Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing 2019;25(33):4385-4387
Objective To explore the effects of comprehensive nursing in herpetic keratitis patients. Methods From January 2018 to December 2018, we selected 100 herpetic keratitis patients of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University as subjects by convenience sampling. All patients were divided into control group and observation group, 50 cases in each group. Control group carried out routine ophthalmology nursing. Observation group adopted comprehensive nursing. We compared the therapeutic efficiency and satisfaction of patients between two groups. Results The efficiency of observation group was 94.00% higher than that (76.00%) of control group with a statistical difference (P< 0.05). The satisfaction of observation group was 96.00% higher than that (70.00 %) of control group with a statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusions Comprehensive nursing can improve the therapeutic efficiency and satisfaction of herpetic keratitis patients which is worth being popularized in clinical application.

Objective To investigate nursing measures for dacryagogatresia and diabetes patients treated with trepanation using the lacrimal endoscopy .Methods Eighty dacryagogatresia and diabetes patients who were admitted to the Department of Ophthalmology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January 2013 to February 2015 were divided into the control group ( n=40 ) and the intervention group (n=40) and were treated with trepanation using the lacrimal endoscopy .The patients in the control group accepted normal nursing , while the patients in the intervention group accepted systemically comprehensive nursing based on normal nursing .The effective rate of the operation and the incidence of complications were compared between the patients in the two groups .Results The effective rate in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions Effective preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative nursing measures greatly improve the effect of surgical treatments in dacryagogatresia and diabetes patients and reduce or avoid operation complications .
