OBJECTIVE:To promote the rational use of anti-cold drugs in primary hospital. METHODS:The anti-cold drugs commonly used in outpatient pharmacy of Chinese and western of our hospital were investigated to summarize and analyze the west-ern drugs and Chinese patent drugs. RESULTS:There were totally 33 anti-cold drugs,including 12 kinds of western drugs and 21 kinds of Chinese patent drugs. Mostly anti-cold western drugs were compound preparations,mainly including 5 ingredients:anti-in-flammatory,vasoconstrictor,antitussive,antihistamine and expectorant;the wind-cold common cold and wind-heat common cold should be differentially treated and the role of the characteristics should be grasped. CONCLUSIONS:Physicians and pharmacists should fully understand and grasp the composition,content,indications,the role of the characteristics,adverse reactions and pre-cautions. Different drugs should be given corresponding medication guide based on the clinical symptoms of the patients.

Objective To explore the status quo of clinical nursing students' caring ability and clinical learning environment,and analyze the correlation between them.Methods 112 clinical nursing students in a grade three and first-class hospital in Hefei were investigated by using the caring ability inventory and nursing clinical learning environment scale.Results The mean score of nursing students on caring ability inventory was (203.12±12.14) points,and the scores of knowing,courage and patience were (78.26±8.27) points,(66.41±5.68) points and (58.45±4.30) points.The total score of clinical learning environment was (146.79±11.76) points,and the scores of six dimensions were task location (25.52±4.77) points,work atmosphere and team culture (25.33±5.21) points,student participation (24.96±4.14) points,interpersonal relation (24.54±5.20) points,innovation (23.59±3.54) points and individuation (22.87±3.26) points.By Pearson correlation analysis,the coefficient of correlation was 0.509 between caring ability and clinical learning environment of nursing students in clinical practice.Conclusions Most nursing students are moderately satisfied with clinical learning environment while their caring ability remains to be improved.There is positive correlation between the caring ability and clinical learning environment of nursing students.Therefore,nursing managers should take corresponding measures to create favorable clinical learning environment,so as to promote the caring ability of nursing students.

OBJECTIVE: To elucidate the important role of calcium and calreticulin in cardiomyocyte.DATA SOURCES: We searched PubMed database for articles about the role of calcium and calreticulin in the cardiomyocyte published in English from January 1994 to December 2005 with the key words of "Ca2+, calreticulin, cardiomyocytes/ cardiac myocyte, differentiation".STUDY SELECTION: The retrieved data were selected primarily and articles about the important role of calcium and calreticulin in the cardiomyocyte were selected. Meanwhile, articles of repetitive research were excluded.DATA EXTRACTION: Totally 200 articles were researched, 42 were included, and 158 were excluded.DATA SYNTHESIS: Investigation on the molecular structure of the intracellular Ce2+ release channels (RyR and IP3R) on the endoplasmic reticulum and sarcoplasmic reticulum and structure of crt gene manifests that these channels co-participate in the regulation of calcium homeostasis with calreticulin, which plays a key role in cardiac development and differentiation.CONCLUSION: Intracellular free Ca2+ is a critical second messenger in heart. Alterations in intracellular Ca2+ homeostasis have profound effects on cardiac functions such as contraction-relaxation and cardiac development. Intracellular Ca2+ homeostasis is maintained primarily via the endoplasmic reticulum, within which, Ca2+ is mainly bound to calreticulin.Knockout of crt gene is embryonically lethal due to impaired cardiac development.

Objective To explore the characteristics and trends of adaptive behavior among patients with breast cancer during the treatment periods. Methods Phenomenological research method was used. 15 women accepted modified radical mastectomy in the Provincial Hospital of Anhui Medical University were interviewed during the whole treatment periods. Results 6 adaptive behavior models were found: over-cautiousness, compliance, escape-avoidance, specific social circles, social re-adaptation and dietary behavior change. These six behavior models dynamicly varied during the treatment trajectory. Conclusions Diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer are strong negative life events, the unalterable trauma of body and the periodic shocks by chemotherapy force patients' self-positioning shifting between "wellness"and "illness"and this shift is the main reason that caused changes of behaviors.

