2.Effects of reduning inject a liquid for EV71 infection cases
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2013;20(21):3245-3246
Objective To observe the effect of reduning inject a liquid in the treatment of EV71 infection cases. Methods The 52 cases were randomly divided into two groups by random number table. The treatment group were given reduning inject a liquid. The control group were given the treatment of Ribavirin inject.Observed and compared two groups of efficacy and Prognosis and adverse reactions. Results Prognosis of the observation group were Significantly better than the control group(x2 =5.016,P < 0.05).Cooling time and deflorescence time of the observation group were shorter than the control group (t =3.475,3.687,P < 0.05),the effect of fever and rash were significantly higher than the control group (x2 =6.272,6.349,P < 0.05).Conclusion It is valid and safety method in the treatment of EV71 infection cases with the reduning inject a liquid, and worth popularizing.
3.Prerequisites for the success of health reform
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 1996;0(05):-
At present it is imperative to discuss not only the rightness or wrongness of specific health policies but moreover the problems in the mechanisms of health policy formulation.Specific policies are like products whereas mechanisms of formulation are like machines, which determine to some extent the quality of the products. To be successful, health reform must be based on scientific and rational decision-making;to achieve scientific and rational decision-making,it is necessary to be fully aware of the difficulty in ensuring the success of reform, discard the experience-based model of decision-making,and set up and observe procedures and regulations for complex decision-making.Those are the prerequisites for the success of health reform. The paper also discusses the procedures and regulations that must be observed in the decision-making process of health reform.

Objective To investigate the correlation between hepatitis B induced cirrhosis glucose metaboliam disorders and hepatitis B immune related indexes,to analyze the epidemic characteristics in the local region. Methods 128 cases with hepatitis B induced cirrhosis were divided into the NGT group,IGR group and DM group, according to 75g oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT).Results The difference of waist size, and body mass index data in the three groups had statistically significant difference( F =22.71,24.62,all P < 0.05 ).As the aggravating of glu cose metabolism disorder, the positive rate of HBsAg,HBeAg and former S1 antigen of NGT group,IGR group and DM group were gradually raised, and the differences were statistically significant ( F =17.35,21.47,19.37,all P <0.05).Conclusion There was positive correlation between virus infection in patients with hepatitis B induced cirrhosis and glucose metabolism disorder. There were intimate connection between the epidemiological factors such as age, waist size, weight, and body mass index and glucose metabolism disorder in patients with hepatitis B induced cirrhosis.

Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2001;0(04):-
Objective To perspectively compare the clinical outcomes of China-and Germany-made electromagnetic lithotripters in the treatment of upper urinary tract calculi. Methods Between January 2005 and August 2005,60 cases of upper urinary tract calculi were randomly divided into two groups:China-made and Germany-made groups(30 in each).Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy(ESWL)was performed by a same group of surgeons. Results The stone-free rate was 73%(22/30)in China-made group, and was 90%(27/30)in Germany-made group 3 weeks after ESWL(?2=2.283,P=0.095);and was 100% in both the groups 3 months postoperation. The retreatment rate was 27%(8/30)in China-made group, and 10%(3/30)in Germany-made group(?2=2.283,P=0.095).The rate of auxiliary procedure in both the groups was 0.The efficacy quotient(EQ)was 0.79 in China-made group, and was 0.91 in Germany-made group.Totally,39 ESWLs were performed on the patients in China-made group, while 33 ESWLs were carried out in Germany-made group. The rates of macroscopic hematuria, skin injury, and renal colic were 87%(34/39),64%(25/39),and 8%(3/39)respectively in China-made group, and were 91%(30/33),6%(2/33),and 6%(2/33)in Germany-made group(?2=0.016,P=0.900;?2=25.693,P=0.000;and ?2=0.000,P=1.000;respectively).One patient in China-made group developed fever after ESWL,while no one in Germany-made group had the symptom. In both the groups,no patients had hematuria, renal edema,or subcutaneous perinephric hemorrhage. Conclusion Both China-and Germany-made electromagnetic lithotripters are effective, safety, and non-invasive.

Journal of International Oncology 2017;44(4):294-296
As the leading cause of death among lung cancer patients, brain metastasis occurs in approximately 10 percent of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients at first diagnosis.Whole-brain radiation therapy (WBRT) is still the standard treatment for patients with brain metastasis, however, the efficacy of WBRT reaches a plateau. It has been proved that tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) make considerable therapeutic effect for NSCLC patients with brain metastasis. The combination therapy of TKIs with WBRT may provide new major treatment for epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutant NSCLC with brain metastasis.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1986;0(05):-
Repeated administrations of gangliosides extracted from Cervus nippon Temminek exerted remarkable facilitation action on the acquisition, retrieval and consolidation of memory in mice. It was able to increase the incorporations of [8H] Leucine into protein and [3H] Uridine into RNA in mouse brain tissue. It was suggested that the above-mentioned actions of gangliosides may be due to the promoting action for the synthesis of protein in brain tissue.
