Objective To understand the effect of Kuntai Capsule on mice endometrial receptivity by comparing the lyso‐phospholipids acid receptor‐3(LPAR3) expression in endometrium during mouse embryos implantation period .Methods Ninety 6-8 week old Kunming female mice were randomly divided to three groups :the group A [controlled ovarian hyperstimulation (COH)] ,B (COH+Kuntai Capsule) and C(normal saline control) ,30 cases in each group .The vaginal plug was performed on the next day after mating .Five mice in each group were daily killed on 1 -6 d .The serum estradiol(E2) and progesterone(P) levels were detected .The glands number and the immunohistochemical integrated optical density (IOD) were also determined .Results The levels of serum E2 amd P in the group A and B were higher than those in the group C at the same period (P<0 .05);in the HE staining ,the glands number in the group A was significantly decreased compared with the group B and C (P<0 .05) .The IOD value of LPAR3 on 3 d in the group A was significantly lower than that in the group B and C (P<0 .05) ,while the group B was slightly higher than the group C without statistical difference (P>0 .05) .Conclusion Kuntai Capsule may play the role for improving the endometrial receptivity by improving the normal space‐time expression of LPAR3 .

Objective To evaluate the efficacy, toxicity and clinical benefit response of gemcitabine on advanced non small cell lung cancer in elderly. Methods Patients in the chemotherapy arm of the study received gemcitabine 1 250 mg/ m 2 as a intravenous infusion every 21 days .Patients in the best supportive care(BSC) arm should not receive chemotherapy or anticancer therapy. Results Overall survival period in the gemcitabine arm was significantly longer than in the BSC arm ( P

AIM:To explore the diagnosis and treatment methods of radioaction-induced optic neuritis ( RION) through the clinical dates of 17 patients.
METHODS: It was a retrospective case series study. From August 2008 to October 2013, 17 cases (24 eyes) of Rion clinical dates from Chinese PLA General Hospital were studied. The diagnosis methods including visual acuity, pupil, fundus, visual field, fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA), visual electrophysiological testing, and head MRI. To analysis the clinical date of patients with diagnosis of RION by statistical description.
RESULTS: The deterioration degree of vision: 13 eyes were classified as Ⅳ, 9 eyes as Ⅲ, 2 eyes as II. Ten eyes RAPD ( + ) , visual electrophysiology is extinguished. The retina of 5 eyes showed flame hemorrhages and cotton wool spots exudation. Optic nerve head edema in one eye. T1 - weighted MRI enhanced in 19 eyes which showed optic nerve of the intracranial and intratubal segments abnormal changed, optic chiasm and pituitary stalk signal abnormalities and enhancement of the optic nerve. Tortuous optic nerves and rough edges were observed in 5 eyes. Treatment effect: 4 eyes of visual acuity improved, 1 eye from blindness to light perception,1 eye from 0. 08 to 0. 2, 1 eye from 0. 4 to 0. 6,1 eye from 0. 04 to 0. 15, the rest of the cases did not see any improvement.
CONCLUSION: The unique clinical manifestation of RION can provide objective basis for clinical diagnosis in time, but there have not been proven any effective treatments.

Objective To observe the effects of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) combined with abdominal muscle electrical stimulation on the pulmonary ventilation of patients with cervical spinal cord injury.Methods Twenty-five patients with cervical spinal cord injury were randomized into an experimental group (n =13) and a control group (n =12).The control group was given comprehensive rehabilitation treatment,including upper limb movements,standing training and training of respiratory function,while the experimental group was given repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation and abdominal muscle electrical stimulation in addition to the comprehensive rehabilitation treatment.The patients' maximum lung capacity (VC),forced expiratory volume for 1 second (FEV1),peak expiratory flow rate (PEF) and tidal volume (VT) were measured at the outset and after 3 months of treatment.Results The lung function indexes increased in both groups after treatment,but each index improved significantly more in the experimental group,on average,than in the control group.Conclusion As a supplement to routine respiratory function training,repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with abdominal intermediate frequency electrical stimulation can improve the pulmonary ventilation function of patients with middle and lower cervical spinal cord injury.

Objective To study the influence of sex on the prognosis in acute ST elevated myocardial in- farction(STEMI)patients after primary percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods :The risk factors, coronary angiography and prognosis in 478 males and 101 females with STEMl were compared.Results:Mortality of STEMI was significantly different in different age groups(P<0.01).The attack of the STEMI in women was 10 vears later than that of men(P<0.01),especially in those women whose age was over 71 years oId.The complica- tion ratio of hypertension and type 2 mellitus diabetes was higher in female patients than that in male(P<0.01). More multi-vessel lesions were found in female patients than those in male(P<0.01).The incidence of in-hospital mortality,pseudoaneurysm,haematoma Was significantly higher in females than in males(P<0.05.P<0.01).Con- clusions The in-hospital mortalitv and puncture complications in STEMI female patients treated with primary PCI are higher than male patients.

Objective To establish a quick method to analyze vinorelbine ( NVB) in plasma of beagle dogs and study its pharmacokinetics of long-circulation and thermosensitive liposome loaded vinorelbine bitartrate.Methods The plasma was treated with liquid-liquid extraction after precipitation in methanol.The analysis was perfomed on a Venusil XBP C18 column(2.1 mm ×50 mm, 3 μm) at 35℃,the mobile phase consisted of methanol and water( containing 10 mmol/L ammonium acetate, 1%acetonitrile) 80∶20 and injection volume was 10μl.The type of mass spectrum was multireactive monitoring(MRM) in a positive mode.The monitor transitions were m/z 779.4-765.4 for vinorelbine and m/z 825.4-122 for vincristine.Results The concentration range from 10 to 2500 ng/ml had a good linearity ( r=0.0994).The precision, accuracy and extraction efficiency were acceptable.The plasma samples were stable for 10 days at -20℃ and 24 h at room temperature.Pharmacokinetic study in beagle dogs showed that the main parameters for injection and liposome were Cmax(833.51 ±150.42) and (1397.95 ±443.05)ng/ml, AUC(0-t) (577.16 ±223.57) and (1059.82 ±408.27) ng/ml· h, Cl(3014.64 ±1049.17)and 1633.10 ±551.77 ml/(h· kg), respectively.Conclusion A reliable HPLC-MS/MS method for vinorelbine analysis is established and can be applied to the pharmacokinetics study of liposome.The results show that liposome has a higher AUC, Cmax and longer Cl than injection.Meanwhile, liposome has a lower irritability.
