1.Influence of Chronic Periodontitis on the Clinic Effect of Implant Restoration

Objective:To investigate the influence of chronic periodontitis on the clinic effect of implant restoration.Methods:Fifty-two cases of chronic periodontitis patients with 70 implants and forty-nine cases of periodontally healthy patients with 69 implants admitted into our hospital from July 2013 to June 2016 were named as observation group and control group respectively.The implants survival rates,marginal bone loss (MBL),modified plaque index (mPLI),modified sulcus bleeding index (mSBI),and peri-implant probing pocket depth (PD) as well as IL-1,IL-6 in peri-implant sulcular fluid of the two groups were detected and analyzed after loading of 1,3,6,12 months.Results:After 12 months of loading,no obvious difference was found in the implants survival rate between two groups (P>0.05).After 1,3 months of loading,no remarkable change was found in mPLI,mSBI,PD,and MBL between two groups(P>0.05),while mSBI,PD,and MBL in observation group were significantly higher than those of control group except of mPLI after 6 months of loading (P<0.05).Additionally,after 1,3 months of loading,IL-β in control group was not detected,while IL-β in observation group was conspicuously higher than those of control group after 6 months of loading and IL-6 in observation group was significantly higher than that of control group after 3 months of loading (P<0.05).Conclusion:Chronic periodontitis could decrease the clinical effect ofim-plant restoration,which was probably due to the occurrence ofperi-implantitis.
2.Comparison of the Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Different Restorations for Deciduous Teeth Defect

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of different restorations for deciduous teeth defect of children.Methods:67 children with teeth defecting seriously and being unable to fill restore were enrolled from January 2011 to January 2015 and randomly divided into three groups,one group of patients accepted metal crown restoration (Group A,n=22),one group adopted ceramic inlay restoration (Group B,n=22),and the last one accepted silver amalgam filling (Group C,n=23),the curative effect and incidence of adverse reactions among three groups in the period follow-up were compared.Results:In the period of 18-month follow-up,6 patients of toothache,5 patients of food impaction and crevices between restorations and teeth,3 cases of gingival congestion,2 cases of secondary caries were observed in group C;3 cases of toothache,1 case of food impaction,gingival congestion,crevices between restorations and teeth and secondary caries were observed in group B;2 cases of toothache and food impaction,1 case of gingival congestion were observed in group A.The incidence of adverse reactions in group A and group B was lower than those in group C (P<0.05),which was lower in group A than that in group B,but no significant difference was found between group A and group B (P>0.05).Conclusion:The restoration of metal crown and ceramic inlay deserved popularization had better curative effect and safety for deciduous teeth defect of children than silver amalgam filling.
3.To investigate the strategy of Chinese medicine for prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis based on vascular aging.

Atherosclerosis, a chronic degenerative disease mainly attacks the middle-aged and the aged population as they grow old. Anti-angiocellular aging has gradually become a new strategy for atherosclerosis. In the process of atherosclerosis developing, endothelial cell renewing is speeding. Various biological function disorders that induce blood vessel aging emerge, which leads to changes of the telomere and telomerase, resulting in aged endothelial cells and dysfunction. Telomere and telomerase may play key roles in the etiological factors such as inflammation and AS plaque. In our previous work we have found that Chinese compounds with Shen invigorating effects could not only obviously ameliorate the symptoms and functions of the senility, but also show significant effects on restraining atherosclerosis. We should actively study the mechanisms of Chinese medicine for treating atherosclerosis from Shen, and the mechanisms of Shen invigorating compounds for regulating angiocellular aging through the telomere pathway, thus providing evidence for establishing vascular cell aging based atherosclerosis prevention and treatment strategies by Chinese medicine.

4.The effect of resveratrol on acute gouty arthritis

Objective To study the effects of resveratrol on acute gouty arthritis.Methods According to random number table,thirty-six Wista rats were randomly divided into six groups:the control group,the model group,the colchicine treatment group,the high dose resveratrol group,the medium dose resveratrol group,the low dose resveratrol group.They were administrated with normal saline,colchicine suspension,high dose resveratrol,medium dose resveratrol,low dose resveratrol for 7 days once daily.Acute gouty arthritis rats models were established on the fourth day by injecting monosodium urate solution (concentration of 25 mg/ml,0.05 ml) into the ankle joint,while 0.05 ml normal saline was injected into the joint of the control rats.Seventy-two hours after the model was established,the synovial fluid were collected from ankle joints for the measuring of the level of IL-1β,CXCL10.NF-κB p65 protein levels were assayed with Western blotting.The joint synovia were fixed for histopathological examination with 10% fromaldehyde.Variance analysis were used.Results The values of IL-1β in the low,medium and high doses of resveratrol were (9.63±0.71),(7.67±0.48) and (6.66±0.29) pg/ml respectively,being significantly lower than that in the model group (11.85±0.45) pg/ml (P<0.05).The values of CXCL10 in the medium and high doses of resveratrol were (86.8±2.9) and (89.6±5.5) pg/ml respectively,being significantly lower than that in the model group (110.1±4.0) pg/ml (P<0.05).The Western blotting results showed that the expression of NF-κB p65 protein in the high dose resveratrol group decreased evidently than that in the model group.The histopathological examination showed that resveratrol might reduce joint edema,decrease inflammatory cells infiltration in acute gouty arthritis.Conclusion The levels of IL-1β,CXCL10 and the expression of NF-κB p65 protein are elevated in acute gouty arthritis.The resveratrol can effectively control acute gouty arthritis attacks,and its efficacy is dose dependent.
5.Study on Clinical Features of Rotavirus Diarrhea and G Type Serum in Infants and Children in Maanshan and Suzhou Areas

