Percutaneous myocardial revascularization (PMR),building on the succeeds of transmyocardial laser revascularization (TMR),has developed that allows TMR-like channels to be cradated via a percutaneous approach.This catheter based approach avoids the morbidity associated with general anesthesia and thoractomy or thoracoscopy.It also avoids transmural treatment of the myocardium by the laser.Although its mechanism remains unclear,many patients with intractable angina and non-bypassable coronary artery disease have benefited from the new system.It is hoped that PMR will mimic the clinical benefit of TMR,and will gradually become a main method in treating end-staged coronary artery disease.
2.Study on the high performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection of gastric juice in the diagnosis of gastric carcinoma

Objective To investigate the value of the high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with fluorescence detection of gastric juice in the diagnosis of gastric carcinoma. Methods After being super centrifuged, the supernatant of the gastric juice was chromatographed by reversed phase HPLC using C 18 column as the stationary phase and 20% methanol/H 2O as the mobile phase. The flow rate was set to 1 ml/min. The eluate was then detected with a fluorometer. Results 251 patients with different gastric diseases including 40 cases with gastric carcinoma were enrolled in our study. There were two characteristic peaks in the chromatograms, which appeared in both the benign and malignant lesions. The difference between benignancy and malignancy was the areas of the two peaks. 3.Preliminary Analysis of Tannin-related Constituents in Pomegranate Peel by HPLC-ESI-MS

Objective:To identify the tannin-related constituents in the extracts of pomegranate peel by HPLC-ESI-MS. Methods:The separation was performed on a Kromasil C18 column (250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) with the mobile phase of water and acetonitrile. The flow rate was maintained at 1. 0 ml·min-1 and the detection wavelength was set at 256nm. The samples were analyzed in negative modes. Results:Five tannin-related constituents including gallic acid, punicalin,punicalagin,corilagin and ellagic acid were identified from the extracts of pomegranate peel. Conclusion:The new method is accurate and rapid. It can be used to identify the tannin-related constituents in pomegranate peel and provide new ideas for the research of active components in traditional Chinese medicine as well.
4.Influence of Sanguisorba Officinalis Tannins Extract on Proliferation of Human Renal Tubular Epithelia Cells Induced by TGF-β1

Objective:To study the preventive effect of Sanguisorba officinalis on renal fibrosis by observing the influence of San-guisorba officinalis tannins extract (STE) on the proliferation of human renal epithelia (HK-2) induced by transforming growth factor-β1 ( TGF-β1 ) . Methods:HK-2 cells were cultured in DMEM medium with high glucose containing 10% fetal bovine serum. The cul-tured cells were divided into 5 groups, including the blank control group, TGF-β1 group (5 ng· ml-1 TGF-β1), intervention group 1 (5 ng·ml-1 TGF-β1 +12. 5μg·ml-1 STE), intervention group 2 (5 ng·ml-1 TGF-β1 +25μg·ml-1 STE) and intervention group 3(5 ng·ml-1 TGF-β1 +50 μg·ml-1 STE). The changes of cell morphology were observed under an inverted microscope and the in-fluence of SET on the cell proliferation was detected by CCK8 assay. Results: TGF-β1 could significantly induce the proliferation of HK-2 and promote the cell fibrosis with significant difference when compared with the control group (P<0. 05). However, after trea-ted with STE, the cell proliferation was inhibited obviously (P<0. 05) and the cells morphology tended to be normal in a dose-depend-ent manner. Conclusion:STE can inhibit the proliferation of HK-2 and prevent renal fibrosis to some extent.
5.Investigation on knowledge,attitude and practice status quo about cardiopulmonary resuscitation in primary caregivers for patients with high risk of sudden cardiac death

Objective To investigate the knowledge,attitude and practice (KAP) status quo of the primary caregivers on cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in the patients with high risk of sudden cardiac death (SCD).Methods The convenience sampling method was used to extract 139 primary caregivers of the inpatients with high risk of SCD in the cardiology department of our hospital from January to June 2015.The self-designed questionnaire was adopted to perform the KAP status quo investigation on CPR and the influence factors were analyzed.Results The scoring rate of knowledge,attitude and practice about CPR in the primary caregivers were 36.85%,64.26% and 29.24%,respectively;the cultural level,residence place,health status,training experience,first-aid experience and sick time of the patients were the influence factors of KAP on CPR (P<0.05).Conclusion The KAP status quo of CPR among primary caregivers are poor.It is necessary to strengthen CPR training in primary caregivers and improve their KAP level.
6.Clinical Observation of Salmeterol Fluticasone Combined with Tiotropium Bromide in the Treatment of COPD via Different Inhalation Devices

OBJECTIVE:To observe clinical efficacy and safety of salmeterol fluticasone combined with tiotropium bromide in the treatment of COPD via different inhalation devices.METHODS:Eighty COPD patients were selected from our hospital during Jan.2014 to Jan.2015,and then divided into trial group and control group according to random number table,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were given Salmeterol fluticasone inhalant 500 μg,bid+Tiotropium bromide inhalant 18 μg,qd.Control group was given medicine via inhalation device coming with medicine,while trial group was given medicine via gas compression type ultrasonic spray inhalator.Both groups were treated for 1 year.Blood concentration of medicine 0.5 h after medication,mMRC score and COPD acsessment test (CAT) score 3,6,9 months after treatment,the times of acute exacerbation during treatment,FEV1% before and af ter treatment were all observed in 2 groups.The occurrence of ADR was recorded.RESULTS:Four cases withdrew from trial group and 1 case from control group.After medication,there was no statistical significance in blood concentration of fluticasone,salmeterol and tiotropium bromide between 2 groups (P>0.05).0.5 h after medication,mMRC score of trial group was slightly lower than that of control group,without statistical significance (P>0.05);CAT score of it was significantly lower than that of control group,with statistical significance (P<0.05).The times of acute exacerbation in trial group during treatment was significantly less than control group,with statistical significance (P<0.05).The decrease of FEV1% in trial group was slightly lower than control group,without statistical significance (P>0.05).The incidence of ADR in trial group was significantly lower than control group,with statistical significance (P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS:For COPD patients,salmeterol fluticasone combined with tiotropium bromide via gas compression type ultrasonic spray inhalator is better than inhalation device coming with medicine in clinical efficacy and safety.

