Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xiyanping injection combined with bifidobacterium in the treatment of infantile virus diarrhea.Methods 80 cases of infantile virus diarrhea were selected,they were randomly divided into control group and research group according to the digital table,40 cases in each group.The control group received intravenous drip ribavirin treatment,the research group received treatment of intravenous drip Xiyanping injection combined with bifidobacterium at the same time.The symptoms disappear time(time of diarrhoea,antifebrile time),length of hospital stay and clinical curative effect were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The indicator of symptoms disappear time (time of diarrhoea,antifebrile time) and length of hospital stay of the research group were (2.19 ±0.43)d,(1.75 ±0.36)d,(4.13 ±0.85)d,respectively,which were shorter than those of the control group [(4.89 ± 0.61) d,(3.68 ± 0.52) d,(7.91 ± 1.13) d],the differences were statistically significant(t =22.89,19.30,16.90,all P ＜ 0.01).The total effective rate of the research group was 97.5％,which was significantly higher than 72.5％ of the control group (x2 =24.5,P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion Xiyanping injection combined with bifidobacterium in the treatment of infantile virus diarrhea has significantly shorter antidiarrheal time,antifebrile time,length of hospital stay than ribavirin,the clinical curative effect is distinct,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.

Objective To explore the related factors of senile acute pulmonary thromboembolism(PTE) patients,and to observe the prognosis and analyze the strategy of control and prevention to reduce the incidence. Methods 50 elderly patients with acute PTE were selected,related factors were analyzed by using the retrospective investigation,and the prevention and control were administrated.Results The mainly disease occurred of the elderly patients with acute PTE were combined with chronic diseases 42% (21 /50),with lower extremity DVT 26.00%(13 /50)and with recent trauma,fracture and operation 20%(10 /50).Elderly patients with acute PTE who were ≥70 years of age and lying in bed the time≥1 month,were 58%(29 /50)and 62%(31 /50),which were higher than those of the other age <70 years old and lying in bed time <1 month of patients,the difference was statistically signifi-cant(χ2 =9.26,9.80,all P <0.05).Conclusion The related risk factors for elderly patients with acute PTE mainly correlate with age,lying in bed time,chronic diseases,patients with lower extremity DVT and recent trauma,fracture, operation,the variety of factors and overlap each other.Mastering the variety factors of PTE in the nursing process,and taking effective measures to prevent and control the factorscan reduce or avoid the occurrence of acute PTE,and im-prove the prognosis of the patients.

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of amisulpride and risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia. Meth-ods:The RCTs literatures on amisulpride and risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia were retrieved and screened, and the quali-fied ones were analyzed by meta-analysis. Results:A total of 10 literatures were included involving 802 patients. Meta-analysis results showed that the difference between the two groups after the treatment was not statistically significant by comparing the clinical efficien-cy, PANSS score and TESS score. About the incidence of adverse reactions, amisulpride was better than risperidone in the endocrine function, extrapyramidal symptoms, weight gain and cardiovascular system. The incidence of nausea and vomiting of amisulpride was more than that of risperidone. There was no statistical significance in insomnia, headache, dizziness and the others. Conclusion:Ex-isting literature analysis shows that amisulpride is safe and effective in the treatment of schizophrenia.

The liver is the central organ involved in lipid metabolism and the gastrointestinal(GI)tract is responsible for nutrient absorption and partitioning.Obesity,dyslipidemia and metabolic disorders are of increasing public health concern worldwide,and novel therapeutics that target both the liver and the GI tract(gut-liver axis)are much needed.In addition to aiding fat digestion,bile acids act as important signaling molecules that regulate lipid,glucose and energy metabolism via activating nuclear receptor,G protein-coupled receptors(GPCRs),Takeda G protein receptor 5(TGR5)and sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor 2(S1PR2).Sphingosine-1-phosphate(S1P)is synthesized by two sphingosine kinase isoforms and is a potent signaling molecule that plays a critical role in various diseases such as fatty liver,in-flammatory bowel disease(IBD)and colorectal cancer.In this review,we will focus on recent findings related to the role of S1P-mediated signaling pathways in the gut-liver axis.

Objective To investigate the clinical features of glucose transporter 1 deficiency syndrome(GLUT1-DS) and summarize the characteristics of GLUT1-DS through reviewing related references.Methods The clinical data including manifestation,cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) glucose,electroencephalogram,MRI and gene mutation of a patient with GLUT1-DS was collected and the related literatures were reviewed.Results The patient was a 6 years old boy.The patient,whose seizures occurred at the age of 9 month-old and prolonged to 6 year-old,attacked before breakfast.Physical examination showed microcephaly with head circumference 47.5 cm.Laboratory tests showed that CSF glucose decreased (1.87 mmol/L) and CSF-serum ratio was 0.36.And meantime the MRI was normal and electroencephalogram showed general spike and slow wave complex paroxysm.Mutation of SLC2A1 gene,c.350_385del,was found in the patient.There were 219 cases with GLUT1-DS had been reported and the age of onset was 15.69 months.In 219 patients,159 cases (72％) suffered seizures,105 cases (47％) had motor abnormalities,61 cases (27％) suffered intellectual disability.The CSF glucose values were (1.92±0.31) mmol/L,CSF-serum ratio was 0.36±0.07.SLC2A1 gene mutations were detected in 183 patients(96％)in which missense mutation was the most mutation.Conclusion A wide range of phenotypes of GLUT1-DS include seizures,motor abnormalities,mental retardation.The diagnosis is confirmed when CSF glucose and CSF-serum ratio are continuously decreased which in the absence of meningitis.The SLC2A1 gene should be detected in suspicion of GLUTI-DS patients.Early diagnosis and treatment may improve the prognosis of those GLUTI-DS patients.

