OBJECTIVE To explore the side effects of pingyangmycin used in treatment of vascular hemangioma.METHODS One hundred and sixty nine cases of vascular hemangioma(83 males and 86 females) were treated with pingyangmycin, including 155 cases of hemangioma and 14 cases of lymphangioma,The age ranged from 0.5 to 75 years old.RESULTS The healing rate of pingyangmycin treatment was 85.2%(144/169),improved rate was 9.47%(16/169).The side effects of pingyangmycin could be defined as the long-term and short-term symptoms.The long-term side effects:3 cases of muscular atrophy,5 cases of tissue and cutaneous necrosis.The short-term side effect:109 cases of local swelling,12 cases of fever,13 cases of mucosal ulcer in oral cavity,1 case of allergy,3 cases of collapse. CONCLUSION Excessive pingyangmycin dosage may cause swelling,ulcer,corruption,even necrosis. Chronic muscular atrophy may occur long term after treatment.Attention must be paid to the location, dosage and speed of the pingyangmycin injection to prevent side effects.

Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of flow cytometry on peripheral blood T cell subsets in patients with malignant lymphoma and its relationship with clinicopathological and tumor types.Methods Ninety-eight patients with malignant lymphoma treated in our hospital from August 2014 to September 2016 were selected as the study group.Ninety-eight healthy subjects were selected as the control group.The peripheral blood T cell subsets(CD3 +,CD4 +,CD8 +,CD4 +/CD8 +)were detected in patients and healthy controls by flow cytometry.Results The levels of CD3 +and CD4 +/CD8 +in the study group were (55.63±11.25)and(1.32±0.62),respectively,which were significantly lower than those(68.96±12.63)and (1.59±0.59)of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CD4 +and CD8 +were(33.67±8.14)and(26.02±4.67),respectively in the study group,were no difference from the control group(34.12±8.33)and(25.67±4.53)(P>0.05).The levels of CD3+and CD4 +/CD8 +in patients with Hodgkin's lymphoma were(54.63±11.36),(1.22±0.65),respectively,and(55.52±12.02),(1.34±0.71)for non-hodgkin lymphoma.They were significantly decreoseg in the control group(68.96±12.63 for CD3 +and 1.59±0.59 for CD4 +/CD8 +) (P<0.05).The level of CD4 +and CD8 +were no difference amoupst Hodgkin's lymphoma(33.78±8.23 for CD4 +and 25.74±4.88 for CD8 +),non-Hodgkin's lymphoma(25.74±4.88 for CD4 +and 33.62±8.74 for CD8 +)and control group(34.12±8.33 for CD4 +and 25.67±4.53 for CD8 +)(P>0.05).The levels of CD3 +,CD4+and CD4 +/CD8 +in patients with Ⅲ ~Ⅳ stage malignant lymphoma were(52.66±12.47), (28.25±6.32)and(1.30±0.62),respectively,which were significantly lower than those(68.96±12.63), (34.12±8.33)and(1.59±0.59)in the control group(P<0.05).The level of CD3 +in patients with phase Ⅰ-Ⅱ malignant lymphoma(58.63±11.85)was significantly lower than that in the control group(68.96±12.63)(P<0.05).The level of CD8 +in patients with phase Ⅰ-Ⅱ malignant lymphoma(29.63±3.57)was significantly higher than that in the control group(25.67±4.53)(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection of peripheral blood T cell subsets by flow cytometry can be used as an important methods to diagnose the disease,staging and immune status of patients with malignant lymphoma,which has high application value.