Objective To investigate the clinical features and distribution of G types of rotavirus diarrhea in infants and children in Suzhou and Maanshan areas.Methods 1267 stool specimens were collected from children under 5 years with acute diarrhea. Enzyme-linked immunosorbant assay (ELISA) and nested polymeras chain reaction (Nested-PCR) were used to detect rotavirus and serotypes.Results In 1267 stool specimens, 378 were detected RV positive, and serotype G was the prevalent type in the two cities with number of 250 and the G3 and G1 types were the most prevalent which accounted for 40%(100/250) and 44.40 % (111/250), respectively. While the G2 ,G4, G9 types and mixed infections were 8,3,3,4 and the un-identified type was 8.40%(21/250). G1 type was the most prevalent in Maanshan are which accounted for 58.54% in all cases,while the G3 type accounted for the most of case(47.85%) in Suzhou area.Conclusions The results indicated that rotavirus was the most important etiologic agent in Maanshan and Suzhou areas,G1 and G3 were the most prevalent types,respectively. 6.Influence of blastocysts morphological score on pregnancy outcomes in frozen-thawed blastocyst transfers: a retrospective study of 741 cycles.

The influence of inner cell mass (ICM) and trophectoderm (TE) score on pregnancy outcomes in frozen-thawed blastocyst transfer cycles was analyzed. A retrospective analysis of 741 cycles of frozen-thawed blastosysts transfer was performed. All cycles were divided into four groups based on the number and morphological score of blastocysts: S-ICM B/TE B group (n=91), the single blastocyst transfer of ICM B and TE B; D-ICM B/TE B group (n=579), double blastocysts transfer of ICM B/TE B; D-ICM B/TE C group (n=35), double blastocysts transfer of ICM B/TE C; and D-ICM C/TE B group (n=36), double blastocysts transfer of TE B/ICM C. The pregnancy outcomes were compared among the four groups. As compared with D-ICM B/TE C group, the clinical pregnancy rate, implantation rate and multiple pregnancy rate were increased in D-ICM B/TE B group (74.96% vs. 57.14%, 57.43% vs. 37.14%, and 48.62% vs. 25%, respectively, P<0.05 for all). Clinical pregnancy rate and implantation rate in D-ICM B/TE B group were also higher than in D-ICM C/TE B group (74.96% vs. 50%, and 57.43% vs. 33.33%, both P<0.05). Multivariable Logistic regression analysis indicated that ICM score was a better predictive parameter for clinical pregnancy (OR=3.05, CI 1.70-5.46, P<0.001), while the trophectoderm score was a better one for early abortion (OR=0.074, CI 0.03-0.19, P<0.001). Clinical pregnancy rate and multiple pregnancy rate in S-ICM B/TE B group were significantly lower than those in D-ICM B/TE B group (46.15% vs. 74.96%, and 2.38% vs. 48.62%, both P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in the implantation rate between the two groups. It was suggested that the higher score of ICM and TE may be indicative of the better pregnancy outcomes. The ICM score is a better predictor of clinical pregnancy than TE, while TE score is a better one in predicting early abortion. Single ICM B/TE B blastocyst transfer in frozen-thawed cycles can also get satisfactory pregnancy outcomes.
7.Effect of Tongdatang Serial Recipe on antipsychotic drug-induced galactorrhea-amenorrhea syndrome.

