Objective To study the integration of traditional medical journals and new media in the Internet +era. Methods The papers published in journals were integrated and a characteristic single disease misdiagnosis database was developed for providing precise and accurate information by making full use of the contributing, revie-wing, editing and proofreading platform into which the short message service, alipay or third party payment service and WeChat service were linked. Results The platform makes convenient for the authors, editors and reviewers of manuscripts, the database contributes to the deep development of journal contents and activates the journal vitality. Conclusion The traditional media can improve the work efficiency, integrate the journal contents and provide the characteristic service by making full use of modern technologies, thus contributing to the further development of journals.

OBJECTIVETo explore the therapeutic efficacy of a modified method with splints in correction of cryptotia.

METHODSFrom Oct. 2012 to Jan. 2014, 3 cases with unilateral cryptotia were treated with the modified method with splints. The muscles attached to the periosteum of cartilage were dissected. The muscles between the ear and temper were cut off. Then one silicon tube was put around the ear through cranioauricular sulcus. The other tube was placed within the cavum conchae and fixed with the tube around the ear.

RESULTSNo flap necrosis happened. The patients were followed up for six months to one year with satisfied and stable results.

CONCLUSIONSThe modified method is easy to perform with less morbidity. It is one of the ideal correction for cryptotia.

Objective To explore the pathway relationship among self consistency and congruence,life events and mental health,and to supply dependable data to psychotherapy and counseling about pilots.Methods Altogether 428 air force pilots were evaluated in air force Hangzhou sanatorium using self consistency and congruence scale (SCCS),life events scale(LES)and symptom checklist 90 (SCL-90).Spearman correlation analysis, one-sample t-test analysis and pathway analysis were used by soft package for social science version 15.0(SPSS 15.0)and AMOSv7.0.Results The results showed that there were significant relationships between all factors of self consistency and congruence and some factors of stressful life events(r=0.134～0.445);there were significant relationships between all factors of self consisteney and congruence and all factors of SCL-90(r=0.110～0.446); and negative life events of family,negative life events of work and negative life events of social communication were all had highly significant relationships with all factors of SCL-90(r=0.248～0.628).The pathway coefficient between life event and mental health Was B=0.39,P<0.01.The pathway coefficient among self consistency and congruence, life event and mental health were B=0.38,B=0.35,P<0.01,and the total adjust effects was 13.3%.Conclusion Self consistency and congruence is a important adjust variable between life events and mental health, can lighten the impact between life events and mental health.

BACKGROUNDTo study the correlation among the number of tumor-infiltrating dendritic cells (TIDC) in cancer tissues and biological behavior and prognosis in lung cancer patients.

METHODSS-100 protein expression level was determined in 39 patients with lung cancer by immunohistochemistry technique. The number of S-100 + TIDC and DNA ploidy were measured by means of flow cytometry.

RESULTSThe rate of positive S-100 protein expression was 100% in 39 patients, S-100 + cells showed typical morphology of dendritic cells. The percentage of S-100 +TIDC in patients with heteroploid (21.81%±8.18%) was significantly higher than those with diploid (16.03%±4.75%) (P=0.006). There was no statistical difference between lymph node metastasis group (20.43%±7.74%) and no lymph node metastasis group ( 19.41% ±7.76%), between tumor size greater than 3cm group ( 20.90% ±8.65%) and less than 3cm group ( 19.70% ±7.61%), between non-small cell lung cancer group (19.48%±7.98%) and small cell lung cancer group (21.74%±6.17%). No correlation was found between survival time ( 1 year , 1-3 years, greater than 3 years, respectively) and percentage of S-100 +TIDC (21.96%±8.05%, 19.47%±6.18%, 19.14%±8.76%, respectively).

CONCLUSIONSThe number of TIDC should not be chosen as an independent prognostic criterion in human lung cancer.

This study was conducted to potentiate the expression of outer membrane protein OmpL17 of the strong virulent L. interrogans serovar Lai and investigate its immunogenicity in rabbits. The OmpL17 was cloned into prokaryotic expression vector pGEX-1lambdaT. The recombination expression plasmid pGEX-OmpL17 was transformed into E. Coli JM109. The GST fused protein GST-OmpL17 was expressed after induction by IPTG, then GST-tag was by thrombin and purified using Bulk GST purification Modules. SDS-PAGE and Western blotting analysis indicated that the molecular weight of GST-OmpL17 and OmpL17 was about 54 KDa and 28 KDa respectively. The outer membrane protein OmpL17 was subcutaneously injected into rabbits and high titre anti-OmpL17 antibody was obtained (1:4896) which could conjugate specifical with OmpL17. In conclusion, OmpL17 and specifical anti-OmpL17 antibody were obtained, which provided an experimental basis for researching pathogenic effect and immunity functions of OmpL17.

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effects and evaluate the security of Huganjiexian decoction combined with conventional therapy on hepatic cirrhosis.MethodsBy the randomized and prospective study method,34 patients with liver cirrhosis were divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group was treated with Huganjiexian decoction combined with conventional therapy while the control group was treated with conventional therapy alone.Patients in both groups were treated six months.At the beginning and 6 months after treatment,levels of alanine transaminase (ALT),aspartate transaminase (AST),albumin (ALB),albumin/globulin (A/G),total bilirubin (TBiL),blood urea nitrogen (BUN),serum creatinine (Scr) were determined.Results Levels ofALT、AST、TBiL decreased in both groups after being treated for six months,and the differences of downward trend of the experimental group were more significant than control group (F=36.63,40.31,38.65,P＜0.05).Levels ofALT、AST、TBiL of the experimental group were lower than those of control group significantly (F=8.67,7.62,4.36,P＜0.05 ).The A/G raised in both groups after treatment,and the upward trend of the experimental group was greatly different from that of control group (F=24.10,P＜0.05),the value of A/G of the experimental group was higher than that of control group (F=4.78,P＜0.05).The ALB raised in both groups after treatment,while the upward trend of the experimental group was no different from that of control group (F=0.89,P＞ 0.05).Thevalue of ALB had no significant changes in both groups (F=3.15,P＞0.05).Conclusion Huganjiexian decoction possessed therapeutic effect on hepatic cirrhosis,it had no obvious toxicity and side

