Mannose binding lectin(MBL) is closely related to tumor formation and progression. We and others have confirmed that the MBL gene show differential expression in thyroid cancer. MBL can recognize or bind tumor cells or apoptotic cells, promote clearance of apoptotic cells, and inhibit tumor cells migration and angiogenesis. Thus, MBL can prevent tumor cells invasion and immigration.
2.The Analysis on the Value of the Community Cooperative Medical System on Implementing Basic Medical Security System in China

By analyzing the operation characteristic of community cooperative medical system in Guangzhou and the existing problem of basic medical insurance system in China, it provides the important value of exploring the implement of medical insurance system in China. Under the background of the low security level of basic medical insurance system in China is relative low, the disease risk is uncertain, medical needs diversification, medical cost inflation and the aging tendency of population, it is revealed to encourage the cooperative medical treatment of community with economic strength and enterprise development with similar enterprise annuity, as the supplement of the basic medical security system would help to compensate the lack of basic medical insurance system and meet the demand of diversified medical treatment.
3.Diagnostic value of combined detection of various tumor markers in malignant hydrothorax and hydroperitoneum

Objective To explore Diagnostic value of combined detection of alpha fetoprotein(AFP) ,carcino‐embryonic antigen (CEA) ,carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125) ,neurone specific enolase(NSE) and carbohydrate antigen 724(CA724) in malignant hy‐drothorax and hydroperitoneum .Methods According to the pathological diagnosis as gold standard ,receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was used to analyzed the cut‐off value for the diagnosis of malignant hydrothorax and hydroperitoneum in 291 pa‐tients ,and 135 patients with benign malignant hydrothorax and hydroperitoneum were enrolled as controls .Diagnostic value of sin‐gle and combined detection of tumor markers was analyzed .Results Area under the ROC curve of CEA and CA724 were higher than 0 .7 ,indicating that CEA and CA724 were with high diagnostic value .Among CEA ,CA724 ,NSE and CA125 ,used for single detection ,CEA was with high sensitivity(81 .7% ) ,Jorden index(0 .64) ,negative predictive value(67 .7% ) ,positive predictive value (90 .8% ) ,and NSE(82 .9% ) was with high specificity .Combined detection of tumor markers could increase diagnostic sensitivity , Jorden index and negative predictive value .Conclusion CEA could be with high diagnostic value of malignant hydrothorax and hydro‐peritoneum .Combined detection of tumor markers could increase diagnostic sensitivity ,Jorden index and negative predictive value .
4.Isolation and structure identification of bioactive fraction AM105-Ⅱ from marine actinomycete

Objective To isolate and identify the anti-MRSA bioactive fraction from the fermentation broth of the marine-derived actinomycete AM105.Methods By means of silica gel column chromatography,preparative TLC and Sephadex LH20 column chromatography,the bioactive component was purified.The structure was determined by the spectral methods.Results and Conclusion The bioactive component AM105-Ⅱ was purified and the spectra showed that AM105-Ⅱ was composed of rifamycin S and its isomer,named isorifamycin S,which is a novel structure compound.Its antibacterial activity is better than rifamycin SV according to MIC.
5.Clinical observation on treatment of hyperlipemia with Tiaozhi Huatan decoction

Objective To observe clinical effect of treating hyperlipemia with Tiaozhi Huatan decoction. Methods A total of 80 patients were randomly recruited into a control group and a treatment group, with 40 patients in each group. The treatment group was treated with Tiaozhi Huatan decoction, and the control group was treated with Atorvastatin. The changes in value of blood fat were observed in both groups. Results The values ofTC, TG, and LDL-C were obviously reduced after the treatment in both groups (P<0.01), and the value of HDL-C was obviously increased in both groups (P<0.05). There was no statistical difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion It was effective to treat hyperlipemia with Tiaozhi Huatan decoction.
6.Clinical observation on the treatment of chloasma with Huoxue Xiaoban Decoction

