2.Comparison of three methods for measuring C reaction protein
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2014;(11):1470-1470,1473
Objective To compare the results of three methods for measuring C reaction protein. Methods 100 patients were collected from our hospital, and three different methods for measuring C reaction protein were used to analyze the level of C reaction protein. Results Correlation analysis showed that the correlation between immunoturbidimetric assay and immunochromatography was higher. The differences of three methods assayed the C reaction protein were significant (P <0.05 )among normal people by the variance analysis, but had not statistical significance among abnormal people (P >0.05).The differences among all of test peo-ple were significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Detection of C reaction protein was important for diagnose inflammatory diseases.

In order to study the effect of mechanical strain on mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) differentiation into osteogenic, the cyclic substrate deformation instructment was applicated to MSCs line (D1 cell) in osteogenic media for different strain and times. The cells were cyclically stretched for periods of 1, 2, 3, 5 and 10 min and treated with cytochalasin B(CB) and EGTA. Ca2+, which were loaded with (15 ?l) Fluo-3 AM , were detected by confocal laser scanning microscope(CLSM). The signaling inhibitors, such as SB203580(p38MAPK specific inhibitor), PD98059(MEK-1/2MAPK specific inhibitor), LY294002(PI3Ks specific inhibitor), cytochalasin B(microfilament specific inhibitor), EGTA (Ca2+ specific inhibitor), were used to investigate mechanical signaling pathway by (3% 0.5Hz) Cyclic strain. The results indicated that 3% strain stimulus could induce increasement of [Ca2+] i - dependent fluorescence at 2 min. Its fluorescence intensity were 143.68,which were significantly different compared with 1,3,5,10min groups and 1% and 10% strain groups (P

Tanshinones, the main bioactive compounds of Salvia miltiorrhiza, are the diterpenoid pigments, multiple genes were proved to be involved in their biosynthesis in plants. CYP76AH1 is the initial P450 gene in the tanshinones biosynthetic pathway, its function has been validated by yeast expression and in vitroenzymatic reaction. In order to clarify the function of CYP76AH1 in vivo, in this study, we constructedthe RNA interference of CYP7AH1 in S. miltiorrhiza hairy root. The RNA interference vector with a hairpin structure was constructed using the Gateway technology, and then the interference fragment was integrated into the genome of S. miltiorrhiza mediated by Agrobacterium rhizogenes. Several highly CYP76AH1 interference S. miltiorrhiza hairy roots were obtained for further analysis.

By means of searching the ancient and modern literature, this study mainly investigated the etiology and pathogenesis of IBD,summarized the rules of acupoint selection and the experimental mechanism of the moxibustion treatment for IBD,providing the basis and theoretical evidence of acupoint selection and moxibustion therapy for clinical practice and studies.Ancient literatures were retrieved in TCM database system, while modern literatures in Pubmed,CNKI and VIP database from January,2005 to January,2016.Finally,comprehensive analysis was implemented among the selected literatures. It was found that the pathogenesis of IBD was associated with exogenous evils, diet, emotion, and fatigue during chronic diseases in TCM.The treatments of acupuncture and moxibustion for IBD should consider both the primary symptoms and root causes by regulating functional activity of Zang and Fu and also warming and nourishing the spleen and stomach. On this basis, acupoint selection mainly focused on the stomach meridian with the functions of invigorating spleen and stomach, elevating clear qi and descending turbid, recovering the bowel function and strenthening the body and antidiarrhea.Modern research upon the scientific basis of TCM indicated that moxibustion stimulated the thermoreceptors around the acupoints leading to the increased degranulation of mast cells.Immune factors were impacted with the regulation of transcriptional activators in the bowel for repairing mucosal barrier and preventing intestinal fibrosis in IBD.In conclusion, moxibustion was effective on warming and nourishing spleen and stomach and regulating the function activity of bowel for the prevention and treatment of IBD.Achievements were made in the mechanism researches on IBD based on the TCM theory. However, some profound mechanisms need in-depth exploring.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2017;16(2):204-208
Peking University Health Science Center has various characteristics of educational manage-ment practice such as clear three level management, diversified management training and strict quality control, and at the same time there exist many deficiencies, such as lack of the implementation of management regulations and the requirements caused by multi-level management and management quality having ups and downs be-cause of human factors and etc.. By introducing life cycle management into national continuing medical educa-tion project management, we make management run through the whole life cycle of national continuing medical education project, namely five aspects of management from reporting and publishing, planning and publicity, holding and supervision, graduation and certificates, as well as summary and feedback, which plays an impor-tant role in standardizing the national continuing medical education project and improving the quality of the project.
