Objective To investigate the clinical significance of dynamic changes of CD4~+ CD25~+ regulatory T cells(Treg)in patients subject to allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplanta- tion(alIo-HSCT).Methods Forty-five patients received allo-HSCT.The graft-vesus-host disease (GVHD)was prevented by cyclosporine A and short-term MTX regimen in 31 patients.Fourteen of all the patients received Zenapox(CD25MAb)at the day of transplantation and day 4 after transplan- tation. The levels of Treg in peripheral blood were detected by flow cytometry from 45 patients at 2nd,4th,8th and 12th week after allo-HSCT and the time of aGVHD development,respectively.Re- suits Anti-CD25 could suppress the peripheral blood levels of Treg significantly. The Treg levels were significantly higher in patients with grade 0-1 aGVHD than those with 2-4 aGVHD at 8th and 12th week after transplantation.Among patients with 2-4 aGVHD,Treg levels were significantly low- er after development of aGVHD than before. Conclusions Treg are important for the aGVHD preven- tion and can be a useful clinical surveillant index for the development of aGVHD.It can significantly decrease the levels of Treg in the peripheral blood with anti-CD25.

Objective To study the perioperative nursing care of minimally invasive operation in the neurosurgical treatment of laterial flexure spasmodic torticollis (LaFST).Methods Minimally invasive operation was used to treat LaFST.The relationship of inducing factors and emotional factors with clinical manifestation of LaFST was investigated. To give perioperative psychological nursing, operation nursing and rehabilitation training and instruction. Results 72 cases were recovered (81.8%) among 88 cases.12 cases(13.6%) were markedly effective.4 cases(4.6%) showed progress. Conclusions The minimally invasive surgical treatrnent of selective resection of cervical spasmodic muscles and selective neurotomy of cervical nerve for LaFST is safe and effective.Strengthening of perioperative nursing and postoperative rehabilitation instruction is very important for patients' early recovery.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1992;0(06):-
Objective To evaluate the etiologies of children with gastrointestinal bleeding(GIB), and the relationship between the pathological findings and clinical. Methods Gastroscopy or proctoscope was performed in 153 children with GIB. Pathological studies and tests as for helicobactor pylori (Hp) were undertaken. Results Among 153 children,140 cases(91.5 %) had definite diagnosis, including 74 children with upper gastrointestinal bleeding(UGIB) and 66 cases with lower gastrointestinal bleeding(LGIB). Gastric pathologic study was conducted in 56 cases. All patients had chronic superficial gastritis(CSFG). Hp test was positive in 33 patients. There was significant difference in the positive rate of Hp test between patients with gastritis or duodenitis and those with ulcers (P

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2003;0(10):-
Objective To investigate the influence of preterm premature rupture of membranes (PPROM) on neurological development of preterm infants. Methods The preterm infants were classified into 2 groups( PPROM group and control group). The neonatal behavioral neurological assessment (NBNA) and CDCC of infants in two groups were measured and compared after retrieved:gestational age 40 weeks,3 months and 6 months. Results Psycho-moter developmental index(PDI) of PPROM group after retrieved gestational age 3,6 months was significantly lower than that of control group(Pa

Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2008;17(3):172-174
Objective The effects of TPT on the induction of apoptosis of leukemia cells and the regulation of c-myc in mRNA and protein level. Methods RT-PCR method was adopted to examine the expressions of the genes and immune histochemistry for the proteins of c-myc in HL-60 cells treated with TPT of optimal concentration and time. Results After HL-60 cells by TPT of 0.15 μmol/L for 12 h, the expression of c-myc mRNA decreased markedly assayed by RT-PCR. There was a significant difference between the TPT group and the control group(0.17±0.03 vs 1.11±0.25, P <0.05), expressive c-myc protein decreased assayed by evidently immunohistochemistry. The percentage of positive cells expressing c-myc protein was a significant difference between the TPT treated group and the control group (19.67 % vs 68.33 %, P<0.05). Conclusion TPT down-regulates endogenic c-myc mRNA and c-myc protein in HL-60 cells.
