Objective To systematically review the efficacy of anodal transcranial direct current stimulation (A-tDCS) for relieving aphasia among stroke survivors.Methods The Chinese BioMedical Literature database,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,WanFang database,Chinese Scientific Journals full-text database,PubMed,Embase,MEDLINE and the Cochrane Library for clinical randomized and controlled trials were searched for reports about the use of A-tDCS in the treatment of aphasia after stroke.The resulting reports were retrieved manually and evaluated by two independent reviewers according to pre-set inclusion and exclusion criteria.The reports covered the period to November 2016.A meta-analysis was then conducted using RevMan software version 5.3.Results Seven studies covering 101 patients were selected for analysis.Meta-analysis showed that the average aphasia function score improved after A-tDCS significantly more than in the control group.Picture naming ability in stroke survivors with aphasia showed particular improvement.Only 11 patients in the 7 studies presented light adverse effects from AtDCS,always within the patients' tolerance range.Conclusion A-tDCS can significantly improve the speech of patients with aphasia after cerebral infarction.It is safe and easy to administer and is a rehabilitation technology worth popularizing and applying.Considering the limited number of articles,the conclusion remains to be further verified with randomized clinical trials of higher quality and a larger sample.

The human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) is a widespread herpesvirus. Virus reactivation from latency can lead to stillbirth, miscarriage, fetal anomalies, and intrauterine growth retardation. During latent infection with the HCMV, the virus can be cleared by the immune response or apoptosis of host cells. However, the HCMV has developed several strategies to manipulate expression of its genes and the microenvironment of host cells. Recent studies have shown that latent infection with the HCMV is associated with viral: regulation of early expression of genes; evasion of cell death; evasion of the immune response; regulatin of non-coding RNAs. This review summarizes recent research progress on the mechanisms underpinning latent infection with the HCMV.

Objective To explore the relationship of personality and coping style between parents and male inpatients with internet addiction disorder. Methods 51 male inpatients with internet addiction disorder and their parents were investigated with Cattell 16PF and Coping Style Questionnaire to evaluate their personality and coping style. All data were analyzed by partial correlate analysis. Results Multi-factors of 16PF( warmth, reasoning, emotional stability, dominance, vigilance, sensitivity, abstractedness, privateness, openness to change, perfectionism, apprehension, tension ) of male inpatients were significantly correlated with father' s ( r = 0.72 ～ 0. 85 or - 0. 71 ～ - 0.93 ) or mother' s 16PF( r = 0.73 ～ 0.92 or - 0. 72 ～ - 0.81 ), bu+ non of those factors corrected with the same factor of parental. Male inpatients' coping style did not corrected with father' s, but their problem sloving, rationalization and self-accusation corrected with mother's seeking support, rationalization and avoidance respectively. Conclusion The personality of male inpatients with internet addiction disorder is affected by parental personality, but under the impact of internet addiction disorder, this kind of influence is weakened. In coping style, the father' s influence is far weaker than the mother' s, suggesting that there is father function flaw during the process of those inpatients growing up.

AIM: To investigate the synergistic induction of apoptosis in rhabdomyosarcoma cells by the combination of TRAIL or TRAIL gene with cisplatin. METHODS: Rhabdomyosarcoma cells were treated with TRAIL, (Ad/GT)-TRAIL, cisplatin, respectively or the combination for 3 days. The cytotoxicity was observed by MTT assay. The apoptotic rates and the expression rates of Fas protein were measured by flow cytometry (FCM). The expression of cFLIP mRNA was determined by RT-PCR. RESULTS: Rhabdomyosarcoma cells were treated with Ad/ GT-TRAIL and TRAIL (100.0 ?g/L), the cytotoxicity index were 52.5% and 43.5%, the percentage of apoptotic cells were 12.95% and 10.26%, respectively. OBJECTIVE:To study the current situation and developing trend of the antidiabetics used in Guangdong re?gion.METHODS:The antidiabetics used in44hospitals in Guangdong region during the period2000～2003were analysed concerning the kinds of drug,sum of money for consumption and frequency of drug use.RESULTS:The sum of money for consumption of antidiabetics increased year by year so did its proportion in sum of money for consumption of total drug.Among them,consumption of insulin increased very quickly and oral antidiabetics assumed a tendency of increase as well.CONCLUSI_ ON:The variety of insulin is stable and new oral antidiabetics is going into market occasionally in this region,but frequency of use is primary to sulfonylurea,biguanides and glycosidase-inhibitors.

