Breast neoplasm is the most common malignancy of women,along with the increasing aging population,patients with breast cancer and diabetes gradually increased,the study found some associations between breast cancer and diabetes.Type 2 diabetes mellitus can promote the occurrence of breast cancer,and type 2 diabetes mellitus can also increase the incidence of breast cancer.Its associated mechanisms include hyperglycaemia,hyperinsulinemia and insulin resistance,insulin-like growth factor-1,vascular endothelial growth factor,etc.

Objective:To study therapeutic effect of cilazapril and amlodipine on QT interval dispersion and arrhyth-mia in patients with essential hypertension (EH) .Methods:A total of 120 EH patients complicated with ventricular arrhythmia in our hospital from Mar 2011 to Mar 2014 were enrolled ,randomly and equally divided into cilazapril group and amlodipine group ,the two groups all received routine antihypertensive therapy .Blood pressure ,QT in-terval and arrhythmias were compared between two groups .Results:Compared with amlodipine group ,there were significant reductions in 24h mean systolic blood pressure [24hSBP ,(123.81 ± 17.95) mmHg vs .(104.92 ± 14.25) mmHg] ,24h mean diastolic blood pressure [24hDBP ,(88.31 ± 10.28) mmHg vs .(72.24 ± 8.45) mmHg] ,24hSBP variability [ (11.62 ± 1.34) mmHg vs .(7.34 ± 0.97) mmHg] ,24hDBP variability [ (9.47 ± 1.18) mmHg vs .(5.13 ± 0.72) mmHg] ,QT interval [ (385.1 ± 50.4) ms vs .(342.7 ± 48.5) ms] ,corrected QT interval [ (362.7 ± 50.2) ms vs .(321.8 ± 45.1) ms] and QT interval dispersion [ (34.1 ± 5.1) ms vs .(22.5 ± 3.7) ms] in cilazapril group , P<0.05 or <0.01;ventricular arrhythmia class in cilazapril group was significantly better than that of amlodipine group , P<0. 05. Conclusion:Therapeutic effect of cilazapril is more helpful to reduce blood pressure ,QT interval dispersion and improve ventricular arrhythmia than amlodipine in EH patients complicated with arrhythmia .

Objective:To investigate the clinical value of electrocardiogram in risk stratification of patients with non-ST segment elevation acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods: According to the change of electrocardiogram, 260 patients with non-ST segment elevation ACS were divided into four groups: ECG-undiagnosed group (n=22), T-wave inversion group (ST-segment depression group), ST-segment depression group (n=118) and normal electrocardiogram group(n=80). All patients were treated with conventional 18-lead electrocardiogram and troponin I(TnI)detection in the four groups. The incidence of cardiovascular events during and after hospitalization was observed. Results: The complex cardiovascular events and recurrent angina attacks in ST segment depression group increased significantly than that in normal ECG group. The difference was statistically significant (x2=5.723,x2=15.680;P<0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that TnI positive factors predict the independent value of composite cardiovascular events higher.Conclusion:The patients with ST segment elevation acute coronary syndrome can effectively carry out risk stratification by ECG ST-segment changes and TnI levels, and predict the cardiovascular events. It has higher clinical application value and independent predictive value of TnI positive.

Objective To investigate the associations between single nucleotide polymorphisms in the gene encoding human leukocyte antigen-G ( HLA-G) and the genetic susceptibility to high risk human papillomavirus ( HPV) type 18 infection in the subjects from Taizhou, Zhejiang province. Methods The genetic polymorphisms of HLA-G gene (14 bp In/Del and +3142C/G) in cervical samples collected from HPV 18-positive and healthy women were analyzed by PCR and gene sequencing technology. Statistical anal-ysis was performed by using SPSS version 16. 0. Chi-squared test was used to analyze the differences with HLA-G gene allele and genotype frequencies between healthy subjects and patients. Results Compared with healthy subjects, women with oncogenic HPV18 infection showed lower frequencies of -14 bp allele,-14 bp/-14 bp genotype and -14 bp/+3142C haplotype (P<0. 05). Moreover, lower frequencies of+3142C/C genotype were detected in HPV18-infected women with pathologically normal cervix (6. 3% vs 21. 1%, OR=0. 25, P<0. 05) and higher percentages of +3142G/G genotype were detected in women with CIN2/3 stage HPV18 infection as compared with those of the control group (68. 8% vs 35. 1%, OR=4. 06, P<0. 05). Conclusion The HLA-G gene 3′ UTR polymorphisms were closely associated with HPV18 in-fection and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.

