Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2012;47(3):339-45
Biofilms are communities of surface-associated bacteria or fungi embedded in a self-produced extracellular polymeric matrix that are notoriously difficult to be eradicated and are sources of many recalcitrant infections. Treatment for biofilm infection with any individual drug is always less effective, while the combinations of different types of drugs are superior to monotherapy concerning the removing of biofilms. This paper focus on research progress in recent years for synergistic effect of drugs in combination against biofilms formed by Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans.
5.Research progress on the molecular mechanism of breast cancer bone metastasis
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2015;(4):432-436
Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women. Bone is commonly affected in the context of metastatic breast cancer.Once bone metastasis happens, patient would experience poor prognosis and impaired quality of life. However, there is a lack of approaches for more sensitive and specific diagnosis and treatments for breast cancer bone metastasis. Thus, it is im-perative to find new treatment target from molecular mechanism. In this paper, we review the current research progress on the molecular mechanism from several levels including gene profile, proteins and microRNAs.We also review the establishment of animal models of breast cancer bone metastasis. With the achievements acquired in the completed or undergoing researches on breast cancer bone metasta-sis, we hope the finding of the optimal diagnostic and therapeutic targets could lead the breast cancer research into a new era.

Journal of Clinical Neurology 1993;0(03):-
Objective To explore predictive value of spectra parameter changing of transcranial Doppler (TCD) for intracranial pressure (ICP) and cerebral perfusion pressure (CPP) in patients with intracranial infection. Methods TCD examination was taken before 128 times of lumbar puncture for pressure testing in 42 patients with intracranial infection. Meanwhile, Data of TCD and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) pressure were recorded for later analysis and compared with control group. Results With ICP increase progressively , the TCD of above patients showed high resistance spectra, waveform sharpened, peak systolic velocity (Vs) without significant change while in end diastolic velocity (Vd) decreased and pulsatility index (PI) increased.Compared with control group, their blood flow velocity significantly increased.According to the TCD parameter and stepwise regression equations, predicted ICP and CPP ( ICPe and CPPe) were positive correlated with actual ICP and CPP (r=0.594,0.910, allP
