Tumor cell metastasis is a process of extracellular matrix hydrolyzed by protease, where tumor cells traverse the defect in the extracellular matrix into the lymphatic system and the capillaries to form new metastasis hematogenously.Matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) are a kind of enzymes closely related to the metastasis.MMP, especially the relationship between MMP-9 and endometrial cancer metastasis in this paper will be summarized to get a better understanding about it.
2.The expression level of Mig in chronic hepatitis B patients

Objective To observe the expression levels of Mig in the patients with chronic hepatitis B .Methods The study pop‐ulation consisted of 88 chronic hepatitis B patients and 53 healthy controls .The ELISA ,RT‐PCR and Western‐blotting were used for analysing the expression levels of Mig in serum ,peripheral blood mononuclear cells and liver tissue of the patients with chronic hepatitis B ,while the immunohistochemistry was applied for analysing the distribution of Mig in liver tissue .Results The expres‐sion of Mig in serum ,peripheral blood mononuclear cells and liver tissue of the chronic hepatitis B patients with HBeAg negative were (247 .03 ± 63 .14)pg/mL ,(0 .95 ± 0 .21) ,(0 .79 ± 0 .23) ,and that in the chronic hepatitis B patients with HBeAg positive were (243 .05 ± 53 .00)pg/mL ,(0 .98 ± 0 .35) ,(0 .74 ± 0 .18) ,which were both significantly higher than those in healthy controls ,the difference was statistically significant(P<0 .05) .Conclusion Increased levels of Mig in the patients with chronic hepatitis B may be related to immune state of patients .
3.An ERP study on response inhibition in high-risk antisocial personality

Objective To explore the time course of response inhibition function in juvenile delin-quents with antisocial personality characteristics.Methods The healthy control group ( n=21),juvenile delinquents with antisocial personality characteristics ( CD +AP ) ( n=18) and juvenile delinquents ( CD) ( n=18) were selected in current study by recording the event-related potentials in a Go/Nogo task.N2 and P3 components of event-related potentials were analyzed.Results Behavioral results showed that Nogo cor-rection rate of control group ((93.13±2.71)%) were significantly higher than CD group ((87.51±2.82)%, P<0.01) and CD +AP group((85.63±2.45)%, P<0.01).In CD+AP group,the amplitude of the N2nogo ( (-1.82±1.64)μV) was significantly lower than control group ( (-6.36±2.93)μV, P<0.01) ,and the am-plitude of the P3nogo ((5.52±2.79)μV) was significantly decreased than healthy control ((11.26±4.92)μV, P<0.01).In CD group,the amplitude of P3nogo ((5.20±3.17)μV) was significantly reduced than healthy control ((11.26±4.92)μV, P<0.01).Conclusion N2nogo and N2d are associated with the early phases of response inhibition and reflected response conflict.P3nogo and P3d are associated with the late phases of response inhibition and monitored inhibitory control.These data suggest that CD+AP participants exhibited im-paired response conflict and inhibitory control.This may be associated with persistent antisocial behavior.
4.Analysis of occupational health examination results among medical radiation workers in Hangzhou City

Objective:
To investigate the occupational health status of medical radiation workers in Hangzhou City, so as to provide the basis for their occupational health risk assessment.
Methods:
Data on medical radiological workers who underwent occupational health examinations from 2021 to 2022 were collected through the Physical Examination Information Management System of the Hangzhou Occupational Disease Prevention and Control Hospital. The physical examination data including blood routine, eye lens, thyroid ultrasound, thyroid function, liver function, renal function and blood lipid were collected, and the abnormal rates of occupational health examinations among workers with different genders, working years and occupational exposure types were analyzed.
Results:
A total of 3 968 medical radiation workers were investigated, including 2 310 males (58.22%) and 1 658 females (41.78%). There were 2 039 (51.39%), 821 (20.69%) and 1 108 (27.92%) workers with 1-<6, 6-<10 years and 10 years and above of work, respectively. Diagnostic radiology was the predomenant type of exposure, with 2 240 workers accounting for 56.45%. The abnormal rates of thyroid ultrasound and blood lipid were 47.73% and 45.21%, respectively, which were relatively higher than other items. The abnormal rates of micronucleus rate, thyroid ultrasound, thyroid function and renal function were higher in females than in males, while the abnormal rates of lymphocyte count, liver function and blood lipid in males were higher in males than in females (all P<0.05). With the increase of working years, the abnormal rates of micronucleus rate and blood lipid showed upward trends (both P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences in the abnormal rates of thyroid ultrasound, liver function and blood lipid among different occupational exposure types (all P<0.05).
Conclusion
Long-term low-dose ionizing radiation environment affects the thyroid, micronucleus rate and blood lipid of medical radiation workers in Hangzhou City, with differences observed among workers with different genders and occupational exposure types.
5.Advances in medical image registration based on mutual information.

The matching algorithm based on mutual information, which has the advantages of high speed, good automation and superion accuracy, is widely used in medical image registration. In this paper are presented the basic conception of mutual information, the transform model, the insert value algorithm, the optimization algorithm and the strategy in computing mutual information. Furthermore, we introduce some efficient methods for solving the problems in registration technique based on mutual information, and look forward to the future research work.

