1.Methodological Study on the Self-supporting Consciousness: Application of Phenomenological Methods
Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 1993;0(01):-
Self-supporting,as a important dimensionality of self,is especially emphasized in Chinese traditional culture, but today it is only in the early exploring study stage.Since self,as a totally localized concept, has different meanings, structures, psychological functions and expressions in different cultures,so we can't employ the concepts, theories or tools existed in western courtry to study the Self-Supporting Consciousness in China, though they are used widely in western countries. When exploring Chinese's concept of self, studies should be on the basis of actual conditions and do some analysis and researches with multi-trait and multi-methods,in that phenomenological methods are especially necessary.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2004;0(08):-
Objective To detect serum bone specific alkaline phosphatase(BAP) and osteocalcin(OC) in children with idiopathic short stature(ISS),and explore the status of osteoblast. Methods Thirty-six cases of ISS in this study were divided into two groups(preaddescence group and adolescence group),50 healthy children as control group. The height, weight and body mass index in every group were measured.Left hand and wrist were measured with CHN way for bone age.Serum BAP and OC were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results BAP and OC in ISS group of preadolescence were(79.90?25.96) U/L,(60.96?18.46)?g/L,and(152.17?35.36)U/L,(76.16?28.03)?g/L in normal children. In the ISS group of adolescence BAP and OC were(108.33?35.20)U/L,(63.82?24.81)?g/L,and(156.30?35.29)U/L,(104.92?28.26)?g/L in normal group. There was significant difference between ISS and control group in both age in the levels of BAP and OC(Pa

Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 2006;0(06):-
Objective: To explore the symptomatic level of personality disorders, family environment of college students, and the correlation between these two variables. Methods: PDQ-4+(Personality Diagnostic Questionnaire-4+) and AAQ3.1 were administrated to 320 college students by layered sample. Results: Significant correlation was found between several factors of personality disorders and family environment. The personality disorders group get significantly lower score in Intimacy factor and higher score in Conflicts factor of family environment than the normal group. Conclusion: There was significant correlation between symptomatic level of personality disorders and family environment.

Objective: This article combined the methods of quantitative and qualitative research to probe Luxun’ personality characteristics. Methods: Elevn Literature college teachers of Hunan normal university evaluated Luxun’ personality characteristics used the Adjective Checklist of Personality. Results: 29 adjective words were selected as fit Luxun’s personality.Cluster analysis to this 29 words showed that they may be grouped into three types: "Independently striving to improve","Self-respect and stubborn","lonely and radicalization".The method of psychobiographical analysis to Luxun’ personality showed that the childhood experience, solution to identity crisis had great influention on the development of Luxun’s personality. Moreover, through applying the Psychoanalysis,we inferred that Luxun has inferiority complex. Conclusion: Luxun’s personality’s development were influenced by many factors, like childhood experience, family’s status, his social experience and enrironment and so on.

Chinese Journal of Endemiology 2009;28(2):130-133
Objective To observe the expression of c-fos mRNA and protein in fluoride treated mouse fibroblast (FB) and osteoblast (OB) and to further explore the effects of c-fos in the osteogenic action of FB. Methods Mouse FB and OB were divided into control group and six fluoride groups (0, 0.0001, 0.0010, 0.1000, 1.0000, 10.0000,20.0000 mg/L F-), and the levels of c-fos protein at 2,4,24,48,72 h and c-fos mRNA at 48 h were measured by using ELISA and RT-PCR methods. Results Compared with the control group, fluoride increased the content of c-fos protein obviously in all FB group(P<0.01); and it is increased in 0.0001,0.0010 mg/L groups at 48 h (0.73±0.04, 0.64±0.14) and 0.0001 mg/L group at 72 h(0.70±0.17) in OB compared with the control group (0.32±0.04,0.27±0.05, P<0.01). Compared with the control group (0.95±0.11), RT-PCR revealed an increasing tendency of the expression of c-fos mRNA at 48 h in FB (1.06±0.16, 1.06±0.12,1.12±0.16,1.04±0.15,1.04±0.10,1.15±0.29), but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05); however, a statistically significant difference(P<0.01) of c-fos mRNA in 20.0000 mg/L group(1.40±0.17) in O B was found compared with the control group (1.06±0.06). Conclusion The higher expression of c-fos mRNA and protein in FB induced by fluoride may play an important role in the transformation of osteoblastic phenotype as well as increase the osteogenesis ability in FB.

Objective:To identify the effect of ?-synuclein overexpression on mitochondrial membrane structure with atomic force microscopy. Methods:?-syn expression was mediated by AAV (adeno-associated viral vector) and Recombinant AAV/?-syn and AAV/LacZ viral particles were stereotaxically injected in the left side of rat substantia nigra (SN) for rat model of ?-synuclein overexpression. Mitochondria were isolated from rats SN of Brain. Mitochondria were analysis with JC-1 staining, atomic force microscopy and Western blot. Results:By 16 weeks post-infection of AAV-?-syn,the level of ?-syn increased about 2 times in mitochondrial fraction with Western blot and mitochondrial membrane potential (??) decreased with JC-1 staining. Furthermore, mitochondria swelling and porous like structure formed on the mitochondrial membrane with atomic force microscopy. Conclusion:The data suggested that ?-syn could accumulate in mitochondria, might form mitochondrial membrane pores and lead to ?? decreases. ?-syn might lead to mitochondrial dysfunction in Parkinson's disease.

Chinese Journal of Radiology 2001;0(01):-
Objective To explore the clinical and MR imaging features of myxoid liposarcoma. Methods Clinical and MR imaging data of 7 patients with histologically confirmed myxoid liposarcomas on extremities were retrospectively analyzed. The age of the patients ranged from 41 to 59 years with a median age of 51 years. Results Three tumors occurred in thigh, two in calf, one in foot and one in shoulder.Six tumors were situated deeply, and one was superficial. On T_1-weighted images, all 7 tumors showed predominant isointense or slightly hypointense signals relative to muscle, with 6 having lacy, linear or amorphous loci of high signal intensity. The major portion of each tumor displayed hyperintense signals compared with fat on T_2-weighted images.Following the injection of Gd-DTPA,all tumors showed inhomogenous and strong enhancement. All tumors had septa and were well defined without obvious surrounding edema and invasion of the adjacent bones. Conclusion Myxoid liposarcomas usually show predominant isointense or slightly hypointense signals relative to muscle on T_1-weighted images and hyperintense signals relative to fat on T_2-weighted images. The fat components within the tumors may be identified as linear, lacy or amorphous foci of high signal intensity on T_1-weighted images. The contrast enhancement of the mvxoid liposarcomas is usually pronounced and heterogeneous.