Objective To observe the effects of Qishu granule on PI3K/Akt signaling transduction pathways in the process of hepatic fibrosis, and further explain the anti-hepatic fibrosis mechanism of Qishu granule.Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, experimental control group and Qishu granule group. Liver fibrosis was duplicated in rats by intraperitoneal injection of CCl4, and the rats were given appropriate treatment at the same day. Rats in Qishu granule group were given a gavage 2 g/(kg?d), 1.0 mL/100 g, while rats in experimental control group and normal group were given the same amount of aquae sterilisata. Rats in each group were taken liver tissue samples in the 1st, 2nd and 4th week, and were checked for the protein expression levels of p-Akt (Ser473), p-Akt (Thr308), Bad (Ser136) and Caspase9 by Western blot.Results Compared with the model group, expression levels of p-Akt (Ser473), p-Akt (Thr308), Bad (Ser136) and Caspase9 in model and Qishu granule groups increased in every time points (P<0.05). Compared with the model group, expression level of p-Akt (Ser473) in Qishu granule group decreased significantly in the 1st, 2nd, and 4th weeks, expression level of Caspase9 dropped in the 1st and the 4th weeks, with statistical significance (P<0.05,P<0.01);expressions of p-Akt (Thr308) and Bad (Ser136) were lower than those in model group, without statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusion Qishu granule could regulate PI3K/Akt signaling transduction pathways, and inhibit the occurrence and development of liver fibrosis.

ObjectiveTo investigate current situation of creativity among inpatient high school students with internet game addiction disorder (IGAD) and its influential factors.MethodsThe participants comprised the patients in the General Hospital of Beijing Military Region meeting the diagnostic criteria for Internet Addiction( including 70 cases of high school (HSIGAD) and junior high school 65 cases (JHSIGAD) and 70 cases of high school in the school (HSIS) ).Questionnaire plus clinical interview method was used in the process of investigation,and the research tools include diagnostic criteria for Internet Addiction,Creativity Assessment Packet (CAP).And further Family environment questionnaire,Egna Minnen av Barndoms Uppfostran (EMBU) and 16PF were used for HSIGAD.ResultsThe creativity's total and each factor's score of HSIGAD( creativity's total ( 109.60 ±11.12 ),risk ( 23.77 ± 2.97 ),curiosity ( 31.51 ± 4.29 ),imagination ( 26.06 ± 3.57 ) and challenge ( 28.26 ±2.87) ) were lower than that of HSIGAD( ( 111.35 ± 12.00) (24.14 ±3.20) (32.25 ±4.26) (26.35 ±4.25)and (28.62 ±2.79) respectively),but there was no significant difference.The creativity's total and each factor's score of HSIGAD were significantly lower than that of HSIS( ( 121.27 ± 7.68 ) ( 26.17 ± 2.30) ( 35.80 ± 3.11 )(29.66 ±3.28) and (29.64 ±2.34) respectively) (P＜0.01).Multiple stepwise regression analysis found that extroversion in personality and knowledge in family environment entered the regression equation,and all had positive prediction for creativity tendency.ConclusionThe internet game addiction may slow the development of high school student's creativity.While the personality of extroversion and the family environment with esteem to knowledge were beneficial to the development of adolescent creativity tendency.

Objective To explore clinical effect of reconstruction for chronic Achilles tendon rupture of Kuwada IV type with flexor hallucis longus (FHL) harvested using a minimally invasive technique.Methods The data of 35 patients with chronic Achilles tendon rupture of Kuwada IV type was retrospectively analyzed who were treated by FHL which was harvested using a minimally invasive technique from July 2006 to June 2011.There were 21 males and 14 females,with the age from 23 to 71 years (average,42.1 years).All patients were unilateral injury.MRI showed Achilles tendon rupture fissures 6.0-9.2 cm.The local appearance and function recovery on postoperation was observed,and all patients were assessed with the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society (AOFAS) ankle-hindfoot score and Leppilahti Achilles tendon repair score.Results Thirty-two patients were followed up for 18 to 72 months,with an average of 33.2 months.Except for 1 patient whose wound healed after six weeks through resuture immediately for the wound dehiscence occurred in the ten days,other patients' wound healed smoothly.The average of AOFAS ankle-hindfoot score had increased from 51.92±7.08 preoperatively to 92.56±6.71 postoperatively.Leppilahti Achilles tendon repair score had increased from 72.56±7.43 preoperatively to 92.58±5.1 postoperatively.Twenty-seven cases were excellent,good in 3,and fair in 2,with the total excellent and good rate 93.8％ (30/32).No case of the sural nerve and tibial nerve injury,plantar painful scar,plantar outside nerve injury.MRI of Achilles tendon showed even signal without signal of tear and cystic degeneration.Conclusion Reconstruction for chronic Achilles tendon rupture of Kuwada IV type with FHL harvested using a minimally invasive technique offers a desirable outcome in rapid postoperative recovery,high strength in tenodesis,fewer complications.

Apolipoprotein C3 (APOC3) is a multifunctional protein.Its concentration is positively correlated with triglyceride (TG) levels and is an independent risk factor for coronary heart disease (CAD) prediction and development.Recent studies showed that APOC3 could not only regulate triglyceride-rich lipoproteins (TRL) metabolism,but also regulated endothelial function,that is,it could induce endothelial dysfunction and disorders of lipid metabolism.Gradually,APOC3 induces atherosclerosis (AS),increases the risk of the occurrence of CAD and other related diseases.APOC3 polymorphisms are also closely related to related diseases.
