In this paper, the general conditions in research of dermato to xicology was described. The some experimental methods were evaluated. The advanc ement of modern sciences will accelerate the development of dermatotoxicology an d make more progresses and new ideas.

Objective To explore the effect of trans-axillary single-port and bilateral breast of ipsilateral axillary approach in endoscopic thyroidectomy on area of skin flap ,complications and the corresponding impact damage .Methods A total of 72 patients who were underwent either BBIAA or TASPET in our hospital from February 2013 to April 2015,were divided into BBIAA group and TASPET group ,each group had 36 cases.The area of skin flap ,complications and the corresponding impact damage between two surgical methods were compared .Results The average separation of the flap area in TASPET group was significantly higher than that in BBIAA group (P<0.01).The VAS score of BBIAA group was (0.24 ±0.39) point,which was lower than (1.85 ±1.37)point of TASPET group,the difference was significant(P<0. 01 ) .The patients of BBIAA group had no complications ,while there were 10 patients suffered complications in TASPET group ,and the differ-ence of postoperative complications was significant (P<0.01).Conclusion Bilateral breast and ipsilateral axillary approach have the advan-tage of less operative time ,smaller separation of the flap area ,lower complication incidence and less damage on parathyroid gland and nerve , which had an ideal safety and cosmetic result .

Medical teaching for foreign students has been carried out in our university recently.Combining the teaching experience of dermatology and venereology,analyzing relative teaching problems and proposing corresponding countermeasures,this paper tries to explore more efficient English teaching methods for foreign students.

目的观察羟基磷灰石义眼胎植入术临床效果。方法 40只眼于眼球摘除同时植入羟基磷灰石义眼胎。义眼胎用自体巩膜包裹,植入眼眶深部,眼外肌固定于巩膜上,分层缝合眼球筋膜和球结膜。结果随访1～5年,3 6眼术后半年以上行羟基磷灰石义眼胎钻孔栓钉植入术,成功安置活动义眼。1只眼义眼胎暴露行再次手术修补,1眼术后2个月发生绿脓杆菌感染,经治疗痊愈。结论羟基磷灰石义眼胎具有良好的组织相容性,是理想的眶内植入物材料。

The left greater auricular nerve served as the donor nerve. A nerve graft taken from the right ear served as the receptive nerve which anastomosed to the donor nerve with the other end implanting into the denervated skin flap. Normal skin and denervated skin flap without nerve implantation served as control groups 5 animals in each group. The single nerve fibre recording technique was used to investigate the number,distribution and types of regenerated discharging nerve fibers 4 months after operation. ResultsThe inductive discharges of nerve fibres wave observed in all types of regenerated sensory nerves ,the total discharging fibers was about 58% of that in normal skin. Few discharging fibers were observed in denervated skin flap without nerve implantation. Conclusion End-to-ide neurorrhaphy can regenerate functional axons.

Methods After operations, the life quality was regularly measured in 36 patients with liver cancer for 2 years by Gastrointestinal Life Quality Index (GLQI). [Objective]To establish an HPLC method for the determination of magnolol and honokiol in Baolong Pill.[Methods]The samples were analyzed on an Agilent C18 column(4.6mm?250mm,5?m).The mobile phase was a mixture of MeOH-H2O (78∶22);the rate of flow was 1.0 m1/min;the detection wave-length was 294 nm.[Results]Calibration graph was linear in the range of 0.02~0.26?g,r= 0.999 9 for magnolol;0.012~0.156?g,r= 1 for honokiol.The recovery was 100.46%,RSD=1.00% for magnolol;100.76%,RSD=1.37% for honokiol.[Conclusion] The method is sensitive and its results are accurate with good reproducibility.It can be used for the quality control of Baolong Wan.