Objective To explore effects of diet detail nursing on swallowing function and quality of life in patients with mild-to-moderate dysphasia after oral cancer surgery. Methods Totally 66 patients with dysphasia after oral cancer surgery in Department of Head and Neck Surgery of Liaoning Cancer Hospital were selected by convenience sampling and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 33 cases in each group. The two groups were given dysphasia training,and the control group was given regular diet nursing,on which basis the observation group was given diet detail nursing. The dysphasia degree was assessed by water swallow test. The pharyngeal contraction rate was evaluated by swallowing radiography,and the correctness of swallowing methods was evaluated. The quality of life of patients was assessed by University of Washington Quality of Life Scale (UWQOL),and the nutritional status and postoperative complications were observed. Results After intervention,the dysphasia degree in observation group was lighter than that in control group (P＜ 0.05). The pharyngeal contraction rates of swallowing dilute fluid and thick fluid in observation group[(34.47±7.56)% and (36.48±9.46)%] were smaller than those in control group [(38.94±9.27)% and (41.46±10.42)%] (P＜ 0.05). The correct rate of swallowing methods in observation group(84.85%) was significantly higher than that in control group (63.64%) (P＜0.05). The scores of five items of swallowing,chewing,mood,anxiety and self-assessment quality of life in observation group were higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05). The serum albumin level in observation group(38.66±4.85g/L) was higher than that in control group (35.84±5.16 g/L) (P＜ 0.05). The incidence rate of aspiration in observation group(12.12%) was smaller than that in control group (33.33%)(P＜ 0.05). Conclusions Diet detail nursing management for patients with dysphasia after oral cancer surgery can guide patients to master the correct swallowing methods,effectively reduce the pharyngeal contraction rate,improve the swallowing ability, reduce the occurrence of aspiration,and improve their quality of life and nutritional status to a certain extent.

Objective:To explore the application effect of time-sensitive incentive theory in malnourished patients with advanced ovarian cancer.Methods:Using the convenient sampling method, a total of 80 malnourished patients with advanced ovarian cancer who were admitted to Liaoning Cancer Hospital and Institute from January 2018 and December 2019 were selected as research objects. According to the random number table, they were divided into the observation group (42 cases) and the control group (38 cases) . Patients in the control group received routine nursing, while the observation group used nursing intervention under time-sensitive incentive theory. Self-Perceived Burden Scale (SPBS) , Chinese version of Strategies Used by People to Promote Health (C-SUPPH) , Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) , Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) and Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS) were used to compare intervention effects.Results:After intervention, scores of SPBS, SAS and SDS of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and scores of C-SUPPH and SSRS were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . After intervention, the nutritional indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:Nursing intervention under the guidance of time-sensitive incentive theory can effectively reduce self-perception burden of malnourished patients with advanced ovarian cancer, improve anxiety, depression and other unhealthy emotions and improve the nutritional level, self-efficacy and social support of patients.

Objective To explore the relationship between polyp features at first-time colonoscopy and the recurrence, and to analyze the risk factors of recurrence at different time points of follow-up. Methods The data of 614 patients undergoing colorectal polypectomy between May 2008 and May 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. Patients were classified into 3 groups according to the characteristics and polyp features at first-time colonoscopy. The risk factors influencing polyp recurrence at different time points during follow up were analyzed. Results Univariate analysis showed that age ≥70 years, polyp′s diameter ≥0.5 cm,the number of polyps >2 and distribution throughout colon were risk factors for recurrence. In multivariate models,the number of polyps at baseline was the only significant predictor for recurrence(OR=2.36,95%CI:1.06-5.25). All of 614 patients underwent 6-87 months surveillance colonoscopy. The total recurrence rate was 58.6%(360/614). During four different surveillance intervals including 6-24 months,>24-36 months, >36-48 months, and >48-87 months,the cumulative recurrence rate of high-risk group was 60.1%,65.7%,80.7%,and 83.8%,respectively,whereas,that of low-risk group was 22.7%,40.0%, 53.8%,and 65.4%, respectively. There was a significant difference between the two groups(P=0.00). Conclusion The number of initial colorectal polyps is useful for predicting the risk of polyp recurrence,and the rate of polyp recurrence during surveillance increases with the passage of time. The cumulative recurrence rate of high-risk group after polypectomy is significantly higher than that of low-risk group.
