1.Choroidal hypoperfusion associated with photodynamic therapy for choroidal neovascularization
Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2013;31(8):788-791
Choroidal neovascularization (CNV) ithe leading cause of vision disordecaused by variouretinal diseases.Apresent, many therapeutimethodare employed clinically, such aphotodynamitherapy (PDT),anti-vasculaendothelial growth facto(anti-VEGF) and transpupillary thermotherapy (TTT).However, none of them can cure CNV thoroughly and repeated treatmenirequired usually. The reason forecurrenCNV istill unclear.Choroidal hypoperfusion associated with Pdmay be one of the reasons. The purpose of thireview ito discusthe problem of choroidal hypoperfusion associated with PDfoCNV awell aitimpacon the eye and possible solutions.Thipapepresentevidenceof choroidal hypoperfusion aftePDand itrelationship with clinical outcomes.Meanwhile, the effecof combination therapy iassessed.Finally,low-fluence Pdirecommended apotential method to reduce choroidal hypoperfusion.
2.Construction and expression of Mtb8.4 gene vaccine and study on cellular immune response induced by the vaccine
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1981;0(06):-
Objective To prepare Mtb8.4 gene vaccine and to study the cellular immune response induced by the vaccine. Methods The gene encoding Mtb8.4 from Mycobacterium tuberculosis was amplified by PCR and cloned into the eukaryotic expression vector pcDNA3.1 (+). C57BL/6N mice were vaccinated three times with Mtb8.4 gene vaccine at 3 weeks interval. Four weeks after the final inoculation, mice were sacrificed to assess cytokine response and CTL induction. Results The IFN-? and IL-2 titers were 787.317?45.586pg/ml and 319.953?57.978pg/ml in Mtb8.4 gene vaccine group, 1 486.540?39.600pg/ml and 767.043?50.269pg/ml in BCG group, respectively. The level of IL-4 in BCG group (90.580?10.998 pg/ml) increased significantly as compared to other groups (P
3.Lead-excretion of MT egg-milk power in lead-treated rats
Journal of Jilin University(Medicine Edition) 2006;0(04):-
Objective To study the effects of metallothionein(MT) egg-milk power on excluding lead in vivo in saturnic rats. Methods A total of 60 Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups: control(n=20),black control(n=10) and lead-treated groups(n=30).After the rats in lead-treated group were treated with 0.2% lead acetate daily for three weeks, they were randomly divided into two groups: lead-treated group(n=10) and MT egg-milk power treated group(n=20).The rats in the last group were treated with MT egg-milk power for three weeks. At the end of the experiment, samples of whole blood, liver, kidney, brain, femur, faeces and urine were collected for lead detection by atomic absorption spectroscopy. Results As compared with controls, the lead content of samples were significantly elevated in lead-treated rats(P

International Journal of Pediatrics 2016;43(9):677-680
Bronchopulmonary dysplasia( BPD) is a chronic lung disease that commonly occurs in pre-term. Since the 1980s,with the advances in perinatal care, survival rate of preterm has been raised, while BPD continues to be a significant cause of morbidity and mortality for premature infants. However, the treatment effect of BPD is unsatisfactory. It is urgent to search for innovative ways to reduce the respiratory injury that caused by BPD as well as to improve the quality of life. In recent years, mesenchymal stem cells′( MSC) research has pro-vided a new way for the treatment of BPD. This review primarily summarizes the current status of the MSC ther-apies and its possible mechanism on BPD.
6.Cloning and analyzing of interleukin-4 cDNA from the lymphocyte of Tibet pig
Chinese Journal of Immunology 2001;0(07):-
Objective:To clone interleukin 4 cDNA of Tibet pig. Methods:To amplify cDNA,using RT PCR from the total RNA from the lymphocyte stimulated by 10 ?g/ml Con A in vitro,to subclone into pMD T vector, and then to determine it by digesting and sequencing. Results:The cloned Tibet pig interleukin 4 was 98% homologus to the necleotide acids of Chenghua pig a special specie of pig in Sichuan province and 99% homologus to that of hybrid of Landrance with Chanbai pig. Conclusion:IL 4 of Tibet pig was successfully cloned from the lymphocyte after stimulating 70 h with ConA.

Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2006;0(03):-
Objective To investigate the effect of the time factor on acupuncture effects by observing the changes of nitric oxide (NO) content at the acupuncture points in different times. Method The experimental study was done on 20 cases of healthy volunteers who provide informed consent. Among 10 cases of acupuncture group, 5 cases were male, 5 cases were female. Among 10 cases of non-acupuncture group, 5 cases were male, 5 cases were female. The age was around 25 to 45 years. Jianshi on Pericardium Meridian of Hand Jueyin and Weizhong on Bladder Meridian of Foot Taiyang was acupunctured. "Active"/"silent" time of points were projected with Ziwuliuzhu Najia method. Acupuncture was done at the points "active"/"silent" respectively. The changes of NO content at the body points were detected. The difference of acupuncture in different time at the body points was compared. Result NO content in acupuncture group was higher at the "active" than at the "silent", while there was no significant difference at non-acupuncture group. NO content was higher in acupuncture group than that in non-acupuncture group. Conclusion NO content at the points can be increased by acupuncture. Effect of acupuncture at acupoints "active" was more significant than at acupoints "silent". It was proved that the therapeutic effect of acupuncture can be increased by using time acupuncture.
8.THE PRELIMINARY ESTABLISHMENT OF DEGRADATIVE REACTION SYSTEMS FOR DYES BY TRAMETES HIRSUTA
Hui-Rong LI ; Lin ZHANG ; Yan SHEN ;
Microbiology 1992;0(05):-
The growth-propagation and decolorization-degradation systems for the model dy e Biebrich Scarlet by Trametes hirsuta were established preliminar ily. It was showed that 30℃ and the static culture were better; the effects of compo nents in culture media on the efficiencies of decolorization and degradation wer e not significant; considering the convenience of observing the changes of dye c o lors and shortenig the culture period, the potato liquid medium had the advantag e of others as a preferable medium for reaction systems of Trametes hirsuta . The decolorization and degradation of all dyes Biebrich Scarlet and Direct Deep Blu e L-3RB, Reactive Blue X-BR, Basic Violet 5BN, and Methylene Blue by Tramete s hirsuta were better.
9.Effect of physical therapy on limb paralysis due to Guillain-Barre syndrome
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2002;8(1):45-46
ObjectiveStudy the efficacy of physiotherapy (PT) in the rehabilitation of the patients with Guillain-Barre syndrome. Method15 patients with Guillain-Barre syndrome were divided into 2 groups, exercise group(8 cases) and control group(7 cases),a retrospective study is made.ResultAs compared with control group, there is a significant improvent in muscle strenth and ADL in exercise group (P<0.01).ConclusionPT can effectively diminish the degree of disability of the patients with Guillain-Barre syndrome, shorten rehabilitation time ,and restore independence of self-care.