OBJECTIVETo observe the clinical effect of self-formulated Tongdatang serial recipe (TDT) in treating antipsychotic drug-induced galactorrhea-amenorrhea syndrome (GAS).
METHODSOne hundred female schizophrenic patients with antipsychotic drug-induced GAS were selected and equally assigned to the treatment group and the control group at random. Both received antipsychotic drug-therapy, but combined with TDT and placebo respectively. The efficacy was evaluated by determining prolactin level before, 4 and 8 weeks after treatment.
RESULTSThe treatment course was completed in 96% of patients. Therapeutic efficacy on the 49 patients of the treatment group was cured in 31 (63.3%), markedly effective in 11 (22.4%), effective in 4 (8.2%) and ineffective in 3 (6.1%), with total effective rate of 93.9%, while in 47 patients of the control group, the corresponding cases (%) was 0, 3 (6.4%) , 7 (14.9%) and 37 (78.7%), respectively, with the total effective rate of 21.3%. Prolactin levels in the two groups were insignificantly different before treatment, it reduced in the treatment group after treatment (P < 0.01), and the decrement in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group (P < 0.05).
CONCLUSIONSatisfactory effect could achieved by using TDT for treatment of antipsychotic drug-induced GAS.

[Abstract] Objective To study the effects of resveratrol on chemokines CCR5,CXCL10 of serum and synovial fluid in acute gouty arthritis of rats.Methods According to random number table,36 Wista rats were divided into six groups:i.e.control group,model group,colchicine group,high dose resveratrol group (HR),medium dose resveratrol group (MR),and low dose resveratrol group (LR).The rats were respectively administrated with normal saline,colchicine suspension,high dose resveratrol,medium dose resveratrol,low dose resveratrol for 7 days,once a day.Rats acute gouty arthritis modles were estalished on the fourth day by monosodium urate solution (concentration of 25 mg/ml,0.05 ml) injected into the ankle cavity,while 0.05 ml normal saline was injected into joint cavity of rats in control group.2,9,24,48,72 hours after model estabilishment,blood samples were collected from inner canthus to detect levels of interleukin (IL)-1β,CCR5,CXCL10.72 hours after model estabilishment,synovial fluid were collected from ankel to detect levels of IL-1β,CCR5,CXCL10.The joint swelling index was observed periodically.Results The levels of IL-1 β in the low,medium,and high doses of resveratrol were (9.63 ± 0.71),(7.67 ± 0.48),and (6.66 ± 0.29) pg/ml respectively,being significantly lower than that in the model group (11.85 ± 0.45) pg/ml (P<0.05) in joint fluid.The levels of CCR5 in the medium and high doses of resveratrol groups were(4.49 ± 0.25) and (4.65 ± 0.25) ng/ml respectively,being significantly lower than that in the model group (5.64 ± 0.28) ng/ml (P<0.05).The levels of CXCL10 in the medium and high doses of resveratrol groups were significantly lower than that in the model group [(86.79 ± 2.90) and (89.61 ± 5.47) vs (110.13 ± 4.02) pg/ml,P< 0.05].The histopathologic results showed that resveratrol might reduce acute gouty arthritis joint edema,improve inflammatory cells infiltrating.Conclusions The levels of IL-1β,CCR5,and CXCL10 were raised in acute gouty arthritis.Resveratrol effectively controls acute gouty arthritis attack,and the curative effect is dose dependent.
9.Effect of meisoindigo on proliferation of leukemic cells regulated by bone marrow stromal cells

Objective To observe the effect of meisoindigo on co-culture leukemic cells and bone marrow stromal cells.Methods Bone marrow stromal cells were cultured using bone marrow mononuclear cells from patients with leukemia,and built the co-culture leukemic cells and bone marrow stromal cells.Trypan-blue-exclusion test detected the proliferation of leukemic cells.The expression levels of membrane CXCR4 on leukemic cells were assessed by flow cytometric analysis.Results Bone marrow stromal cell of leukemia could inhibit leukemic cells proliferation,leukemic cells could be promoted their growth when exposed to low concentration (5 μmol/L) of meisoindigo.Abnormal high expression of CXCR4 in leukemic cells,and meisoindigo could markedly inhibit the expression of CXCR4 in HL-60 and del leukemic cells.Expression of CXCR4 in leukemic cells can up-regulated by bone marrow stromal cells from patients with leukemia.Conclusion Meisoindigo can down regulate expression of CXCR4 in leukeimic cells to antileukemic cells.
10.Application of Delphi method in modular allocation of emergency medical equipment

To study the equipment modular allocation in the emergency medical unit after Beijing emergency public affairs. Using an improved Delphi method, 25 experts from various fields in Beijing were involved into two rounds consultations. The questionnaire of the first round consultation was formed based on analysis of emergency rescue equipment. Based on the result of the first round consultation, the questionnaire of the second round consultation was set up. The two rounds of questionnaires had the responding rates of experts 100% respectively, and the au-thoritative coefficients of the experts were 0.81 and 0.88. An emergency medical rescue equipment solution with three de-grees modular configuration in Beijing was made based on the consultations and experts' advices. The solu-tion develops the emergency medical service ability of mobile medical units and vehicle-mounted mobile hospital.
