Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2011;34(4):17-19
Objective To compare the level of glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) in patients with diabetes treated with actrapid monotard analog or actrapid monotard. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with type 2 diabetes were divided into actrapid monotard analog group and actrapid monotard group with 60 cases in each by admission number. Fasting blood glucose (FBG), 2-hour postprandial blood glucose (2hPBG), HbA1c were obtained and analyzed. Results The overall cure rate were similar between actrapid monotard analog group and actrapid monotard group (83.3%, 50/60 vs. 86.7%, 52/60, P > 0.05 ). There was no significant difference in FBG, 2hPBG before treatment between two groups (P > 0.05),but there was significant difference at 2 weeks after treatment between two groups (P < 0.05 ) . There was no significant difference in HbA1c before treatment between two groups (P> 0.05 ) ,but there was significant difference at 3 months after treatment between two groups (P < 0.05 ). FBG, 2hPBG, HbA1c after treatment were improved compared with before treatment in two groups (P < 0.05 ). Conclusion Actrapid monotard analog provides better blood glucose control compare with actrapid monotard while providing the convenience of injecting immediately before meals.
2.Advances in plastic bronchitis
International Journal of Pediatrics 2012;39(5):460-462
Plastic bronchitis is a “multiple-system” involved syndrome that is characterized by the formarion of thick, arborizing mucofibrinous tracheobronchial casts, which can result in hard breathing or pulmonary failure.Plastic bronchitis in children occurs following correction of complex cardiac defects,or in children with inflammatory pulmonary conditions. It is a condition of unknown causes and has different clinical manifestations.Early diagnosis is very important and so far endoscopic removal of the casts is the most effective measure.
3.Immunoregulation effect of supernatants from JM cell culture(SPN_(JM))on proliferation of human B lymphocytes and mouse spleen cells
Chinese Journal of Immunology 1985;0(01):-
JM is a acute lymphocytic leukemia cell line derived from immature T lymphocytes in human thymus. We bserved the immunoregulation effect of supernatants from JM cell culture(SPN_(JM))onproliferation of human B ymphocytes and mouse spleen cells by using purified human B lymphocytesand mouse spleen cells stimulated with AC.It is showed that SPN_(JM),which suppresses T lymphocyteproliferation, enhance the proliferation response of uman B cell and mouse spleen cells stimulatedwith SAC.Without inducement of SAC,SPN_(JM) with HrIL-2 still nhances B lympohocyteproliferation.Additionally,SPN_(JM) is able to up regulate T cell proliferation response at lowconcentration(1:640)although it suppresses T cell proliferation at high concentration.

RESULTS: All the 3 groups achieved satisfactory anesthetic efficacy. The incidences of hypotension, nausea, vomiting and shivering were significantly lower in Group Ⅲ than in other two groups (Group Ⅰ and Group Ⅱ)(P
5.Comparative Study of Defined Individual Treatment Course and Drug Utilization Index:Taking Prophylactic Application of Antibiotics in Patients with Type Ⅰ Incision Operation as Example
China Pharmacy 2007;0(30):-
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the feasibility of defined individual treatment course as evaluation index of rational use of drugs.METHODS:The doses of antibiotics and treatment course in 63 patients with type Ⅰ incision operation of our hospital in Jan.2010 were taken as examples.Case analysis,DUI evaluation and defined individual treatment course evaluation were adopted.Similar results were obtained by 3 kinds of methods.RESULTS&CONCLUSION:Results of 3 kinds of methods are consistent.DUI evaluation isn't closely associated with treatment course.Defined individual treatment course is more sensitive and available than DUI based on the introduction of dose and treatment course.