6.Application of empowerment theory in the wound care of 13 patients with diabetic foot ulcer

Objective To understand the effect of empowerment theory in wound care of patients with diabetic foot ulcer, to identify the problem, and to provide reference for the theory in clinical application. Methods Summarized the nursing interventions of 13 patients with diabetic foot of Strauss A classification using empowerment theory. Results All the wounds of 13 patients healed, the average total healing time were 70-273 (145.23 ± 68.87) days, and the median healing time were 111 days. The patients were followed up for 10-37 months without recurrence. Conclusions Using empowerment education in Strauss A classification diabetic foot patients Is feasible and worth promoting. However, to ensure patient safety, the process of application should be under close supervision.
7.In vitro activity of gallic acid against Candida albicans biofilms.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the effects of gallic acid against Candida albicans biofilms in vitro.
METHODXTT reduction assay was performed to determine the effect of gallic acid on C. albicans biofilms and its adherence, and microscopic examination was conducted to assess the effect of gallic acid on morphogenesis of C. albicans biofilms; and cytotoxic assay was used to measure the adverse effects of gallic acid.
RESULTSMIC50, SMIC50 of gallic acid against C. albicans biofilms were 500, 1000 mg x L(-1), respectively; 100 mg x L(-1) and 1000 mg x L(-1) of gallic acid could inhibit the initial adherence and filamentous growth, and the agent showed poor cytotoxic activity.
CONCLUSIONgallic acid displayed potent activity against C. albicans biofilm.

8.In vitro activity of baicalin against non-albicans Candida biofilms.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the effects of baicalin against Candida glabrata, C. parapsilosis, C. krusei and C. guilliermondii biofilms.
METHOD96-well microtitre plates were used to set up the biofilms; microdilution method was applied to detect minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of baicalin for the four non-albians Candida, and XTT reduction assay was adopted to determine sessile minimal inhibitory concentration (SMIC) of baicalin against the four isolates and to detect the effects on adhesion of the fungal cells.
RESULTMICs of baicalin for the four non-albians Candida cells were 125, 250, 125, 62.5 mg L(-1), respectively. The four non-albians Candida could form mature biofilms on 96-well microtitre plates. SMIC50 of baicalin for the four isolates were > 1000, 500, 125, 250 mg x L(-1), respectively. SMIC80 for the four isolates were greater than or equal to 1000 mg x L(-1). Baicalin showed potent inhibitory effects on adhesion of the four non-albians Candida cells.
CONCLUSIONBaicalin displays substantial inhibitory effects on C. parapsilosis, C. krusei and C. guilliermondii biofilm.

9.Study on andrographolide-induced apoptosis of Candida albicans biofilm dispersion cells.

OBJECTIVETo detect the effect of andrographolide on apoptosis of Candida albicans biofilm dispersion cells.
METHODThe morphological changes of apoptotic C. albicans biofilm cells were observed by using Hoechst 33258 staining Fluorescence microscope; changes of mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP) of C. albicans biofilm cells were detected by rhodamine 123 staining flow cytometry; and reactive oxygen species (ROS) was detected by DHR staining flow cytometry.
RESULT1 000, 100 micromol x L(-1) of andrographolide could cause pyknosis and dense staining of C. albicans biofilm cells, 1 000, 100, 10 micromol x L(-1) of andrographolide could decrease MMP and increase ROS of C. albicans biofilm cells.
CONCLUSIONAndrographolide of appropriate concentrations could induce apoptosis of dispersion cells of C. albicans biofilms.

10.Amifostin in protection of kidney from cisplatinum injury.

OBJECTIVETo evaluate Amifostin's effect on protecting kidney from cisplatinum (DDP) injury and its adverse reactions and safety.
METHODS193 Patients were divided into two groups randomly: 102 in group A (treatment group) and 91 in group B (control group). Indexes such as blood routine, blood calcium, liver function, blood urea nitrogen (BUN), cretinine (C), and urinary N-acetyl-beta-D-glucosaminidase (NAG)/C and micro-albumin (MAB/C) were monitored at different intervals before or after treatment.
RESULTSIn the two courses of treatment in both groups, the deviation (D) values of MAB/C before treatment and on D2 in group A were lower than those in grop B (P < 0.05), so were those before treatment and on D4, D6, D10 and D14 (P < 0.01). The D-values of NAG/C before treatment and on D4, D6, D10 and D14 in the first course of group A were obviously lower than those on the corresponding days in group B (P < 0.01), so were those before treatment and on D2, D4, D6, D10 and D14 in the second course (P < 0.01).
CONCLUSIONThe reduction of MAB/C and NAG/C by Amifostin in group A demonstrates that: Amifostin is able to effectively protect the renal function, regardless of the type of tumor. In contrast with group B, Amifostin in group A shows no protection for tumor in lung cancer and ovarian cancer. The main side effects of Amifostin are mild hypotension, nausea, vomiting and hypocalcemia in some patients.
