Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2013;(30):5497-5502
BACKGROUND:The incidence rate of cervical abnormalities of the patients with skeletal class Ⅱ and normal occlusion has been studied abroad, but the researches on the incidence of cervical abnormalities in different malocclusion patients is rare at home. OBJECTIVE:To observe the imaging of patients with cervical abnormalities and to statistics the incidence of cervical abnormalities in different malocclusion patients through analyzing the lateral cephalogram of different malocclusion patients. METHODS:Skeletal class Ⅱ group was consisted of 93 patients, 41 male (aged 18-40 years) and 52 female (aged 22-35 years), with the A point-nasion-B point angle>5°. Class Ⅰ group was consisted of 45 patients, 31 female (aged 20-36 years) and 14 male (aged 17-38 years), with the 1°
2.Effect of APS on recoverable ability from cryopreservation damage of UCB hematopoietic cells
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(11):-
Objective To study the effect of angelica polysaccharides (APS) on recoverable ability from cryopreservation damage of umbilical cord blood (UCB) hematopoietic cells and APS with hematopoietic growth factors (HGFs) on in vitro expansion of UCB mononuclear cells (MNC) after thawing. Methods Thawed UCB MNC were cultured 24 h or 14 d with various concentration of APS (0,50,100,200,and 400 ?g/mL) or with APS and HGFs. The MNC counting assay, typan blue exclusion assay, colorimetric MTT assay for cell proliferation,CFU-Mix colong-forming assay, and flow cytometry for CD34+ cell rate were detected. Results After adding certain concentration APS in thawed UCB cells, the number of MNC,the rate of trypan blue exclusion, the proliferation of MNC,and the colony production of CFU-Mix were significantly enhanced (P
4.An initial study on serum CA125 in diagnosis to lung cancer
China Oncology 2001;0(02):-
35u/ml as positive limit, the sensitivity of CA125 for diagnosis of lung cancer is 53.6%. There was no significant difference between stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ lung cancer and benign, healthy groups, but the level of serum CA125 of stageⅢ?Ⅳ was higher than control groups. Thirty eight of forty lung cancer patients with higher CA125 level dropped to normal after therapy. Conclusions:Serum CA125 has high diagnosis value in lung cancer. It can be a vital index in lung cancer staging and prognosis.

Objective To study the clinical effect of the minimally invasive surgery for treating recurrent lumbar disc protrusion . Methods Thirty operative cases of recurrent lumbar disc protrusion treated with the minimally invasive surgery from July 2009 to July 2013 were retrospectively analyzed for statistically describing the age ,body mass index ,recurrent segment ,operating time ,intr-aoperative bleeding volume and postoperative painless walking time .The recurrence segments were 1 case of L34 ,10 cases of L45 and 19 cases of L5 S1 ;the visual analogue scale (VAS) was adopted to evaluate the operative effect .Results The operating time was 65 min on average (50-100)min;mean intraoperative bleeding volume was 145 mL(100-180)mL ;average length of hospital stay was 13 d (9-16)d;average hospitalization costs were 7 300 Yuan;average postoperative painless walking time was 11 d (7-15)d;post-operative non-manual labor work time was 27 .3 d .The VAS score was reduced from (7 .3 ± 1 .3) before operation to (3 .1 ± 0 .9) after operation and (2 .2 ± 0 .6) at the last follow-up ,which was statistically significant(P<0 .05) .Followed up for 6-33 months , average 16 .5 months .Superior efficacy in 16 cases ,gord in 7 cases ,average in 5 cases ,bad in 2 cases ,the rate of good efficacy was 76% .Conclusion The minimally invasive surgery is one of effective methods to treat postoperative recurrence of lumbar disc pro-trusion .

Journal of Environment and Health 1992;0(02):-
Objective To know the influence of passive smoking on children's immune function. Methods The smoking state of children's family members and the illness-induced absence state of 135 children aged 10-11 years were investigated with questionnaire, and the concentrations of immunoglobin E (IgE) and interleukin 8 (IL-8) in serum of children were examined. Results The concentrations of IgE in serum of the children exposed to passive smoking(n=30) were significantly higher than those of the control group(n=20), while the concentrations of IL-8 were significantly lower(both P

Journal of Environment and Health 2007;0(09):-
Objective To evaluate the inflammatory response in the airway of healthy rats following exposure to motor vehicle exhaust. Methods Sixty healthy SD rats(30 males and 30 females, aged 6 weeks) were randomly divided into 6 groups. The rats in the exposed groups were placed by the main traffic road and those in the control group were placed in the normal laboratory environment. The bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF) was analyzed on the 14th,30th and 90th day of exposure .WBC,NO,TNF-?,and IL-8 in BALF of the rats in each group were tested. Results The NO content [(9.75?4.78) ?mol/L] in BALF of the rats in the group exposed for 30 days was obviously higher than that in the control group [(4.40?1.45) ?mol/L],but there was no any obvious difference between the two groups in terms of the content of TNF-? and IL-8 in BALF. Conclusion This study demonstrates that exposure to vehicle exhaust can induce inflammatory response in healthy rats, the on-the-spot experiment on animal exposure can be used to observe early respiratory tract inflammation and 30 days of exposure is the sensitive period for the change of the inflammatory indicators.

International Eye Science 2015;(7):1261-1262
AlM:To investigate the features on prolonged central serous chorioretinopathy ( CSCR ) by optical coherent tomography ( OCT ) and to provide the basis of deciding the pathogenetic condition and prognosis. METHODS: Eighty - five patients who had been diagnosed with CSCR were grouped by suffering time as below: 32 patients suffered longer than 6mo as the prolonged and 53 patients with CSCR cured within that time. The imaging features of OCT were compared between the above groups.RESULTS:The incidence rate of neuroepithelial serous detachment extent above 500μm associated with pigmentary epithelial detachment in suffering eye and pigmentary epithelial damage in contralateral eye was significantly different between two groups. However, the incidence rate of neuroepithelial serous detachment extent above 4 000μm was not significant difference.CONCLUSlON:OCT could display clearly the change of every layer of retina with simplicity and visibility, which supplies us a new horizon to diagnose and trace CSCR. We could decide the pathogenetic condition and prognosis in accordance with the features of OCT, to provide references for the diagnosis and treatment of CSCR.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics 2002;0(06):-
? amyloid protein(A?) including A?40 and A?42 are the important bioactive substances in vivo.Their toxic and beneficial attributes in the body depend on its concentration. The brain A? level is maintained by two balances under the physiological condition. The first balance is the generation involved in ?-secretase and ?-secretase and the degradation involved in neprilysin(NEP) and insulin-degrading enzyme(IDE) of A?. The second one is the balance between the receptor for advanced end glycation products(RAGE)-mediated influx and low-density lipoprotein receptor related protein 1(LRP1)-mediated efflux of A? across the blood-brain barrier(BBB).Breakdowning any one of the two balances would result in the aggregation and precipitation of A? in the brain, which is a crucial event in the pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease(AD).This paper reviews the regulation of brain A? level under the physiological condition and the reducing strategies on the level of brain A? under the pathological condition for developing new drugs in the treatment of AD.
