AIM:To investigate the correlation between cerebral glucose metabolism and paediatric epilepsy or seizure type and seizure frequency.METHODS:To observe the cerebral glucose metabolism in epileptogenic focus,18F-FDG positron emission computed tomography(PET) brain imaging tests were carried out in 86 cases of paediatric epilepsy diagnosed by EEG and MRI.RESULTS:Compared to control group, significantly statistical differences between children epilepsy group and control group in PET brain imaging were observed(P0.05) was observed.CONCLUSION:Cerebral glucose metabolism of paediatric epilepsy is abnormal. The abnormal PET with varieties of epilepsy is found in different brain district. There is positive correlation between the abnormal intensity of PET imaging and the severity or seizure frequency of epilepsy.

Chinese Journal of School Health 2021;42(11):1674-1678
Objective:
To learn the current status of scoliosis of children and its influencing factors, so as to provide reference for the prevention and treatment.
Methods:
A total of 1 500 students selected from 4 kindergartens and 3 primary schools in Shijiazhuang were tested by static posture assessment and Adams flexion test to get the values, and self designed questionnaire was designed to investigate the related factors.
Results:
Totally 78 students were found with scoliosis, accounting for 5.47%. Among them, 17 boys (2.31% in boys) and 61 girls (8.85% in girls) were found with scoliosis, and the differences were of statistical significance ( P <0.01). And the main risk factors of scoliosis in children included holding too much, less crawling, poor sitting and standing posture, lack of vitamin D and calcium, long term unilateral exertion sports, insufficient exercise time, improper height of table and chair, as well as being girl( OR =1.58, 0.58, 2.22, 2.13, 3.02, 2.18, 2.14, 2.86, 3.04, 2.59, 1.16, P <0.05).
Conclusion
The detection rate of scoliosis in children is very high, the education department and parents should pay more attention for prevention, scientific rearing methods can effectively reduce the incidence of scoliosis in children.

Chinese Journal of Health Management 2018;12(2):181-184
The delivery process is a strong mind-body experience and a major life event, thus contributing to mental health problems like postpartum depression syndrome and postpartum depression (PPD). Depression history, family history, stressful life events, lack of social support, pregnancy complications with other diseases, and so on are common risk factors for PPD. For PPD prevention, it is essential to identify highrisk factors and to carry out targeted management and intervention at the prenatal, delivery, and postpartum stages.

Objective To investigate whether the pituitary tumor transformation gene 1(PTTG 1)plays a role in colitis by regulating intestinal epithelial cells pyroptosis. Methods Ten PTTG 1 wild-type(WT)mice and Ten PTTG 1 knockout(KO)mice were randomly divided into 4 groups of 5 each, respectively PTTG1 WT control and experimental group,PTTG1 KO control and experimental group. The mice in the experimental group were given 3%dextran sodium sulfate(DSS)for 6 days to induce acute colitis, and the control group was given sterile double distilled water(ddH2O).The disease activity index of the respective group of mice was observed and recorded.Mouse colonic tissue were collected, and the expression levels of NLRP3,ASC,and GSDMD were determined by immuno-histochemistry and western blot.In HCoEpiC,PTTG1 expression was knocked down using shRNA,and the cells were subsequently treated with TNF-α to induce inflammation. Then, the expression of GSDMD was detected. Results The expression of PTTG1 was decreased in colonic mucosal tissue in mice with acute colitis(P<0.01).Compared with WT mice, the colitis was significantly aggravated in PTTG1 KO mice after 3%DSS treatment. The expression of pyroptosis-related proteins was significantly up-regulated in the colon mucosal tissues of PTTG1 KO experimental mice(P<0.05).After knocking down the expression of PTTG1 in HCoEpiC and TNF-α treatment, the expression levels of GSDMD were significantly up-regulated(P<0.05).Conclusion PTTG1 reduced pyroptosis in intestinal epithelial cells(IECs),while PTTG1 loss can enhance IEC pyroptosis, aggravating colonic inflammation.

Objective:To envaluate the effect of public cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) training in Ningnan Mountain area. Methods:Using the method of convenient sampling, 775 people in Ningnan Mountain area were investigated about CPR and first aid knowledge by questionnaire from January to December 2019. The awareness rate of CPR, operation score, and operation qualification rate of the public before and after CPR training in the primary trauma treatment (PTC) mode were observed. Results:After PTC training, the public's CPR knowledge score, operation score and operation qualification rate, in terms of first aid telephone, consciousness judgment method, identification of respiratory arrest, artificial respiration implementation method, effective CPR indication and extrathoracic cardiac compression position were significantly improved [first aid telephone score: 82.68±8.54 vs. 60.25±10.38, consciousness judgment method score: 79.46±10.82 vs. 58.35±9.26, identification of respiratory arrest score: 80.85±9.64 vs. 59.26±11.45, artificial respiration implementation method score: 81.54±9.48 vs. 56.47±10.54, extrathoracic cardiac compression site score: 80.35±10.48 vs. 59.56±9.85, effective indication of CPR score: 81.02±9.45 vs. 58.21±8.69, operation assessment score: 60.25±10.45 vs. 50.38±9.68, operation assessment qualified rate: 60.39% (468/775) vs. 12.13% (94/775), all P < 0.05]. Conclusion:PTC mode is helpful to improve the effect of public CPR training, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
