much attention to prevent the complications could improve the cure rate.Tracheotomy and bronchoalveolar lavage in the early stage are vital to patients.

Objective To observe the effects of nose-stuffy continuous positive airway pressure(CPAP)combined with large-dose Mucosolvan on the hyaline membrane disease of newborn(NHMD). Methods Third),divided into three equal parts,by intravenous drop infusion]. According to the results of SpO2 and blood gas analysis,the CPAP setting was adjusted. Before and after the treatment,the SpO2、RR、PaO2、PaCO2、SaO2 of all the children were analyzed. Results Ten children of all(76.9%) were cured,two died,one quitThe SpO2 of the total,at one hour after the treatment,improved significantly(P＜0.001);the RR、PaO2、SaO2 at 24 hours later also improved(P＜0.05). Conclusion The method of nose-stuffy continuous positive airway pressure(CPAP) combined with large-dose Mucosolvan,which had good effects on ameliorating the symptom and improving the gas exchange,is worth used in primary hospitals widely.

ObjectiveTo discuss influence of Lamaze childbirth method on breast milk secretion during the course of Doula delivery. Methods106 primipara of natural childbirth were divided into the observation group(52 cases) and the control group(54 cases). Lamaze childbirth method of minus pain was applied in the observation group based upon Doula delivery, the control group only received Doula delivery. The initiating time of lactation, lactation volume were observed and the result underwent t test and χ2 test. ResultsThe initiating time of lactation was earlier and the lactation volume was increased in the observa-tion group than those in the control group. ConclusionsApplication of Lamaze childbirth method of mi-nus pain during the course of Doula delivery can promote early postpartum lactation and adequate lac-tation volume.

Objective Introducing the job embedded scale to explore the dropout intention of medical workers at tertiary hospitals.Methods Correlation analysis, analysis of variance and regression analysis were used to analyze with a job embedded scale, the dropout intention of medical workers of a Beijing hospital.Results There was a significant negative correlation between job embedding and dropout intention of such people(r=-0.223).The predictive ability of on-the-job embeddedness is better than off-the-job embeddedness.Fit-organizational, sacrifice-organizational, fit-community and sacrifice-community were significantly negatively correlated with dropout intention.There are differences in the relationship between job embedding and dropout intention of medical workers of different individual attributes.Conclusion Job embedded scale can effectively predict the dropout intention of medical workers, offering a usable tool to predict the dropout of these people.

Objective To investigate the changes in nitric oxide synthase (NOS) activity in cardiac fibroblasts (CFs) of neonatal rat induced by aldosterone. Method CFs were isolated by trypsin digestion method. Proliferation of CF was assessed by MTT colorimetric assay. Nitric acid reductase method and spectrophotometry were used to determine the NO contents and NOS activity, respectively, at different time after CFs being treated with aldosterone. Result Aldosterone (1?10 -11 -1?10 -7 mol/L) could increase CFs proliferation in a dose-dependent manner. AIM: To investigate the effect of IH764-3 on the apoptosis of H 2O 2-stimulated hepatic stellate cells(HSCs) and the alteration of focal adhesion kinase (FAK). METHODS: The proliferation of HSCs was examined by direct cell count and the apoptosis was determined by Annexin-V/PI labeling, while the morphological change was observed by light microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. In addition, FAK mRNA was detected by RT-PCR. RESULTS: H 2O 2 promoted the proliferation of HSCs. IH764-3 induced the apoptosis of HSCs in a dose-dependent manner. The HSC apoptotic rates of different groups were 6.35%,9.28%,15.10%,19.69%,respectively, after treated with different concentrations of IH764-3 for 48 h while H 2O 2 group showed 2.30%. In 30 mg/L group, the apoptosis rates were 6.73%?10.34%?15.10% for the indicated time periods(12 h, 24 h, 48 h). In the presence of IH764-3, FAK mRNA decreased. The FAK mRNA reduction began at 2 h after adding IH764-3. CONCLUSION: IH764-3 induced the apoptosis of HSCs. Down-regulating the expression of FAK mRNA may be one of its mechanisms.

Objective To study the effect of Simiaoyongantang on human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs) injury induced by hypoxia.Methods The HUVECs were divided into normal group,model group and Simiaoyongantang group,and the hypoxia model was established at the latter two groups.The livability of HUVECs was measured by MTT assay.The transudation of LDH in the medium was measured by biochemistry and the positive expression of VEGF was detected by immunofuorescence chemistry.Results The level of LDH was reduced significantly and the cell activity indicated by MTT was increased.The number of the cells stained by VEGF increased in the treatment group of Simiaoyongantang.Conclution Simiaoyongantang has protective effect on hypoxia injured HUVECs,which may be related to its effect of increasing the cells livability,reducing the injury induced by hypoxia,up-regulating expressions of VEGF and promoting angiogenesis.
