Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture at the thirteen ghost points on the electroencephalogram (EEG) of patients with hepatic encephalopathy. Method Eighty patients with hepatic encephalopathy were divided into a treatment group of 40 cases and a control group of 40 cases by the random number table. The control group was intervened by basic treatment, while the treatment group was intervened by acupuncture at the thirteen ghost points in addition to the treatment given to the control group. EEG was observed before and after the treatment.Result After 2-week treatment, the total effective rate was 65.0% in the control group versus 75.0% in the treatment group, and the between-group difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The change of EEG towards normal level was more significant in the treatment group than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture at the thirteen ghost points can obviously help improve the EEG of patients with hepatic encephalopathy and it can enhance the treatment efficacy of the basic treatment for hepatic encephalopathy.

Objective To evaluate the effect of early nursing interventions on the dysphagia of strok e patients.Methods The randomized controlled trials (RCT) on early nursing interventions were collected using the database such as Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Database (VIP),China national knowledge internet (CNKI) and Wanfang Database.The results were analyzed with RevMan5.2 Software.Resuits Six studies were included in the study.The dysphagia recovery rate was significandy increased in the intervention group.Conclusions Early nursing interventions can effectively promote the dysphagia function recovery of stroke patients.

Objective To understand the structures and functions of enterovirus 71 (EV71)VP1 gene and its encoded protein using bioinformatics method, so as to direct studies of its biological function. Methods VP1 gene and its encoded protein of EV71 2008-GZCH07 strain and other representative EV71 strains were analyzed by online analysis at bioinformatics websites and software packages. Multi-sequence homological alignment and phylogenetic analysis were performed.Physicochemical characteristics, secondary structure, homology modeling of tertiary structure,enzymological characteristics, antigenic epitope of VP1 gene encoded protein were predicted. Results The homology of EV71 2008-GZCH07 strain was highest (97% and 98%) with ZJ001 strain, and lowest with human coxsackievirus A16. The homology of EV71 2008-GZCH07 strain and EV71 types A,B,C was 86%-98%. Phylogenetic analysis demonstrated that 2008-GZCH07 stain was close to ZJ001 and BJ08-Z025-5 stains, which belonged to C4 subtype. In VP1 encoded proteins of EV71 types A,B,C, the relationship between 2008-GZCH07 and EV71-B, EV71-C was closer than EV71-A.The whole length of VP1 gene was 510 bp, with open reading frame (ORF) located at 116-510 bp region,and it encoded 132 amino acids with isoelectric point of 4.39.The protein was rich of a-helix and random coilon without transmembrane regions, and contained 5 high hydrophobic regions and belonged to extracellular protein. The homology modeling of tertiary structure showed that the region was on the surface of protein and formed a binding loop. There was 5 antigen epitopes. And 7 key catalytic sites were located at or close to the loop. Conclusions EV71-VP1 encoded protein contains many phosphorylation sites, with many biological function sites and antigenic epitope regions, which might be a potential target antigen for immunodiagnosis, anti-schistosome drug and vaccine development, and would be basis of further study of diagnosis, treatment and prevention of EV71 infection.

Objective To identify the miR-217 targeted gene ANLN by experiment.Methods Bioinformatic algorithms were used to predict the potential targets of miR-217.Then,ANLN binding with miR217 and mutant ANLN (mutANLN) sequence were designed and synthesized,and their amplified fragments were inserted into plasmid psiCHECK-2,and recombinant plasmid psiCHECK-2-ANLN and psiCHECK-2-mutANLN were reconstructed.The two recombinant plasmids were co-transfected into pancreatic cancer cell line PANC1 with miR-217,miR-217 inhibitor,NC,NC inhibitor by liposome,respectively.Dual luciferase reporter system was used to determine the luciferase activity,and Western blot was used to measure the expression of ANLN protein.Results The luciferase activities of psiCHECK-2-ANLN,psiCHECK-2-ANLN +miR-217,psiCHECK-2ANLN + miR-217 inhibitor,psiCHECK-2ANLN + NC,psiCHECK-2-ANLN + NC inhibitor were 2.221 ± 0.188,0.769 ± 0.061,3.764 ± 0.371,2.265 ± 0.201,2.242 ± 0.018,and the difference among these groups was statistically significant (F =77.405,P ＜0.001),but the difference among psiCHECK-2ANLN group,psiCHECK-2-ANLN + NC group and psiCHECK-2-ANLN + NC inhibitor group was not statistically significant.However,luciferase activities of psiCHECK-2-ANLN + miR-217 group were significantly decreased when compared with other 3 groups,and luciferase activity of psiCHECK-2-ANLN +miR-217 inhibitor group were significantly increased when compared with other 4 groups (all P ＜0.001).Luciferase activities of groups transfected with psiCHECK-2-mutANLN was not significantly different (P =0.053).The expression of ANLN protein in PANC1 with psiCHECK-2-ANLN + miR-217 co-transfection was significantly down-regulated when compared with that with psiCHECK-2-ANLN transfection alone.Conclusions ANLN is one of the direct target genes of miR-217 in PANC1 cells.