6.Comparison of consumption of drugs for patient-controlled intravenous analgesia in patients with different blood groups
Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 2010;30(9):1028-1029
Objective To compare the consumption of the drugs for patient-controlled intravenous analgesia (PCIA) in patients with different blood groups. Methods One hundred female ASA Ⅰ or Ⅱ patients, aged 30-50 yr, body mass index < 30 kg/m2 , scheduled for elective total hysterectomy or myomectomy, were enrolled in this study. The patients were divided into 4 groups according to the blood group: group A ( n= 25), group B ( n = 30), group AB ( n = 11 ) and group O ( n = 34). Patients received iv injection of flurbiprofen 30 min before the end of surgery and sufentanil at the end of surgery. PCIA with sufentanil 1.2 μg/ml ( bolus dose 2.0 ml, background infusion 0.5 ml/h, lockout interval 5 min) was performed when the VAS score ≤4. The loading dose and consumption on 1 st and 2nd day after operation for sufentanil were recorded. The adverse reactions were observed. Results The loading dose and consumption on 1st day after operation for sufentanil were the highest in group A and B, the second in group AB, and the lowest in group O among the 4 groups. Conclusion The consumption of the drugs for PCIA is different in patients with different blood groups.
7.Study of non-motor symptoms in early stage newly diagnosed Parkinson's disease
Journal of Clinical Neurology 2015;(3):192-194
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of non-motor symptoms ( NMS) in early stage newly diagnosed Parkinson 's disease ( PD) patients in different age group and different subtypes .Methods Total 96 newly diagnosed PD patients without taking any drugs and 102 normal controls were collected in outpatient visits , and their clinic information and related scales were evaluated and compared .Results Ninety-one(93.83%) PD patients had at least one NMS, common symptoms were, in order, recent memory (70.83%,68 cases)、constipation (48.96%,47 cases)、attention dysfunction (47.92%,46 cases), and they were significantly higher than PD group (all P<0.01).The incidence of anxiety and panic in patients≤60 years old was significantly higher than that in patients>60 years old (P<0.01).The incidence of urgency in rigidity type was significantly higher than in tremor type(P<0.01).Conclusions NMS in patients with newly diagnosed PD are complex and diverse .The performance in different age groups and different clinical subtypes are also different .
8.Effect of basic fibroblast growth factor through silicon tube on denervated skeletal muscle
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2007;0(19):-
BACKGROUND: The denervated skeletal muscle is chiefly characteristic as the loss of neurotrophic factor, which may cause the muscle atrophy degeneration and fibrosis. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect on the muscle satellite cells and muscle atrophy by the implantation of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) released through silicon tube in the gastrocnemius. DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING: Randomly control animal experiment was finished at the Animal Experiment Laboratory of Shenyang Medical College Fengtian Hospital in November 2006. MATERIALS: Twenty-eight Wistar healthy male rats (weighing 250-300 g) were adopted. Silicon tube was prepared by the encapsulation with bFGF or physiological saline, and sealed with 502 glue. METHODS: The sciatic nerve of left lower limb was cut off, and then gastrocnemius was taken out. All of 28 Wistar rats were divided into experiment group and control group randomly, each group involved 14 rats. The experimental gastrocnemius was encapsulated with silicon tube containing bFGF, while the control group with physiological saline. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: At day 30 postoperatively, the following indicators were evaluated: wet weight of gastrocnemius and wave amplitude of muscle fibrillation potential; proliferating cell nuclear antigen positive nuclei on surface of muscle fibers, diameter and section area of gastrocnemius fiber under light microscope; ultrastructure of gastrocnemius under electron microscope. RESULTS: The number of muscle satellite cell nuclei in the experimental group was more than that in the control group (P
9.Periodontitis and adverse pregnancy outcomes
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(08):-
Recently, increasing evidence suggests that gingivitis and periodontitis may be one of the etiological factors for some adverse pregnancy outcomes such as preterm birth, preeclampsia, fetal growth restriction and lateral miscarriage.Although there are some conflicting findings and potential problems regarding uncontrolled underlying risk factors, most of the clinical studies indicate a positive correlation of gingivitis and periodontitis with those complications. This review discusses the relationship and its possible pathological mechanism in order to better prevent the development of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
10.Mesenchymal stem cell, cancer stem cell and cancer
Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(09):-
Recent research results suggest the existence of cancer stem cell (CSC), a subpopulation of cells with tumorigenic potential that is present in tumor. It has been reported that the occurrence of some tumors is closely related to mesenchymal stem cell as origin of stroma cell. This review discuss the relationship among mesenchymal stem cell, cancer stem cell and cancer.