OBJECTIVE To discuss the function of sustaining quality improvement in preventing perineum wound infection.METHODS The perineum wound infection situation in 2003 was retrospectively analyzed,and since then the measures for sustaining quality improvement were implemented.RESULTS In 2004 and in 2005 the perineum wound infection percentage and the stitch inflammation rate were obviously reduced than in 2003.The difference was statisticaly significant.CONCLUSIONS Sustaining quality improvement is an unceasing,gradually advancing and long-term process.The prevention of perineum wound infection is a long time work for obstetrics workers.To carry out strictly the aseptic technical operation,grasp skilled suture technology,choose easily absorbable suture,maintain suitable cleanliness and nursing and use the antibiotic could be effectively to prevent the perineum wound infection and the stitch inflammation occurrence.

Objective To develop neural stem cells(NSCs) which can stably express exogenous brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF) in vitro. Methods NSCs from the subependymal zone of embry-onic day 14.5(E14.5) rat brain were purified by limiting dilution assay and then infected with supernatant of recombinant retrovirus pLXSN-BDNF and retrovirus pLXSN. The original copy numbers of exogenous gene templates from three groups NSCs(pLXSN-BDNF viral infection group, pLXSN viral infection group, control group) were detected by fluorescent quantitative PCR(FQ-PCR). ELISA assay was used for determining the protein contents of BDNF of supernatant from three groups NSCs for six days continually after seeded in 24-well plates in the same cell density. Results NSCs were purified successfully by limiting dilution assay.The original copy numbers of exogenous BDNF gene templates from pLXSN-BDNF viral infection group by FQ-PCR were (19.57±0.65) × 10~3 copies/μl, higher than those of another two groups(P < 0.05). The protein contents of BDNF of supernatant from NSCs of pLXSN-BDNF viral infection group was highest among three groups and compared with another two groups had statistical significance (P <0.05) . Conclusion The purified NSCs can be transduced exogenous BDNF successfully with supematant of recombinant retrovir-us pLXSN-BDNF which provide experimental evidences and laying foundations for further research of retinal transplantation and quantization investigation of gene therapy for optic nerve injury.

Objective: To analyze the status quo of assanation and ethics courses and their social requirement, thus to explore a scientific mode for the course setting; Method: The course setting status quo of assanation and ethics is analyzed among 18 colleges in which the nursing speciality is set up. A questionnaire was also conducted to investigate students' inclination towards politics-sorted courses, and relevant data were analyzed. Results: The establishing rate of assanation courses in the higher professional colleges is higher than that in the comprehensive universities. The most favorable subjects among freshmen are the Chinese national political theories, and assanation & ethics, while the counterparts among seniors are assanation & ethics, law basis, and philosophy. Objective: To observe assessment effects of thromboelastogram (TEG) on patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) complicated hypertension.Methods: A total of 120 CHD patients were selected from our hospital.According to complicated with hypertension or not, they were divided into pure CHD group (n=58) and CHD + hypertension group (n=62).TEG indexes were compared between two groups.Results: Compared with pure CHD group, there were significant reductions in blood clot formation duration [K: (2.53±0.72)min vs.(1.82±0.64)min], coagulation reaction duration [R: (8.66±1.86)min vs.(7.18±1.85)min], arachidonic acid pathway-induced platelet activity [AA: (57.36±16.91)% vs.(46.73±20.73)%], and significant rise in maximum amplitude after clot formation [MA: (57.31±7.75)mm vs.(64.36±7.85)mm] and included angle value between the tangent from the blood clot forming point to the maximum curve radian of the chart and the horizontal line [Angle: (53.26±7.78) vs.(64.38±7.85)] in CHD + hypertension group, P<0.01 all.Spearman correlation analysis indicated that blood pressure level was significantly positive correlated with Angle and MA (r=0.607, 0.405, P<0.01 both), and significantly inversely correlated with R and K (r=-0.256,-0.541, P<0.01 both) in CHD + hypertension patients.Conclusion:Thrombosis possesses higher risk for CHD + hypertension patients, which is easier to cause acute cardiovascular events.Therefore, attention should be paid to coagulation function monitoring in order to prevent adverse cardiac events in these patients.