Objective To Btudy effect of standardized acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy (function training)on improvement of comprehensive function among patients with stroke in communities,Changning District of Shanghai.Methods One hundred and seventy-six stroke patients were divided into rehabilitation therapy group(88 cases)and control group(88 cages)with block randomization.Patients in rehabilitation therapy group were treated with standardized acupuncture combined with function training in addition to regular medical treatment,and patients in control group regular medical treatment only.All the patients were evaluated with functional comprehensive assessment(FCA)scale by the end of 2-and 5-month of treatment,respectively.Results By the end of 5-month of treatment,scores of FCA in both groups increased significantly (P＜0.01),as compared to those before treatment,more in rehabilitation therapy group than that in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Effect of standardized acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy Can obviously improve their comprehensive function among stroke patients in communities.

To investigate the effect of P53 protein accumulation and p53 gene mutation in the pathogenesis of glioma and to study the role of MDM2, P53 and P16 protein in glioma formation and progression and their relationship with each other, LSAB immunohistochemical staining method and non-isotopic PCR-SSCP techniques were used to detect the expression of MDM2, P53 and P16 pro tein and p53 gene mutation in 48 cases of gliomas. The results showed that the positive expression rate of MDM2, P53 and the negative rate of P16 was 22.9 %, 41.7 % and 60.4 %, respectively.The latter two in high grade (grade Ⅲ , Ⅳ) gliomas had a significantly higher rate than in the low grade (grade Ⅱ ) gliomas. Moreover, the co-expression of MDM2 and P53 protein was confirmed in only 1 of 48 cases. No significant difference was found in the rate of the expression of MDM2 between high grade and low grade gliomas (P＞0.1) . PCR SSCP results showed that mutation of 5-8 exons of p53 gene was detected in 17 out of 48 cases (35.42 %) . Mutation was detected in 16of 20 cases of positive p53 expression, and another one was detected in 28 cases of negative expression cases. The correlation between p53 mutation and p53 immunopositivity was observed in 89.6% of the cases. P53 gene mutation and the level of MDM2, P53 and P16 protein were not related to age, gender of the patients, tumor location and size. It is concluded that the mutation of p53 and deletion of p16 might play important roles in the tumorigenesis of gliomas and it was significantly associated with the grade of tumor differentiation. P53 protein accumulation can indirectly reflect p53 mutation. MDM2 amplification and overexpression might be an early event in the growth of human gliomas.

Objective:To construct a cognitive training program suitable for elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment based on horticultural therapy, so as to effectively slow down the cognitive decline of patients with mild cognitive impairment.Methods:Through searching the Chinese and English database literature of cognitive intervention from July 2000 to July 2020 and field visits to nursing homes, the draft intervention plan was formed. Two rounds of focus group interview were held to consult experts in cognitive impairment and geriatric care, etc., and to revise the intervention plan.Results:In the two rounds of focus group interview, the expert positive coefficient was 100%, the expert judgment basis was 0.84, the expert familiarity degree was 0.84, and the expert authority coefficient was 0.84. In the end, a 10-week cognitive intervention program targeting six cognitive domains -- "visuospatial/executive ability", "memory ability", "language ability", "attention ability", "abstract ability" and "naming ability" was formed, and the implementation steps of the program were improved.Conclusions:The construction process of cognitive training program for patients with mild cognitive impairment based on horticultural therapy theory is rigorous, scientific and feasible, and can be used to guide the cognitive training of patients with mild cognitive impairment.

Objective:To develop a questionnaire for voluntary care of the disabled elderly based on the theory of planned behavior, and test its reliability and validity.Methods:With the theory of planned behavior as the theoretical framework, a questionnaire entry pool was formed on the basis of extensive reading of domestic and foreign literatures and semi-structured interviews, and the questionnaire items were screened by Delphi method. From July to August 2020, 350 nursing staff from 10 hospitals in Suzhou were selected by convenience sampling method, and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested, and the formal questionnaire was finally formed.Results:Totally 350 questionnaires were distributed in this study, and 330 copies of effective questionnaires were recovered, with an effective recovery rate of 94.29%. This questionnaire included a total of 26 items in 4 dimensions, including attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control and behavioral intention. Cronbach′s α coefficient was 0.977, split-half reliability was 0.906, test-retest reliability was 0.84, the content validity index (CVI) of total questionnaire was 0.97, item-level CVI value was 0.88 to 1.00. Four exploratory factors were extracted, and cumulative contribution rate was 80.03%.Conclusions:The questionnaire has good reliability and validity, which can well explain and predict the willingness of nursing staff to volunteer for the disabled elderly, and can also provide incentive basis for policy makers and managers.