Objective To understand the status of Ascaris eggs pollution in soil at national monitoring spots of soil-transmit-ted nematodiasis,so as to provide the evidence for making countermeasures and evaluating the control effect. Methods Ten households were selected from each of the 22 national monitoring spots annually according to the National Surveillance Program of Soil-Transmitted Nematodiasis(Trial),and the soil samples from vegetable gardens,toilet periphery,courtyards and kitchens were collected and examined by using the modified floatation test with saturated sodium nitrate. Fertilized or unfertilized eggs as well as live or dead fertilized eggs were discriminated and identified. In addition,a SWOT analysis of monitoring of Ascaris eggs pollution in the soil of rural China was carried out. Results A total of 1 090 households were monitored in 22 monitoring spots from 2006 to 2010. The total detection rate of Ascaris eggs in the soil was 30.73%,and the detection rates of fertilized,unfertilized and live fertilized eggs were 13.21%,26.42%and 20.28%,respectively. The total detection rates of Ascaris eggs in the vegetable garden,toilet periphery,courtyard and kitchen were 16.51%,13.49%,14.22% and 10.73% respectively. The SWOT analysis demonstrated that the monitoring work had both advantages and disadvantages,and was faced with opportunities as well as threats. Conclusion The pollution status of Ascaris eggs in the soil is still quite severe at some national monitoring spots,and the counter-measures such as implementing hazard-free treatment of stool,improving water supply and sanitation and reforming environment should be taken to protect people from being infected.

Aim To observe the effects of activation of aldehyde dehydrogenase 2 ( ALDH2 ) by ethanol on testis injury of type 2 diabetic rats. Methods Type 2 diabetic rats model were established by high-fat diet combined with low-dose streptozotocin ( STZ ) injec-tions. After the success of modeling, the rats were ran-domly divided into 3 groups ( n =6 ): normal control group (NC), type 2 diabetes group (T2DM) and eth-anol+type 2 diabetes group (EtOH+T2DM). Rats of EtOH + T2DM were treated with low-dose ethanol, then rats of NC and T2 DM were given normal diet for 8 weeks. After 8 weeks, the levels of the fasting blood glucose ( FBG ) , glycosylated hemoglobin ( HbA1 c ) and testosterone were tested, and the ratio of testis weight to body weight ( TW/BW ) was calculated. Morphological changes of testis tissue were observed by optical microscope. The levels of ALDH2 mRNA and transforming growth factorβ1 ( TGF-β1 ) mRNA in tes-tis tissue were measured. The expression of TGF-β1 in testis tissue was observed by immunohistochemical stai-ning, then the positive rate of TGF-β1 was calculated. Results Compared with NC, the levels of FBG, HbA1 c and TW/BW increased significantly and the level of testosterone decreased significantly in T2DM. The morphological observation showed that some semi-niferous tubules atrophied, spermatogenic cells de-creased and arrangemented loosely, Leydig cells de-creased in testicular interstitial. The level of ALDH2 mRNA in testis tissue decreased significantly, and the level of TGF-β1 mRNA and the positive rate of TGF-β1 in testis tissue increased significantly. However, compared with T2DM, the levels of FBG, HbA1c and TW/BW decreased, and the level of testosterone in-creased and the damage of testis tissue was attenuated in EtOH+T2DM. The level of ALDH2 mRNA in testis tissue increased significantly, and the level TGF-β1 mRNA and the positive rate of TGF-β1 in testis tissue decreased significantly. Conclusion Activating AL-DH2 can protect testis in type 2 diabetic rats, which may be related to the downregulation of TGF-β1 ex-pression.

Objective: To study the characteristics of QT interval dynamicity in patients with heart failure (HF) and provide reference for predicting risk of sudden death in HF patients. Methods: A total of 80 inpatients with chronic HF from our department of cardiology were selected as HF group, and another 50 healthy volunteers were enrolled as healthy control group. All subjects received 24h ambulatory electrocardiography (ECG), surface ECG and echocardiography examination. Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), left ventricular end-diastolic volume (LVEDV), left ventricular end-systolic volume (LVESV), QT dispersion (QTd), index for heart rate variability-- standard deviation of normal to normal RR intervals calculated over the 24 h period (SDNN) and slope of QT/RR correlated linear were measured. Results: Compared with healthy control group, there were significant increase in LVESV [(34.0±8.3) ml vs. (90.4±15.4) ml], LVEDV [(86.0±32.2) ml vs. (150.3±30.4) ml], QTd [（35.6±8.5）ms vs.（46.6±10.4）ms], slopes of QTe /RR [(0.136±0.021) vs. (0.175±0.023)] and QTp/RR [(0.130±0.026) vs. (0.158± 0.033)], and significant decrease in LVEF [(60.6±8.4) % vs. (38.5±8.8) %], and SDNN [（140.3±53.3）ms vs.（100.4±40.3）ms] in HF group, P<0.01 all.. Conclusions: Instability of ventricular repolarization in patients with heart failure makes their QT/RR slope significantly higher than that of normal subjects.