8.Treatment and prognosis analysis of acute leukemia patients during pregnancy

Objective:To explore the clinical characteristics, diagnosis and treatment of acute leukemia patients during pregnancy.Methods:The clinical data of 16 cases with acute leukemia during pregnancy from January 2009 to December 2018 in the First Affiliated Hospital of USTC were retrospectively analyzed. The diagnosis and treatment regimens, pregnancy outcome, the early fetus and survival status of patients were also analyzed.Results:All 16 leukemia cases were confirmedly diagnosed and classified by bone marrow puncture, including 13 cases of acute myeloid leukemia (5 cases of non-acute promyelocytic leukemia and 8 cases of acute promyelocytic leukemia) and 3 cases of acute lymphoblastic leukemia. At the time of confirmed diagnosis, 6 patients were in first trimester, 6 cases in second trimester and 4 cases in late trimester. As for pregnancy outcome, 1 patient had natural birthing, 5 patients underwent cesarean operation, 9 patients underwent artificial abortion and 1 patient had spontaneous abortion. Chemotherapy was performed in 15 patients during pregnancy, 11 patients received chemotherapy for treatment of primary disease after pregnancy, 3 patients died during the treatment. During the follow-up of 13 cases, 8 patients survived and 5 patients lost follow-up.Conclusions:Early diagnosis of acute leukemia during pregnancy is very important. Bone marrow puncture should be performed timely to make clear diagnosis when blood routine result is abnormal during antenatal care. Multidisciplinary consultation should be initiated in time, and the best treatment plan should be worked out to guard against serious complications during pregnancy.
9.Dynamic variation of serum and stool level of interleukin-2, interleukin-6 and interferon-alpha in children with rotavirus enteritis and its relation to clinical manifestations.

OBJECTIVEThis study was conducted to observe dynamically the serum and stool level of IL-2, IL-6 and IFN-alpha with RV enteritis, and to analyse the relation of them and their relation to clinical manifestations.
METHODSThe double-antibody sandwich ELISA technique was applied.
RESULTSThe positive rate of RV in 119 enteritis cases was 63.0% and the peak month was November. These cytokines had different peak phases in the course of disease. The earliest cytokine which had peak phase was IFN-alpha, the last ones were serum and stool IL-2. There was a negative relation between stool IL-2 and IL-6 (P<0.01). There were positive relation between IL-2 and IFN-alpha, stool IL-6 and IFN-alpha, serum IL-2 and IL-6, stool IL-2 and the recovery time of the enteritis (P<0.01 or P<0.05). Serum and stool level of IL-2 and IFN-alpha had positive relation to the number of lymphocyte plus mononuclear cells (P<0.01 or P<0.05).
CONCLUSIONSIL-2, IL-6 and IFN-alpha play important roles of immunoregulation in RV enteritis, and have close relation to clinical manifestations.

10.Expression of angiopoietin-1,-2 and their receptor,tyrosine kinase with immunoglobulin and epidermal growth factor homology domain-2(Tie-2)in patients with psoriasis vulgaris

Objective To investigate the expressions of angiopoietin(Ang)-1,-2 and their receptor,Tie-2 in Patients with psoriasis vulgaris and their significance.Methods Tissue samples were collected from 30 patients with psoriasis vulgaris and 15 normal controls.Streptavidin-biotin complex(SABC)method was used to detect the expression of Ang-1,-2 and Tie-2 in these samples.Microvessel density (MVD)was assessed by CD34 staining.Results The expressions of Ang-2 and Tie-2 were significantly higher in patients with psoriasis vulgaris than in the normal controls(7.65±2.14 vs 2.54±0.91,6.09±1.97vs 1.95±0.62,both P<0.01),and higher in patients with active psoriasis than in those with inactive psoriasis (9.85±2.42 vs 4.86±1.63,8.43±1.98 vs 4.57±1.92,both P<0.05),whereas no significant difference was observed in the expression level of Ang-1 between Patients and controls or between patients with active psoriasis and those with inactive psoriasis(all P>0.05).Mcreased MVD was observed in patients、with psoriasis vulgaris compared with the controls(15.46±5.28 vs 2.68±0.79,P<0.01).Also,the expression levels of Ang-2 and Tie-2 were significantly difierent between patients with high MVD and those with low MVD(both P<0.05),while no difference was nomd in the expression of Ang-1 (P>0.05).In psoriatic lesions,a negative correlation was observed between the expression of Ang-1 and Ang-2(r=-0.521,P<0.05),and MVD was negatively correlated with the expression of Ang-2(r=0.656,P<0.01)but unrelated to the expression of Ang-l(r=0.237,P>0.05).Conclusions It is demonstrated that Ang-2 and Tie-2 closely correlate with the angiogenesis in psoriasis,and Ang-2 plays a dominant role in the regulation of angiogenesis in psoriasis.