Objective To learn the self‐perceived burden of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients and to analyze its influential fac‐tors as well as its relevance to the social support .Methods The patients′general information questionnaire ,self‐perceived burden scale ,perceived social support scale were adopted to investigate type 2 diabetes mellitus patients .Results Totally 215 patients were included ,of which 104 were male and 111 were female .The average self‐perceived burden score was (25 .59 ± 10 .58) points ,which was in the low‐medium level;78 cases (36 .3% ) suffered low self‐perceived burden ;89 cases (41 .4% ) suffered medium self‐per‐ceived burden;48 cases (22 .3) claimed they had severe self‐perceived burden .The multi‐factor analysis showed that the family an‐nual income (t= -3 .039 ,P<0 .01) ,type of expenses paid (t=2 .769 ,P<0 .01) and the number of complications (t= -2 .493 , P<0 .05) were the influential factors of self‐perceived burden .There was negative correlation between the self‐perceived burden and the social support (r= -0 .292 ,P<0 .01) .Conclusion In patients with type 2 diabetes ,there is a general self perceived bur‐den ,targeted care therapy ,and full use of social support can reduce patient′s self‐perceived burden ,which is conducive to the physi‐cal and mental health of the patients .

Objective To investigate the role of nine respiratory pathogens (hereinafter referred to as United Nine Detection(UND)) in acute exacerbation of interstitial lung disease. to provide an evidence of the pathogenesis and effective diagnosis and treatment of AE-ILD. Methods We detected the expression of of IgM antibody of UND in respiratory infection pathogens in serum in the AE-ILD group,the ILD stable group and the normal control group,and observed their dynamic changes. Results The test results of UND showed that the Pathogen-positive rate were 52.1%,27.8%,22%,in 73 cases of the AE-ILD group,72 cases of the ILD stable group and 50 cases of the normal controls,respectively. Statistical analysis showed that pathogen infection rate has statistics difference between the AE-ILD group and the ILD stable group,between the AE-ILD group and the normal control group respectively(P=0.003;P=0.001),while the ILD stable group and the normal control group hadd no significant difference (P = 0.417). The virus positive rates of the three groups were 31.5%,16.7%,10%respectively. Statistical analysis showed that the virus infection rate had statistics difference between the AE-ILD groups and the ILD stable group,between the AE-ILD group and the normal control group(P=0.037;P=0.005). Mycoplasma,influenza B virus,respiratory syncytial virus had high positive rate in these three groups. Dynamic changes of the IgM antibody showed that the positive number of pathogens decreased gradually in long admission of patients with AE-ILD. Conclusions The infection rate of UND in patients with AE-ILD is higher than patients with ILD in the stable stage and the normal controls. It suggests that AE-ILD may be associated with infection.

Chemotherapy-induced amenorrhea(CIA) is a objective process,the reason is clear basically,for patients with hormonal receptor positive will improve disease free survival and overall survival when develop CIA,so we can prevent ovarian function for patients have lower risk and intend to keep bearing ability;and further treatment inhibit ovarian function for improving outcome in patients with high risk and poor prognosis without CIA developed;CIA is an objective and simply observed factor.

Mutant or aberrant regulation of expressing products of p53 gene results in losing its tumor suppressive function,which is often seen in many malignancies,including breast cancer.Oncoprotein MDM2 plays a primary role in regulating P53,and these two form an automregulatory feed back loop.mdm 2/p53 pass way performs important function in development,progression,therapy and prognosis of breast cancer.Besides,more and more studies show that some other molecular markers in breast cancer,such as PI3K/Akt/mTOR, p14ARF, and Her2/neu can regulate this passway unneglectedly.The purposeof this reviewis to summarize not only the relations betweenmdm 2/p53 passway and pathological charac-ters,therapy and prognosis of breast cancer,but also the relations of this passway with some other molecular proteins in breast cancer.

OBJECTIVE:To observe clinical efficacy and ADR of domestic recombinant human interleukin-11(Ⅰ)(rhIL-11 (Ⅰ))in the treatment of thrombocytopenia in patients with malignant tumor. METHODS:In self-controlled trial,50 malignant tumor patients with thrombocytopenia induced by radiotherapy and chemotherapy were injected with 25 ?g?kg-1?d-1 rhIL-11(Ⅰ) subcutaneously. Drug withdrawal was conducted after consecutive 10 days injection or platelet count being higher than 300?109?L-1. [Objective] To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Yanyan Decoction on treating yin deficiency of lung and kidney chronic pharyngitis . [Methods] 120 cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group(60 cases) which treated with Yanyan Decoction and control group(60 cases) which treated with Jinguo drink.[Results] The total effective power was 80.00% in the treatment group and 63.33% in the control group .Two groups of patients total effective rates had difference of statistical meaning .[Conclusion] The effect of Yanyan Decoction in the treatment of yin deficiency of lung and kidney chronic pharyngitis is significant,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