Objective:To compare the difference and effect of fat grafting assisted by adjustable external volume expansion (EVE) and fat grafting only in female patients who chose autologous fat grafting for breast reconstruction after a breast cancer operation.Methods:A retrospective analysis was carried out in 17 patients in the past four years. The patients in the experimental group wore EVE 10 hours daily for four weeks before surgery, and the negative pressure value was -60 mmHg. From the second week after the operation, they continued to wear EVE 10 hours every day, and the initial negative pressure value was -40 mmHg. After one week, the negative pressure was adjusted to -20 mmHg, and the EVE was worn for four weeks after surgery. Both the experimental group and the control group chose classical Coleman fat for breast reconstruction.Results:The number of operations in the experimental and control groups was 3.0±0.8 and 3.9±1.2, respectively ( t=2.193; P<0.05). The single fat injection volume of the experimental group and the control group was (228.60±15.34) ml and (198.20±12.01) ml, respectively ( t=4.861; P<0.01). The single fat volume preservation rate of the experimental group and the control group was (31.6±5.8)% and (25.8±6.2)%, respectively ( t=2.226; P<0.05). For postoperative complications, there were 3 cases in the experimental group (10 cases in total) and 3 cases in the control group (7 cases in total). Conclusions:For breast cancer patients who choose autologous fat grafting for breast reconstruction, wearing EVE can reduce the number of operations, improve the single fat injection volume and postoperative fat preservation rate, and reduce postoperative complications.

Objective:To study on the effects of gastrointestinal function and portal vein hemodynamics applicated with abdominal hot compressing with evodiae fructus and crude salt after hepatectomy.Methods:A total of 60 patients who underwent hepatectomy were randomly divided into 2 groups by random number table method, with 30 in each group. The control group was treated with conventional basic western medicine, while the treatment group was treated with medicinal evodiae fructus and crude salt hot compress on abdomen on the basis of the control group. The portal vein diameter (PVD), portal venous flow velocity (PVV), recovery time of main clinical indexes, clinical symptom scores and liver function indexes were dynamically monitored at different observation time points.Results:The scores of abdominal distension, nausea and vomiting in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group 3 days after treatment ( t values were -3.489 and -2.740, respectively, all Ps<0.05). The recovery time of bowel sounds, first exhaust time and first defecation time in the treatment group were significantly earlier than those in the control group ( t values were -3.622, -4.297 and -4.151, respectively, all Ps<0.01). With the extension of treatment time, ALT in 2 groups showed a gradual downward trend ( P<0.05 or P<0.01), DBIL in control group was significantly higher at 3 days after treatment than before ( t=-2.157, P=0.039), and TBIL was significantly lower at 7 days after treatment than before ( t=2.175, P=0.038). The PVD ( t values were 3.528, 2.160) and PVV ( t values were 11.096, 4.264) of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group 3 and 5 days after treatment ( P<0.01 or P<0.05). Conclusion:Early application of abdominal hot compressing with evodiae fructus and crude salt hot compress on abdomen after hepatectomy can improve the portal vein blood circulation and promote the rehabilitation of gastrointestinal function in patients with hepatectomy.

Objective To investigate the clinical application of laparoscopic adhesiolysis and efficacy of adhesive ileus. Methods In our hospital adhesive ileus patients from January 2011 to December 2013 were treated 100 cases, all pa-tients had abdominal surgery, all patients were divided according to the different ways laparoscopic surgery group and open surgery group, operative time, blood loss, postoperative recovery time to flatus, ambulation and hospital days were compared between two groups. Results The two groups were not significantly different except for operative time(P>0.05) outside the laparoscopic surgery group blood loss, the amount of postoperative analgesics, postoperative dis-charge time, ambulation and hospital stay were significantly less than open surgery group (P<0.05);and laparoscopic surgery and postoperative complication rate was significantly less than the obstruction again open surgery group (P<0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic treatment of intestinal obstruction in patients with safe, effective, feasible and low recur-rence rate,worthy of promotion.

ObjectiveTo analyze the research status and trends in low-level occupational benzene exposure. Methods Articles on low-level occupational benzene exposure from Chinese and English journals from January 1st, 2000, to December 31th, 2022 were retrieved using the Web of Science and the China National Knowledge Infrastructure, and a bibliometric analysis was conducted. Results A total of 327 articles were included in the analysis, comprising 216 English articles and 111 Chinese articles. i) The number of articles published in English fluctuates greatly over the years, without a trend of continuous growth or decline. Authors from 359 research institutions in 45 countries and regions have published relevant English articles in 97 kinds of journals, involving 281 grants from 226 foundations. The top three countries in terms of articles amount were the United States, Italy, and China, with 81, 46, and 43 papers, respectively. The English articles mainly focused on mechanistic research at the genetic level, such as hematotoxicity, oxidative stress, and DNA damage. ii) The number of Chinese articles increased gradually after 2012, with the growth peak in 2017. Authors from 127 research institutions in 26 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities published Chinese articles in 51 kinds of journals, involving 154 grants from 78 foundations. Chinese articles tended to focus on benzene-induced hematotoxicity and occupational health damage. Conclusion Most studies on low-level occupational benzene exposure were conducted in China, the United States and Italy, focused on hematotoxicity. Monitoring international research topics and hotspots of the field has certain reference value for related research in China.
