Objective To assess the effect of the intensive insulin therapy for preventing the intensive care unit acquired weakness systematically ,in order to provide reference for making the intervention strategy .Methods We searched the database CBM ,CNKI ,WanFang Data ,VIP ,PubMed ,Cochrane Library ,EMBASE and ISI from the day of establishment to Dec 2014 to find the relevant studies with computer and by hand .Two researchers selected the studies ,evaluated the quality of the articles and ex‐tracted data according to the rigorous criterion ,then we performed the Meta‐analysis on the data with the software RevMan5 .3 .Re‐sults Three articles were enrolled ,2 788 patients in the intensive care unit were recruited ,including 1 380 patients were from the experimental group and 1 408 patients came from the controlled group .The result of the Meta‐analysis showed that compared to the conventional insulin therapy ,intensive insulin therapy reduced the incidence of intensive care unit weakness(RR= 0 .61 ,95% CI:0 .42-0 .89 ,P=0 .01) ,but there was no statistical significance of it on the the intensive care unit mortality(RR=0 .74 ,95% CI:0 .47-1 .17 ,P=0 .20) ,the hospital mortality(RR=0 .81 ,95% CI:0 .58 -1 .13 ,P= 0 .22) ,the duration of intensive care unit stay (MD=0 ,95% CI:-0 .37-0 .37 ,P=1 .00) and the duration of mechanical ventilation(MD= -1 .48 ,95% CI:-3 .43-0 .47 ,P=0 .14) . Conclusion Intensive insulin therapy can reduce the incidence of intensive care unit acquired weakness ,but the effect of it on the intensive care unit mortality ,hospital mortality ,duration of intensive stay and duration of mechanical ventilation needs further research to verify .

Objective To discuss the efficacy of ambroxol hydrochloride inhalation in treatment of infantile pneumonia.Methods Totally 80 pneumonia infants were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group (39 cases) were given anti-infection,cough-relieved,and other treatment.The observation group (41 cases) were given ambroxol hydrochloride inhalation on the basis of control group treatment.The efficacy of ambroxol hydrochloride inhalation in treatment of infantile pneumonia was evaluated by efficacy,clinical symptoms disappearing time,red blood cell hematocrit,blood viscosity,and adverse reaction during treatment.Results After treatment,the effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group (P ＜ 0.05).There were 38 infants in observation group and 28 infants in control group with cough and dyspnea alleviated and phlegm reduced.After atomizing inhalation of ambroxol hydrochloride,the cough,pulmonary rales disappearing time and hospitalization time were significantly shortened (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the red blood cell hematocrit and blood viscosity of observation group was lower than that of control group (P ＜ 0.05).During treatment,there was no statistical significance on adverse reaction between two groups.Conclusion Ambroxol hydrochloride inhalation has a good curative effect on infantile pneumonia.It could improve the symptoms of pneumonia and reduce blood viscosity with good safety,which is worthy of clinical use.

Chemotherapy-induced amenorrhea(CIA) is a objective process,the reason is clear basically,for patients with hormonal receptor positive will improve disease free survival and overall survival when develop CIA,so we can prevent ovarian function for patients have lower risk and intend to keep bearing ability;and further treatment inhibit ovarian function for improving outcome in patients with high risk and poor prognosis without CIA developed;CIA is an objective and simply observed factor.

Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate the occupation stress and quality of life among teachers in medical university,and analyze the correlation between the occupational stress and the quality of them.Methods Totally 249 teachers in medical university of Anhui province were investigated with the instruments of the occupational stress scale and the Chinese version of World Health Organization Quality of Life Brief(WHOQOL-BREF).Results The findings showed that:The coefficient of correlation was-0.374 between occupational stress and quality of life in teachers in medical university(r =-0.374,P ＜0.001).Conclusion The score of social relations dimension,the environment dimension and utilization of support have statistical significance with different sex and age of teachers in medical university.There was negative correlation between the occupational stress and the quality of life in teachers in medical university.

Objective To investigate the Chinese version of Self-perceived Burden Scale(SPBS) for cancer patients.Methods Established the psychometric properties of the Chinese version of SPBS,a convenience sample of 220 patients were recruited for evaluation.Results The Chinese version of SPBS comprised 8 items.Exploratory analysis showed that the most interpretable solution consisted of 2 factors.The accumulative variance contribution which explained 61.004％ of variance of the total scale.Meanwhile,the Cronbach's α coefficient was 0.874.Conclusions It suggests that the 8-item Chinese version of the SPBS has good reliability and validity,which could be used as a tool for measuring cancer patients' burden.

Objective To derive hematopoietic stem cells with functional properties of hematopoietic reconstitution from murine embryonic stem (ES) cells. Methods ES-D3 cells by formation of the day-4 embryoid bodies (4dEBs) were induced into hematopoietic stem cells by co-culture with murine bone marrow endothelial cell-conditional medium (mBMEC-CM) and the fetal liver stromal cell-conditional medium (FLSC-CM). This experiment was designed to 4 groups (mBMEC-CM + FLSC-CM group, mBMEC-CM group, FLSC-CM group, and the control group). Results The total cell numbers, CD34 + cell numbers, and colony numbers formed in the mBMEC-CM + FLSC-CM group were the highest among the 4 groups. The cells in the mBMEC-CM + FLSC-CM group resumed the hematopoietic system of the mice after being transplanted with the inducing cells. Conclusion The culture condition combing mBMEC-CM with FLSC-CM can promote murine ES cells differentiating into hematopoietic stem cells with functional properties of hematopoietic reconstitution.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effects of Bupleuri plus Saliva miltiorrhiza on preventing the formation of hepatic fibrosis in rats METHODS:To establish an animal model of hepatic fibrosis by feeding high fat diet and 10% alcohol and subcutaneously injecting CCl4 and to detect the zymogram and biochemical parameters and observe the pathological changes of liver tissue RESULTS:Bupleuri and Saliva miltiorrhiza could significantly depress the activities of ALT,AST,MAO,ALP and had no influence on the ?-GT in serum,the serum TG was decreased and TG in tissue was obviously raised and serum GSH was elevated in hepatic fibrosis rat The extract could significantly decreased the levels of PC Ⅰ and PC Ⅲ in hepatic fibrosis rat The histopathological examination showed that the extract could diminish liver degeneration and necrosis,and block the formation of fiber diazoma,the degree of collagen proliferation was significantly lower than that of the control group CONCLUSION:Bupleuri and Saliva miltiorrhea extract could effectively protect the liver cell,and could retard the formation of hepatic fibrosis as well
