Objective:To investigate the research status and hotspots of Linggui Zhugan Decoction. Methods:The research literature about Linggui Zhugan Decoction was retrieved from CNKI, VIP, Wanfang Data and CBM databases from January 1, 2000 to July 11, 2023. NoteExpress 3.8 software was used to merge and remove the weight, and CiteSpace 6.2.R4 software was used to analyze the author, research institution, key words and draw the knowledge map. Results:A total of 1 521 articles were included, and the number of published papers showed a fluctuating upward trend. The main source journals were Chinese Journal of Urban and Rural Enterprise Hygiene, Acta Chinese Medicine, Information of Traditional Chinese Medicine, etc. The main research institutions were Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, etc. Among the most published papers were Huang Jinling from Anhui University of Chinese Medicine (22 articles), Wang Liang from the Institute of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine of Anhui Academy of Chinese Medicine (14 articles) and Shi Hui from Anhui University of Chinese Medicine (10 articles); high-frequency keywords included chronic heart failure, vertigo, clinical efficacy and so on. Conclusions:The research on Linggui Zhugan Decoction focuses on the clinical research of circulatory system, respiratory system, digestive system and urinary system. The research focus has gradually developed from clinical study, prescription composition and efficacy study, network pharmacology study, mechanism and related theory exploration of prescriptions to clinical practical application.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of aucubin (Auc) on the malignant biological behavior of breast cancer cells by regulating cyclin-dependent kinase 1(CDK1)/cyclin B1(CCNB1)/Polo-like kinase 1 (PLK1) signaling pathway. METHODS Human breast cancer cells MCF-7 were divided into control group, Auc low-, medium- and high-concentration groups (AUC-L, AUC-M, AUC-H groups, 20, 40 and 80 μmol/L Auc), Auc-H+pcDNA-NC group (80 μmol/L Auc+transfected pcDNA- NC plasmid), and Auc-H+pcDNA-CDK1 group (80 μmol/L Auc+transfected pcDNA-CDK1 plasmid). Cell proliferation, clonal formation, invasion and migration abilities, apoptosis and cycle distribution, and the expressions of related proteins of apoptosis, epithelial-mesenchymal transformation (EMT) and CDK1/CCNB1/PLK1 signaling pathway were detected in each group. The transplanted tumor model of BALB/c nude mice was established by subcutaneous inoculation of MCF-7 cell suspension, and the mice were divided into control group and Auc group (12 mice in each group). The tumor volume, mass and the expressions of related proteins of CDK1/CCNB1/PLK1 signaling pathway in tumor tissues were detected. RESULTS Compared with control group, the number of clonal formation, proliferation rate, cell invasion number, scar healing rate, G1/G0 phase and S phase cell proportions, and the expressions of B cell lymphoma-2 (Bcl-2), N-cadherin, fibronectin, CDK1, CCNB1 and PLK1 were decreased significantly (P<0.05). The apoptotic rate, G2/M phase cell proportion and the expressions of Bcl-2 associated X protein and E-cadherin were significantly increased, in a dose-dependent manner (P<0.05). Compared with the Auc-H+pcDNA-NC group, there was no statistical significance in the above indexes in the Auc-H group (P>0.05), while the above indexes in the Auc-H+ pcDNA-CDK1 group were significantly reversed (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the tumor volume and mass, and the expressions of CDK1, CCNB1 and PLK1 in tumor tissue of Auc group were significantly decreased (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS Auc can inhibit the proliferation, invasion and migration of breast cancer cells, induce cell cycle arrest, and inhibit the progression of EMT, which may be related to inhibiting the activation of the CDK1/CCNB1/PLK1 signaling pathway.

【Objective】 To investigate the current situation and related factors of emotional and behavioral problems in children with diurnal urinary incontinence (DUI), in order to provide reference for clinical treatment and psychological intervention. 【Methods】 During Sep.2019 and Mar.2020, a survey was conducted in six primary schools in a county of Henan Province using the method of cluster sampling. The survey included general data and current DUI and urination-related problems, Strengths and Difficulties Scale (SDQ), and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). 【Results】 Of the 4 500 questionnaires distributed, 4 120 were collected, and 3 912 were qualified for statistical analysis. The overall prevalence of DUI was 3.6%. The detection rate of abnormal emotion and behavior in the DUI group was 48.2%, which was significantly higher than that in the non-DUI group (12.6%) (P<0.05). The scores of emotional symptoms, conduct problems, hyperactivity, peer communication problems and SDQ were significantly higher in the DUI group than in the control group (P<0.05). The results of multivariate analysis showed that gender, academic achievement, DUI times, caregivers, caregivers’ education level, family education style and sleep disorder were influencing factors of emotional and behavioral problems in DUI children (P<0.05). The total score of SDQ was positively correlated with the total score of PSQI (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 The detection rate of emotional and behavioral abnormalities is high in DUI children, which is related to gender, academic achievement, DUI times, caregivers, education level of caregivers, family education style and sleep disorders.