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of treating chloasma with Huoxue Xiaoban Decoction.Methods A total of 80 cases were randomly recruited into a control group and a treatment group, 40 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Huoxue Xiaoban Decoction, while the control group was treated with high dose of Vitamin C. After both groups were treated for a therapeutic course of four weeks, the therapeutic effects were compared between them. Results The total effective rate was 85.0% and 47.5% in the treatment group ands the control group respectively, showing significant difference between the two group (χ2= 12.26, P<0.01 ) . Conclusion Huoxue Xiaoban Decoction was effective in treating chloasma.
7.The Applied Value of ?HU of Plain CT Value in Symetric Cerebral Structrue Among Healthy Group in Diagnosing Super Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective To obtain the normal reference value through researching ?HU of CT scanning symetric cerebral structrue among healthy group and to study its value in CT diagnosing super acute cerebral infarction.Methods 33 volunteers with normal neuro system were undertaken routine plain CT scanning to measure the symetric cerebral structrue on 7 pairs of tissues of each person and caculated 231 ?HUs. All the data were analyzed statistically to get a normal reference value, which was compared with the ?HU of 30 super acute cerebral infarction cases (33 suspected symptoms)confirmed by follow-up.Results The mean?HU of CT scanning symetric cerebral structrue among healthy group was 0.39 with Q=0.48(?HU) a maximum of 1.79 (?HU) and minimum of 0.00 (?HU). Among the pathological change group, the mean ?HU of CT value was 3.62 with Q=2.44 (?HU), a maximum of 8.34(?HU) and minimum of 1.2 (?HU). Objective: To study the application value of bevacizumab combined with pemetrexed + pluscisplatin first-line chemotherapy in treating lung cancer. Methods: Advanced non small cell lung cancer patients from January 2011 to December 2012 were enrolled and randomly divided into observation group given bevacizumab combined with pemetrexed + pluscisplatin and control group given pemetrexed +pluscisplatin. Then long-term therapeutic effect index, tumor endocrine index and long-term therapeutic effect index were observed. Results:(1)overall remission condition of observation group were better than those of control group(u=6.782, P<0.05), objective response rate(x2=8.382, P<0.05) and disease control rate(x2=5.992, P<0.05) of observation group were higher than those of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(2)after chemotherapy, VEGF-A, VEGF-B and VEGF-C levels of two groups were lower than those before chemotherapy and VEGF-A(t=6.263, P<0.05), VEGF-B(t=6.094, P<0.05) and VEGF-C(t=5.892, P<0.05) levels of observation group were lower than those of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(3)1 year(x2=6.883, P<0.05), 3 year(x2=7.273, P<0.05) and 5 year(x2=6.274, P<0.05) survival rate and progression free survival(t=9.752, P<0.05), overall survival time(t=7.883, P<0.05) of observation group were higher than those of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Bevacizumab combined with pemetrexed+pluscisplatin have positive clinical value for it is helpful to improve the remission, decreased the level of vascular endothelial growth factor, inhibit tumor angiogenesis, prolonged overall survival time.

10.Correlating glutathione S-transferase P1-105 genetic polymorphisms to human exercise capacity in the high altitude environment

BACKGROUND:Glutathione S-transferase can get rid of active oxygen and enhance organism's antioxidative capability.OBJECTIVE:To analyze the association between glutathione S-transferase P1-105 (GSTP1-105)genetic polymorphisms and human exercise capacity in the high altitude environment.DESIGN,TIME AND SETTING:A controlled analysis was performed in the PLA Institute of Physical Education in 2007.PARTICIPANTS:A total of 86 professional mountain climbers who had strong physical performance in the high altitude environment served as experimental subjects.An additional 90 healthy students randomly selected from the PLA Institute of Physical Education served as controls.METHODS:Blood sample was taken from 86 experimental subjects and 90 healthy controls for extraction of genome DNA.GSTP1-105 genetic polymorphisms were detected by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis.Distribution of GSTP1-105 alleles and genotypes were compared between experimental and control subjects.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:Distribution of GSTP1-105 genotype.RESULTS:Totally 3 GSTP1-105 genotypes were detected:homozygous genotype of the A allele (NA,also called wide type genotype),heterozygous genotype (NG),and homozygous genotype of the G allele (G/G).The frequency of the G allele and variant genotype (A/G+G/G)were significantly lower in the experimental than in the control subjects (P<0.01).Variant genotype (A/G+G/G)was taken as an exposure factor,then OR=2.19 and 95% CI=1.16-4.13,indicating that in the high altitude environment,the exercise capacity in individuals with GSTP1-105 variant genotype was decreased by 1.19 times than that in individuals with GSTP1-105 wide type genotype.CONCLUSION:GSTP1-105 genetic polymorphisms correlate to human exercise capacity in the high altitude environment.Subjects with wide type genotype have exercise predominance.
