目的观察羟基磷灰石义眼胎植入术临床效果。方法 40只眼于眼球摘除同时植入羟基磷灰石义眼胎。义眼胎用自体巩膜包裹,植入眼眶深部,眼外肌固定于巩膜上,分层缝合眼球筋膜和球结膜。结果随访1～5年,3 6眼术后半年以上行羟基磷灰石义眼胎钻孔栓钉植入术,成功安置活动义眼。1只眼义眼胎暴露行再次手术修补,1眼术后2个月发生绿脓杆菌感染,经治疗痊愈。结论羟基磷灰石义眼胎具有良好的组织相容性,是理想的眶内植入物材料。

Objective To explore the effect of open storage and peeling on the fluorine content of dried com in order to provide a scientific basis for prevention and treatment of coal-combustion fluorosis. Methods In October 2006, 34 samples of freshly dried and 3-month old dried com were sampled in Zhenxiong county, Zhaotong city, Yunnan province. Fluorine content in corn was determined by combustion-hydrolysis-ion selective electrode method. Results The average fluorine content of freshly dried corn by coal-combustion was (4.29 ±1.87)mg/kg,and increased to (6.64±2.64)mg/kg after they had been openly stored for three months and the average content increased by 54.74%. But if corn was peeled off, their fluorine content decreased to (5.03±2.04)mg/kg at a rate of 24.25%. The amount of fluorine absorbed by the skin of corn was more than other parts of com during corn desiccation. Conclusions The inhabitants in coal-combustion fluorosis areas ingest less fluorine through dry com if they eat the peeled corn and take measures to keep it airtight and moisture-proof during storage thus reducing the harm of coal-combustion fluorosis.

Objective: To express and purify transforming growth factor ?(TGF?)-pseudomonas exotoxin 40 and investigate its cytotoxic effect on cancer cells overexpressing epidermal growth factor (EGF) receptor. Methods: Recombi nant plasmid pV28 was constructed by inserting the gene coding TGF?-PE40 into the vector pET28a Expression of fusion protein was conducted using the host BL21. Production of the recombinant protein was induced by IPTG, following extraction and purification of inclusion bodies with His-tag purification system. Cell viability assay (by MTT) was performed to determine the cytotoxic effect of TGF?-PE40 on cancer cells ( A431 and SK-OV3). Results: Recombinant plasmid pV28, which expresses TGF?-PE40, was constructed successfully. Purity of TGF?-PE40 was about 98% after a purification procedure using His-tag column. Objective:To study the effect of compressive stress on expression of connective tissue growth factor(CTGF) in rabbit mandibular condylar chondrocytes in vitro. Methods:CTGF mRNA were determined by semiquantitative RT-PCR in rabbit mandibular condylar chondrocytes cultured in vitro. Results:Within a certain compressive stress, CTGF mRNA were up-regulated with the increase of compressive stress. While under certain compressive stress, CTGF mRNA were gradually up-regulated following the increase of culturing time, and reaching the maximum at 2~6 h, then gradually down-regulated until at 24 h. Conclusion:Application of different compressive stresses can up-regulate the expression of CTGF mRNA in rabbit mandibular condylar chondrocytes. It may be involved in the stress -mediated mandibular condylar cartilage remodeling.

ObjectiveStudy the efficacy of physiotherapy (PT) in the rehabilitation of the patients with Guillain-Barre syndrome. Method15 patients with Guillain-Barre syndrome were divided into 2 groups,exercise group(8 cases) and control group(7 cases),a retrospective study is made.ResultAs compared with control group, there is a significant improvent in muscle strenth and ADL in exercise group (P<0.01).ConclusionPT can effectively diminish the degree of disability of the patients with Guillain-Barre syndrome, shorten rehabilitation time ,and restore independence of self-care.