Objective To understand the infection status and variation tendercy of Enterobius vermicularis infection among children at national monitoring spots of soil-transmitted nematodosis from 2006 to 2010,and master the epidemic regularity,so as to provide the evidence for making control strategy and evaluating the control effect. Methods A total of 22 national monitor-ing spots of soil-transmitted nematodosis were established according to the National Surveillance Program of Soil-Transmitted Ne-matodiasis(Trial),and the children aged 3-12 years were examined through adhesive cellophane anal swabs,then the infec-tion rates of children with different ages,genders,nationalities and education levels were analyzed. In addition,the advantage, disadvantage,opportunity and threat of the monitoring work were analyzed by SWOT analysis. Results A total of 17 068 chil-dren were examined in 22 monitoring spots from 2006 to 2010,and 1 363 of them were found being infected with E. vermicu-laris,the average infection rate was 7.99%,and the infection rates of male and female children were 7.39%and 8.70%,respec-tivel;the average infection rates in each year were 10.01%,9.68%,7.41%,6.96%and 6.57%,respectively. From 2006 to 2009,the infection rates of E. vermicularis in children in Fujian Province was the highest,which were 56.15%,53.42%, 37.82%and 49.53%,respectively,but in 2010,the infection rate in Guangdong Province(46.06%)was the highest. The fur-ther analysis demonstrated that the female children,3-6 age group,Li nationality and children at kindergarten stage had relative-ly high infection rates. The SWOT analysis showed that the advantage of E. vermicularis monitoring in China was its wide cover-age and continuity,and the disadvantage was the relatively small investment from the government,the opportunity was that the national monitoring spot could drive the monitoring work at the provincial,county and other levels,and the threat was that the work was paid less and less attention to in recent years. Conclusion Though the infection rate of E. vermicularis in children at national monitoring spots of soil-transmitted nematodosis has been decreased year by year,high-endemic areas still exist,and thus the work on enterobiasis control and prevention still needs to be strengthened.

Objectives. Dendro-dendritic and dendro-somatic projections are common between spinal motoneurons. We attempted to clarify whether there are functional connections through these projections.Methods. Motoneurons were antidromically stimulated by the muscle nerve and recorded intracellularly to examine the direct interaction between them, after the related dorsal roots had been cut.Results. Excitatory connections, demonstrated by depolarizing potentials in response to muscle nerve stimulation, were found between motoneurons innervating the same muscle or synergistic muscles, but never between motoneurons innervating antagonistic muscles. These potentials were finely graded in response to a series of increasing stimuli and resistant to high frequency (50Hz) stimulation.Conclusions.These results indicate that excitatory connections, with certain specificity of spatial and temporal distribution, occur in the spinal motoneurons. It is also suggested that electrical coupling should be involved in these connections and this mechanism should improve the excitability of the motoneurons in the same column.

Objective To explore the association between X-ray repair cross complementing group 1 (XRCC1)gene rs25487 locus polymorphisms and nonobstructive azoospermia in Hui minority ethic population of Shaanxi Province.Methods We used polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP)method for genotyping at XRCC1 gene rs25487 locus in 79 patients with nonobstructive azoospermia and 82 healthy male controls in Hui minority ethic population of Shaanxi Province.Then we analyzed the association be-tween XRCC1 gene rs25487 locus and nonobstructive azoospermia.Results Compared with GG genotype,GA, AA and GA + AA genotypes demonstrated a significantly increased risk for nonobstructive azoospermia (OR =2.286,95% CI 1.1 5 1-4.539;OR =2.202,95% CI 0.753-6.439;OR =2.271,95% CI 1.1 71-4.403),respec-tively.Meanwhile,the A allele frequency was significantly higher in azoospermic patients than in controls (OR =1.582,95% CI 1.005-2.492,P =0.047).Conclusion G→A in XRCC1 gene rs25487 locus is correlated with nonobstructive azoospermia in Hui minority ethic population of Shaanxi province.
