Objective To investigate the current situation of medical students' individual career management and its educational status.Methods Self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the present situation of individual career management and education of medical students in a medical college in November 2016.SPSS 20.0 was used for analyzing descriptive statistical analysis,t test and rank test in questionnaire data.From April to May 2017,30 students were randomly selected for interviews to explore the current situation of medical students' individual career management.Result 900 questionnaires were issued and 816 valid questionnaires were collected,and the recovery rate was 90.67％.Whether medical students accept the relevant education had significant difference in their career management ability (P＜ 0.05),30.15％ of the students who received the relevant education (246) had a higher total score of their own career management than those who had not received,which was reflected in social work environment cognition level,participation in extracurricular activities,consideration of graduation and stage goals setting.It is learned from the interview that most medical students lack clear self-awareness and professional goals are vague,and they fail to form a good personal career management atmosphere.Conclusion Individual career management education promotes the cognitive level of social work environment of medical students and then develops their self-awareness.At the same time,it urges medical students to participate in extracurricular activities,to consider the whereabouts after graduation,to set phased goals,and to carry out targeted self-improvement.The comprehensive development of self-cognition and self-improvement finally make the medical students' individual career management ability continuously improved.

BACKGROUND: A number of clinical trials addressing olfactory ensheathing cells for the treatment of chronic spinal cord injury have been conducted in the world, but the efficacy and safety are still controversial. OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the safety and efficacy of olfactory ensheathing cell transplantation for chronic spinal cord injury, and to further compare its short-and long-term efficacy. METHODS: PubMed, Cochrane Library, EMBASE, CNKI and WanFang databases were searched at July 23, 2018 for retrieval of clinical trials addressing olfactory ensheathing cells in the treatment of chronic spinal cord injury. Types and cases of adverse events during the safety trial should be recorded in detail. In the enrolled studies, American Spinal Injury Association scale was used to assess the motor, light touch, and pinprick scores of spinal cord injury patients before and after cell transplantation. The follow-up time was recorded. Systematic evaluation of efficacy data was performed using Review Manager 5.3. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Both short-and long-term follow-up data showed that the neurological function of patients was significantly improved after olfactory ensheathing cell transplantation (P < 0.05) , and the results were homogeneous (I2 < 50％ and P> 0.1). However, the long-term efficacy was not as good as the short-term efficacy, which may be related to chronic rejection and olfactory ensheathing cell survival. The overall adverse event rate was 8.99％, and no complications associated with olfactory ensheathing cells occurred. These findings show that olfactory ensheathing cell transplantation is effective and safe in the treatment of chronic spinal cord injury, but it is still necessary to explore more minimally invasive approaches to reduce surgical complications. In addition, a large number of high-quality experiments and clinical trials are warranted to confirm factors affecting the long-term efficacy of olfactory ensheathing cell transplantation.

Objective To investigate the effects of dezocine on the first flatus time with patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 116 patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery were included from January 2015 to June 2015 in our hospital and randomly divided into control group and dezocine group. The patients in control group were given routine care; meanwhile, the patients in dezocine group were given postoperative intramuscular injection of dezocine 7.5 mg immediately after they were back to the ward. Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) was used to evaluate the scores at 2 h (T1), 4 h (T2), 6 h (T3), 12 h (T4) and 24 h (T5) after the operation. The first flatus time was recorded.Results The VAS scores of T1, T2 and T3 in dezocine group were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.01). There were no significant differences in the VAS scores of T4 and T5 between two groups, since the drug concentration decreased due to the metabolism over time. The first flatus time in dezocine group was shorter than that in control group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.01).Conclusions Intramuscular injection of dezocine 7.5 mg after gynecological laparoscopic surgery can effectively relieve the postoperative pain and shorten the first flatus time.
