Objective To investigate the relationship between high sensitive C reactive protein(hsCRP) and monocyte chemotactic protein-1 (MCP-1) in patients with metabolic syndrome(MS).Methods Sixty-two patients with MS and 52 normal healthy individuals (NS) were recruited in the study.And the levels of hs-CRP and MCP-1 were detected by ELISA.The severity of Insulin resistance was calculated by homeostasismodel assessment of insulin resistance(HOMA-IR).The monocytes in blood were isolated,cultured and stimulated by different concentrations of CRP.MCP-lexpression of monocytes was measured by real-time PCR.Results Patients with MS displayed significantly higher serum levels of hs-CRP and MCP-1 compared with healthy control group [(80.26 ±35.52) nmol/L vs (3.12 ±2.55) nmol/L for hs-CRP,P ＜0.01 ; (15.35 ± 10.12) nmol/L vs (9.76 ± 6.15) nmol/L for MCP-1,P ＜ 0.05].There was significantly positive correlation between hs-CRP and MCP-1.Serum hs-CRP,MCP-1and insulin resistance index were positively correlated,respectively.In vitro experiments indicated that CRP could up-regulate MCP-1 expression of monocytes in a concentration-dependent way.When the concentration of CRP was 176nmol/L,the expression of MCP-1 could reach 105％ compared with non-stimulated group.Conclusion With the severity of the inflammatory response and enhanced insulin resistance,elevated serum CRP level may result in MCP-1 expression in patients with metabolic syndrome.

Objective To explore the predictive value of serum N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) level in anthracycline-based chemotherapy-related cardiotoxicity of breast cancers.Methods A total of 135 breast cancer patients was analyzed if NT-proBNP was associated with chemotherapy-related cardiotoxicity.The level of NT-proBNP in the diagnosis of cardiotoxicity was assessed.Results A total of 22 patients (16.29％) had subsequent claims for cardiotoxicity events.NT-proBNP in cardiotoxicity group was significantly higher than that non-cardiotoxicity group (P ＜ 0.05).According to receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve, the cut-off value of NT-proBNP was set at 350 pg/ml, specificity and sensitivity were 70.32％ and 82.58％ , respectively.Positive and negative predictive values were 78.12％ and 65.45％, respectively.Conclusions The present study is to confirm excellent clinical value of NTproBNP on cardiotoxicity.The level of NT-proBNP for early detection of cardiotoxicity has good prospects for high risk patients.

This study was conducted to amplify the cfpl0-esat6 fusion gene by SOE and insert into the integrating shuttle plasmid pMV361 to form the recombinant plasmid. Then another recombinant plasmid was constructed by insertinga-A g signal sequence of BCG. The two recombinant plasmids were introduced into BCG and the induced products from recombinant BCG were analyzed. In conclusion,the successful construction of rBCG expressing the fusion protein CFP10-ESAT6 will be the base of the development of novel Mycobacterium tuberclosis vaccines.

Objective To investigate the clinical application of laparoscopic adhesiolysis and efficacy of adhesive ileus. Methods In our hospital adhesive ileus patients from January 2011 to December 2013 were treated 100 cases, all pa-tients had abdominal surgery, all patients were divided according to the different ways laparoscopic surgery group and open surgery group, operative time, blood loss, postoperative recovery time to flatus, ambulation and hospital days were compared between two groups. Results The two groups were not significantly different except for operative time(P>0.05) outside the laparoscopic surgery group blood loss, the amount of postoperative analgesics, postoperative dis-charge time, ambulation and hospital stay were significantly less than open surgery group (P<0.05);and laparoscopic surgery and postoperative complication rate was significantly less than the obstruction again open surgery group (P<0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic treatment of intestinal obstruction in patients with safe, effective, feasible and low recur-rence rate,worthy of promotion.

OBJECTIVE To study the effects of bergapten in the treatment of liver fibrosis and its mechanism based on serum metabolomics. METHODS Forty mice were divided into normal control group （0.5% carboxymethyl cellulose sodium solution）， model group （0.5% carboxymethyl cellulose sodium solution）， and BP low-dose and high-dose groups （50， 100 mg/kg）， with 10 mice in each group. Except for the normal control group， the other three groups were all treated with carbon tetrachloride to induce liver fibrosis model； they were given relevant medicine/solution intragastrically， once a day， for consecutive 8 weeks. After the last medication， the levels of alanine aminotransferase （ALT） and aspartate aminotransferase （AST） in serum were detected， and liver pathological changes were observed； the expressions of α-smooth muscle actin （α-SMA） and Collagen Ⅰ were detected in liver tissue； the serum of the mice was collected for metabolomics analysis. RESULTS Compared with the model group， serum levels of ALT and AST and protein expressions of α-SMA and Collagen Ⅰ in liver tissue were decreased significantly in BP high-dose and low-dose groups （P＜0.05）， while liver fibrosis was improved significantly. Meanwhile， metabolomics analyses showed that there were a total of 175 serum differential metabolites in the BP high-dose group and model group， of which 18 substances were upregulated and 157 substances were downregulated； the main metabolic pathways involved in bergapten intervention were pyrimidine metabolism， butanoate metabolism， fatty acid synthesis， tyrosine metabolism， β-alanine metabolism， nicotinic acid and nicotinamide metabolism， glutathione metabolism， etc. CONCLUSIONS BP is effective in the treatment of liver fibrosis by regulating pyrimidine metabolism， butanoate metabolism， glutathione metabolism and so on in rats with liver fibrosis.
